Had a great experience at this dentist! Due to insurance issues, I had not been to a dentist in 3 years. I also previously had a horrible experience getting a wisdom tooth removed, so I was a little nervous. The staff did a great job sensing my needs, and answered the million questions I had. It also helps that the office is very inviting, great decor!

From: Melanie Evans I have severe anxiety issues with going to the dentist because I have had sooooooo much work done in the past and a lot has gone wrong. I hadn't been in quite some time when I finally got the nerve to find a new dentist near my work in Owings Mills, MD. I found Lakeside Village Dental and my first appointment was in March 2019. I recently had more appointments for cavities and an extraction and I was completely relaxed. I ended up with a complication from the extraction, not their fault, but Dr. O took care of it for me and has made me feel safe and secure each time that I am in the office. I would recommend this office to my mother, and that says quite a lot! Thanks everyone!

I am new to this site almost 2 years ago and have never had any major issues with my mouth or teeth.I needed to find a new dentist so I picked Lakeside Dental,at first they were very polite,the owner said she was from Africa and was polite and made me feel welcome.After a few visits I received a cleaning and during the cleaning the hygienist aggressively lifted my gums from the tooth line causing pain and my guns to blead,following that visit I have had all kinds of problems with my mouth.I had to go to the Sanai Hospital Emergency Room the end of April and was treated for a severe gum infection.That is the worst experience I ever had my mouth had open sores and hurt for a very long time following the care I received at Lakeside Vilkage Dental and I am just soooooo thankful the doctor found the issue and treated me at Sanai Hospital.I couldn't figure out what was wrong and was seen by my doctor and several specialist prior to going the emergency room several days ago.I am finally beginning to feel better.They were rude to me and said I was too picky and needed to find another dentist when I confronted them.IT WAS A REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND SOMETHING REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!EVEN MY DOCTOR KEVIN CARTER ,MD WAS AT WITS END AS TO HOW TO TREAT THE IRRITATION AND OPEN SORES IN MY MOUTH IT CAUSED ME FROM SUCH AGGRESSIVE & VIGOROUS CLEANING.

Tried to make an appointment. Was told I needed to pay $75 for a “special” x-ray. Luckily my dentist already has records of both x-rays so I didn’t need to pay for it. I was then told that the “type” of extraction required wouldn’t be covered by insurance and that I would need to pay $350 per tooth out of pocket. So I asked how many teeth am I expected to have removed so I can be a functioning person (you know, so I can have enough money, I knew I needed at least 2 out). She then puts me on hold where I am told by the DOCTOR that I cannot be seen because I used profanity. WOW! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Especially if you just have simple questions. Very insulting and disrespectful. The doctor also interrupted me while I was explaining to tell me she is not my “ma’am” she is a doctor....I was just being respectful...not sure who was worse...the front desk or the doctor. But I’d stay away from both

Best place to go to! I had my teeth pulled and they were very good!. This place is amazing!. Very polite and very friendly!!. I would definitely refer my friends and family to this dental office!!. I was referred from one of my friends!. And I’m glad I was!!!.i have a follow up in November and I can’t wait to go back for my follow up!.

I've been going to this dentist for a few years now. Dr. O's welcoming, friendly, accepting vibe is apparent in every part of this establishment. As an anxious-ish person who hates going to dentists, I have (almost ;)) become a convert. From the refreshments, to the posh decor, to the Netflix, to (especially) the positive and super-friendly, warm staff, I cannot recommend Lakeside Village Dental in Owings Mills, MD, highly enough.Thank you all! I am usually quite anxious at the dentist so I need someone who is gentle but thorough and that she is! Her staff is very professional and the office is clean and very modern. 5 stars all the way!

All I can say is WOW, what a beautiful office and beautiful staff to compliment it. All of my questions I had were answered, and I felt complete reassurance with Dr. O. She has a calm, easy-going personality and made me feel at ease. The girls at the front desk were very sweet and inviting. And the dental assistant was very outgoing and informative on my post-op care. Mrs. Linda- also was a great help when I called back to ask additional questions.. I couldn't be happier at my new dental office. It's usually a nerve-wracking process, finding a new dentist and not knowing what to expect...I am very pleased with all the care I received. ..thank you Lakeside Village, for making it easy !

Very friendly, clean and beautiful office. On my first visit I told the dental assistant and Dr. Dee that my teeth are so sensitive that even a cleaning can send me through the roof. They took me seriously and did a little magic so I hardly felt a thing. I'm very happy with this office.

Dentist has a great review on health grades however you can't get anyone to answer the phones in the office which is extremely inconvenient.

My 19 year old son made the transition from a pediatric dentist, and was very nervous about coming here. However, Dr. O and the staff made him very comfortable. He had his wisdom teeth pulled without any pain or issues afterwards. I was very impressed when I saw Dr. O as I was entering a store near the practice about 3 months after my son's procedure, and she recognized me and asked how my son was doing! You are not just another number here. They know who you are!

I was recommended to Dr.O by 2 of my sisters.Before I came to her office she personally called me just to let me know if I had any questions or concerns she was always available to help.Once I reached the office I was greeted with open arms like I been there before. Her staff was very welcoming,kind and attentive to all their patients.They eased my fears because I was nervous but they made me feel like I was n good hands.This gorgeous lady walked in who happens to be Dr.O talked me thru the whole process and before I knew it she was done! Well I’ve had the worst experience with this dental office ... my first experience they numbed the wrong wisdom tooth ... and when they were using a special tool that shoots air I jumped through the roof and they thought I was lying my tooth wasn’t numbed .. and she feisty with me telling me she did numb the tooth and I said well you stuck needles in the bottom tooth it’s the top tooth ... and she said O ... my 2nd experience I had a filling and they literally killed me the pain i experienced after was the worst they had no sympathy I called crying for Mortin 600s because they didn’t wanna give pain pills they told me take 4 Mortin it adds up 7 mths later i still cry from the pain and now I gotta pay 3000 for a root canal and a crown ....
