Sona gives horrid customer service. After speaking with her on the phone, which was like pulling teeth, I get told I need to call my insurance and get them assign. I do she then tells me, even though my wife tooth is green and it's an emergency. Sona proceeds to relay I won't be seen until next week. However she was not wanting to share any information with me because I had no paid anything.
This doctor is only about protecting herself. I am not sure why people review her so well. But after reading I thought as someone else mentioned "stop looking for a good dentist there is a great on at met. dental." this is a fib!
Sona at the front desk, when I asked to speak to someone else, simply to find out if I go through all the steps, can my wife be seen in the next day or so. She said nobody else was in the office, even though I heard someone speak to her and tell her to "put me on speaker".
This office as a joke. As a military man I would highly advise people to send their beloved family members. Obviously when she changed over the equipment she forgot to change over to positive customer first service.
I even offered to pay out of pocket just to have my wife seen. Truly sad service.
Don't "stop" looking keep looking. If my insurance was accepted I would go to Dr. Galkin In Silver Spring. My advice! Call him, ask for Robin (wonderful lady) and see if they take you insurance!
