I was going in for what I thought would be a quick cleaning today; however, I walked out not being serviced at all. According to the dentist, it was taking too long to verify my dental insurance (which was 100% covered) and I was asked to reschedule. It was a complete waste of my time to change my work schedule, drive here during rush hour and not be serviced. Let’s just say I will not be back.

They are overpriced and unreasonable. Unfortunately I must pay for mistakes that the dentist made on more than one occassion. No consideration for a person's time. They will coax you into getting expensive procedures that will set you back and cause major issues should the work not hold up. My teeth are mjorly uneven now. Seek dental care from another location. If you don't have the money upfront they will be extremely dismissive.

I have seen Dr. Kim since moving to Oxon Hill two years ago. I cannot say enough about him or his staff. The Doctor is very personable and quite proficient. He performed several procedures over these two years quickly and without incident. I would commend his office manager Mel for her professionalism AND her many kindnesses. For example, she has been very helpful with my Invisalign. I have never "enjoyed" going to the dentist but you can't beat Dr. Kim and his staff for a pleasant visit!

It has been years since i have been to the dentist and now that i am older i decided its time to make sure my oral health is in good shape. as a full time working adult i did not have time to do a lot of research which i greatly regret. i came to Neibauer because its close to my home and i hear all the radio adds about them. well worst mistake ever, my initial visit they took a bunch of xrays, which the full cost was not covered by my insurance which i was not informed of, then was given a treatment plan that i would have to pay almost $3000 out of y pocket after insurance, then was told to make another appointment which was months later. after calling my insurance provider because i didn't believe my insurance would cover so little of the bill, they informed me the fillings were covered 100%, so i was misinformed of the cost and coverage. which was fine, so now a few months later i get 4 fillings done and the overbite was so bad i couldn't eat for a week and was in excruciating pain. they told me to come back to have it adjusted which i did that following Saturday, went to have the bite adjusted and Dr.Kim did NO type of numbing agent to numb me or anything just went to drilling. oh it gets better, now I'm on week 3 and i finally worked the nerve to start chewing gum and what do you know, the filling came out in the gum and i bite it which caused more pain. oh and when i went to have the bite adjusted they then told me i needed 8 more fillings. like i said i know i haven't been to the dentist in a long time but there is no way you are going to tell me basically my WHOLE mouth needs to be filled in. oh and i need invisalign, HAHA, this place is a joke and a rip off!!!!!!! My advise to anyone is to please do your research before just going to a dentist because you "hear" so much about them.

I was truly hoping to make this my regular dentist office, but I should have done more research. Proper diligence wasn't taken into account for the treatment I needed. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and found out the material used for my root canal seeped out of my tooth and into my gums. I now need surgery to remove the material. I would recommend looking at another office if you need more serious work done, outside of a cleaning.

Staff were customer friendly and professional. Staff check several times to see if I was ok in reference to present dental discomfort prior for service. I was blown away in reference to urgent care being arrange for me within the next hour and a half. S This is unheard of. The Dentist always but me firstame day? Unheard of. Questions were welcome at any time. In my past dental experience, questions were not alloud during your session. One would have to wait to receive questions answered. Usually at the end of service. just before checking out. By that time, one is ready to go home. In summary, I felt that I was in GOOD HAND like ALLSTATE but better yet than that, I was in DR KIM'S GOOD HANDS. I knew for my first dental experience with Dr Kim that I will be alright. I have been yearning for fair dental service. Well, today I received carta banc , above and beyond the top of them all.
