Felt really comfortable. I like the fact that you get your own tv. to watch while you wait. The tv makes the Small wait ok. felt little pain while my tooth was being pulled. The staff is pretty nice.

Prompt Service. I came in with severe tooth pain and they saw me right away. She was very reassuring, made sure I was numb before she pulled the tooth and answered all of my questions. Her assistant was very pleasant and he was comforting. I am terrified of dentist but I felt comfortable here. I will be coming back.

My experience was nothing short of wonderful. Both Ms. Ayanna & Stephanie were very professional and patient in helping me. The facilities are well maintained and easily accessible. The area set aside for the children is an awesome distraction for the parents who have to bring children along. I recommend anyone in or around this area should look to make Healthy Dental @ Penn Station Shopping center their primary caregiver for oral healthcare.

As a consumer we expect and are comfortable with very good service, and usually do not frequent establishments that are not up to those standards. The service and professionalism was amazing at Healthy Dental. The emphasis on patient comfort and excellent service is way over the top. It is an exceptionally clean office building with state of the art equipment, with a calm, minimalist atmosphere. Exceptional. This office reminds me that the challenges can be met in the dental medical arena to conquer fears from past dental horrors, which is totally awesome. I could not ask for anything more - rare. ATTENTION! Write the Name Down. Honest and Professional Organization, with professional staff.

This office and employees is a very great experience if you don't like dental visits! They have game consoles and a playground for the kids! It's very clean and the staff is very nice and professional! They also get the job done! My son is free of cavities done in 2 days no pain at all! Loved it

I am a new patient at the landover office and I am beyond satisfied with the staff and the doctors. I’m also very pleased with their front desk person Monika she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Moreau is very good, very professional with good bedside manners also. The whole staff especially Monika is very helpful, very professional and they give off good energy. I will be returning every 6 months for my routine cleaning and I will recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

May I start off by saying yesterday on 1/3/17 I spoke with Ms. Neelima Yerra via telephone explained to her the problem I was having with my wisdom tooth she advised me to come in as a walk-in new patient she is a very welcoming person I received some pain meds and was scheduled for appointment on 1/4/17 to have my wisdom tooth removed witch went very well only took about 15 mins I strongly recommend her. I will return for future visits.

If your looking for a horrible dentist office this is NOT the place. Offering same day service I came in pain and left with none. The dentist is a true miracle worker look for Dr. Assefa. The staff is A++ especially Ayanna, Laquana and Shanell. To me it was like having dental work done by family.

This is the most sloppiest rushed dental experience I have ever had. The female dentist just rushed through the whole check up. I guess I will have to go back to Essence Dental. She didn’t floss or clean my teeth properly at all. I won’t be back. First time I left a dental office with my mouth feeling dirty. When I told the dentist I was unhappy and I felt my cleaning was rushed she didn’t apologize, offer to do my cleaning again, nothing. She came back with a paper and instructed me to stop by the front desk and schedule my next appointment, I think not.First and last time coming to this office. Update: I was given another appointment. The dentist that did my cleaning this time was awesome! I made my 6 month appointment to see him again! He’s awesome and did an amazing job!

My children are very afraid of the dentist because of previous visits! However out 1st visit here and Dr.Madu took very very great care of my child! He's gotten 6 cavities filled with no pain no pressure. I love this office, it's clean, comfortable and the staff is very nice and welcoming! Now my husband and I are planning to make appointments! I love this dentist office. The staff is super friendly. The dentist there make sure you are comfortable and talk you through procedures so you know what's going on. Its really clean just as the pictures looks and they aren't overbooked to where it takes an hour or so to be seen. Really convenient with appointments as well. When I say procedures are pain free. I got a root canal done there and I was expecting to be in dier pain. I literally felt nothing. Thank you I don't ever give 5 stars but their service is outstanding

My 1st visit I had an appointment at 11am. I did not get taken in the back until almost 1 o’clock. Then once I got in the chair, the dentist told me that it would be another 30mins to an hour to get X-rays done because all the nurses went to lunch. At that point I said forget the X-rays I just wanted my teeth clean. The dentist acted like she had a reason to have an attitude and rushed my cleaning. After that horrible experience I told myself that I wouldn’t return to Healthy Dental. However, here I am again giving them another chance. It’s 9:57am and my appointment is at 10am. The staff has yet to open the door and let me in the office after I’ve tried several times. She litted up here 10 fingers to me to ensure me that she wouldn’t open the door until then. I’m not sure why me sitting in the waiting area is such a problem but I will no longer be a patient are Healthy Dental after today. It’s 10:05, and “the doctors aren’t here yet”.

Great service. Meant to ask the name of the two women at the reception desk, but they were fantastic. Alicia was great at her job and easy to talk to. Dr. Assefa explained what I needed to know really well, and cleaned my teeth quickly and thoroughly with no discomfort. Best dental experience I’ve had.

I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Dental!! My daughters have been going here for a couple years and the care has always been excellent! The staff here is very skilled, gentle and overall EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with. I had the worst toothache I've ever had for a good little while, so I finally called this morning to see what they could do for me. They explained my insurance to me very well, it's quite limited but they were willing to work with me. I was in and out in less than two hours ( this includes all my xrays and a very gentle tooth extraction.) The Dentists are great here as well as the dental hygienists, assistants and the front desk staff. It's about 8 hours after my extraction and I'm not really in too much pain, the dentist was so great as well as he assistant. We plan to continue to come here for all our dental care for years to come! They also have a great plan area that is always clean and well maintained as as the entire dental practice! Do yourself a favor and choose Healthy Dental for your dental care! I want to make sure I express how wonderful the front desk staff is, they really made me feel much better just over the phone and continued their kindness and professionalism throughout my visit today, as they always do each time I bring my daughters here.

I had a root canal done by maryland university...which had broke and cut up in my gum...I came in on a emergency , Staff and Dr was wounderful took care of me right away without any problems.. pulled my tooth , which the Dr took his Time explain to me every step of the way..Trust me i will be coming back here .I recommend this dental office!

My experience at the Health dental office was significant because of the previous experiences I had with previous Dental offices. Not only was the doctor willing to listen to previous experiences but also he acquiesce to my suggestions. To summarize, all I can say his work is of superlative quality. Dr. Assefa is the best!!!....I had teeth extracted for my braces and it was painless and quick, I didn’t even know he was done. Update: Started off bad but I must admit I was impressed with the work done. Owner called to apologize for inconvenience. That made a huge difference.
