Staff was great, but the manager doesn't know how to run an office when it comes to insurance and billing. They sent me for a root canal telling me everything was covered by my insurance. After, the root canal I'm notified that I have to pay $372.00 for the crowning. Now, I'm stuck with a root canal and no crown. I wish they would had just pulled the tooth!!!!

My family and I came to Dr. Nejat years ago from another dentist who had done very poor work on us. Dr. Nejat and her amazing staff guided us through the process of repairing and education of what was needed, why and estimated costs. She has all of the most up-to-date equipment. She takes care of not just your teeth and gums but also your mouth. Dr. Nejat and her team are professional and pleasant!

I am an employee at the office but I was seen for cavities that my general dentist told me I had. Once Dr. Nejat examined my xrays she let me know that she didn't see the cavities my dentist was speaking on. She was honest with me and explained what procedure I did need to have done. She's a wonderful person anyway. She listens to what you want and lets you know her opinion. I'm also afraid of needles and I didn't feel anything. I didn't stay numb as long as I usually do!! I highly recommend Dr. Nejat!!

Dr. Nejat came into my life about twelve years ago. At that time, I had a deep fear of going to the dentist, and because of my fear I neglected my teeth. Dr. Nejat took the time to listen to my fears, her patience and compassion was very comforting. What she told me was rather simple to the average person, but for me it was very profound and changed my life. She told me, "Cynthia, your fear is never going to go away, you have to overcome it and she was going to help me". I so appreciate Dr. Nejat and don't know where I'd be without her as my dentist and in my life. If you want a dentist for life, go and visit Dr. Nejat. I promise, you will be pleased!!!!

I've been taking my son to Dr. Nejat's office for over a year and both him and I are very satisfied with their dental services. If you or your child has a chipped tooth or just looking for a professional/caring dentist, Dr. Nejat is the dentist to see. She did an amazing job at fixing my son's broken tooth and took a great care of his overall oral health.

When i report to her office for my routine cleanings, i can count on a personable experience and have complete trust that I'm receiving the best care available. When needed, she educates me on the status of my oral health and makes any necessary recommendations for additional services without pressure. Not only has she proven to be able to relate to her patients as their dentist, but also as a human being. I tried Dr. Nejat's practice when my dentist suddenly retired. Simply put, Dr. Nejat doesn’t respect your time. If you make an appointment for 11AM—it doesn’t matter because you’re working to Dr. Nejat's schedule. 11AM could be 1130AM or noon, it all depends. This may be your ideal dentist if you have nothing else to do with your day. Remember, the office actually sets the time and date of your appointment; your sole input is to agree or not. If you’re a first time patient of Dr. Nejat’s, it will be stressed that you must show up 15 minutes before your appointment. This is on the website and appointment confirmation notifications. This is done, presumably, so they can get your personal and insurance info. Pro tip: it doesn’t matter. I had downloaded the new patient forms from the website and had them completed prior to arriving 20 minutes early for my first appointment. They didn’t even ask to see them until about 10 minutes after my appointment should have started. My first visit was to be a routine checkup and cleaning. If you’re like me, your dental insurance covers two of these per year. Dr. Nejat has other ideas. For what remains an unclear reason to me, she was unable to provide the routine cleaning during my appointment. When I asked Dr. Nejat why this was, she gave a very confusing answer about my being a new patient and needing to give me a checkup before determining whether I needed a “deep” cleaning or not. Bottomline: not getting the cleaning that day and would have to schedule an another appointment for routine cleaning. Coming back for the cleaning, I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes before I decided I could do better. You can too.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Nejat for approximately 20 years. She is a wonderful dentist and very gentle in her work. I have a great fear of needles, however, with Dr. Nejat I do not even feel the needle. I recommend her highly and hope that whoever reads this will use Dr. Nejat as their dentist!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Her clientele consists of families, business professionals, seniors, all income levels, races and ages. Dr. Nejat is a perfectionist who takes pride in a high quality of work. She remains calm while multi tasking, has great rapport with her team and you trust her to take care of you. I will be returning and I have found a new dentist to replace my old one that retired. You will not be disappointed.
