My first time going to this particular location since moving. I really felt at ease at my old dentist but I’m very happy with my experience. Very friendly staff, and very helpful. And they were very accommodating with me having to have my autistic 7yr old back with me, he LOVES the fish tanks at all the chairs and in the waiting area. I usually cringe having to go to the dentist, but I look forward to my next visit.

My son, Jackson, has been going to Laurel Bush for a few years. He was pretty nervous when he began, but now he doesn't have that anxiety anymore. I remind him that "you like to go there, remember?" (he's six) he is suddenly fine with our visit! Dr. Teddy makes him feel very comfortable and the hygienists tell him about every step so he isn't developing that fear of the dentist that many of us have!

Kind , gentle dental care. Dr Teddy takes great care of her patients. Her staff are beyond compare! Reasonable waiting times, comfortable waiting room and an aquarium to view while I wait and usually a smaller aquarium in the treatment rooms.

Let me start by saying I love Dr. Teddy. Yesterday was not a good day in the office. I was there twice and both times they were really behind for cleaning appointments and check out. My visit i was there for 1 1/2 hours and my daughters was 2 hours for a cleaning. If that keeps up, i will have to find a new office.

Laurel Bush Family Dental is an amazing dental office. We've been going to the office for several years, so the place feels like home/family. The office staff are courteous, approachable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The staff practice outstanding hand hygiene, and the office is always clean. We live in Mt. Washington, but we happily drive to Bel Air for our dental care. I highly recommend Laurel Bush Family Dental to anyone looking for an office that genuinely cares about it's patients.

My experience here has always been very positive. Recently they had to reschedule an appointment for me last minute due to an emergency for one of the dental hygienists. Even though I could not make that appointment, the scheduler I spoke with was able to get me a different appointment within 2 weeks. I usually see Dr. Toni who is extremely kind and a very good dentist. They are a busy practice but I think that speaks to their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking great local dental care.

Hi all! Everything was great. As usual, l was called from the waitng room quickly, ( l had enough time to sit down with a magazine, but not enough to find an artcle and begin reading it!), laughed a lot with Dr. Tony and her faithful assistant, and before l knew it, my broken crown was repaired and back in as a contributing part of my mouth. Great work everyone!

Dr. Toni has an impeccable bedside manner, explains all procedures in depth while demonstrating only sincere care her patients oral healthcare. A delightful sense of humor and personable. Complete waste of time. I was a patient for more than a year, with multiple dental issues. All they did was refer me to specialists and did not even fill one cavitiy, although they said I had many. I feel they did more harm than good. I would never return or recommend this practice!

I have so many positive things to say about Dr Teddy's practice but couldn't resist in taking a peak at some of the other reviews. About 98% = 5 star ratings ....right up there with God other than a couple malcontents mad at God, Dr Teddy and everyone else in their lives. UNBELIEVABLE..... my emergency story ! There I was, its Wednesday, just 2 days away from performing in a Maryland Entertainment Hall of Famers concert and the inevitable happens ..... BOOOM/CRUNCH ! My front tooth is broken & knocked out during physical training. My Tom Jones vocals are now being delivered with a whistle on every other word. GEEZS !! I'm freeking out!!!! Dr. Teddy squeezed me in same day, gave me a temp, took a mold and had a porcelain bridge finished and installed Friday morning getting me back in business and out of a terrible emergency situation. I'm totally blown away. She could have taken me to the cleaners but said she gets more business by just treating people very right. AND that's why I'm here now giving her and her practice a highly deserved 5 star review. Special thanks also go out to Bill Rettberg Jr. and Robin Sommer for taking my 'well toothed' photo on the night of the Maryland Entertainment Hall of Famers Concert . Mary treats friends and strangers the very same way. An amazing operation ! Squeeky clean, staffed with top Doctors and dental tech's that will go out of their way to accommodate their patients Thanks for the miracle Mary in saving the day!

Staff is very rude. I rearranged my schedule wasted an afternoon off work went into the office was in the chair when they canceled my appointment for some lame reason. Office manager is a rude person that wants to blame everyone else in the practice and take no responsibility. This was a total waste and those people are losers. DO NOT Waste your time and money. The office is fantastic. I transferred to this office after it was recommended to me by my neighbor. Several other people from my job spoke very highly about this office. Everyone from the front staff to the doctors was very polite, professional and pleasant. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 10 years so I had a lot to be seen. On my first appointment, they took xrays and the doctor gave me a complete exam. They secretary at the front typed everything up for me and I received a copy. I saw the recommended specialist who was recommended to get rid of my immediate concern.Dr Wray is exceptional, she's very caring, gentle , soft spoken and not pushy like my old dentist who totally turned me off and didn't see a dentist in years. My long extensive treatment is almost complete now and I couldn't be happier. My confidence in dentists has been restored.

A kind, professional, courteous, and compassionate staff starting at the front desk and ending with the Doctor's themselves. They even go above and beyond what is expected of Doctor's today, by checking on you through phone or e-mail after an appointment if there is reason to be concerned. The waiting room is comfortable and everything is kept quiet. Everyone displayed professional behavior as well as friendly and understanding behavior. They all seem very well educated and knowledgeable, including front desk staff. Well done, Laurel Bush Family Dentistry! It is a pleasure to visit your dentist office.
