As a person who's afraid (yes) and a 10+ on the anxiety scale my first visit was wonderful. The office was very calming and pleasant from the receptionist to the staff (music volume was a tiny bit up for my taste but not bad). The receptionist was really nice polite and pleasant. The Dentist and his assistant were so gentle in x-rays and evaluation results and reassuring of the treatments needing to be performed on my next visit(s) . So far I'm glad I keep my appt and would say my anxiety was at a 4 at the end of my visit which is pretty good just a little anxious about treatments needed. As a ex smoker I cannot wait for my new smile and beginnings. Stay tuned I'll keep you posted on next three appointments to be set.

They were very accomodating when I mentioned I had to pick up my daughter. Even with time constraints, the examination was very thorough. I got to see digital pics of my teeth! I moved to Maryland about a year ago and recently started going to see Dr. Cooper after having the same dentist for 20 years. I was very much afraid of not being able to find a great dentist. Dr. Cooper and his staff have exceeded all of my expectations. Dr. Cooper takes his time explaining your dental issues and procedures. He is extremely patient and detailed in answering questions too. His assistant Samantha is also awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and Greenway Center Dentistry!

First of all I love that whenever I bring my son as soon as we walk through the door they greet him by his name. The lobby is always clean and smells so welcoming. The staff customer service is amazing. I got to enjoy a wonderful conversation with Ms Vogue Ellis while we waited for the doctor. Once the doctor came he was great with my son and showed me on the computer the issue instead of just telling me. Let me know what to expect in the future for his teeth. Just a wonderful and great experience. I wish they took my insurance

I’ve been going here a few years after a few bad experiences other places...here, they have weekday appointments as late as 6pm, as well as Saturday appointments. The staff has ALWAYS been pleasant from my arrival to checkout. The doctors answer all of your questions thoroughly and I’ve never felt like just a number being herded through.

My son just had his three teeth pulled this afternoon. It was the worst experience of all. I am just hoping that my son will not be traumatized by this experience and will not be scared to go to see a dentist. The reason why dentist put anesthesia is for the patient not to feel the pain. The anesthesia needs to set in first for few minutes and the patient should feel the numbness before pulling the teeth. However, this dentist, Liang Fang, after injecting the anesthesia to my son's gum pulled the teeth right away. My son cried out loud of the excruciating pain but this dentist did not care at all how the patient felt. He cared only pulling the teeth as fast as he could. NO MERCY!!! I will not recommend this dentist especially for the children.

It's been well over 3 years since I've gone to a dentist, and I was nervous about being chided on having fallen off the wagon. I was put at ease both over the phone and in person by Greenway Center's wonderful receptionist staff. My first visit was also EXCELLENT with Dhara who was my Hygienist that day. The cleaning and xrays were painless and I was impressed by her professional and polite approach. I also saw Dr. Fang as my dentist, who explained to me the state of my teeth and treatment and finance options, straightforward and respectful. I am very impressed by the service here and will be returning for my future dental work. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Greenway Center for many years and I am very happy with their professional services both by their doctors and assistants. They have always taken their time to evaluate very carefully and list all the options that are available to address any dental issues. The dental assistance who have performed the routine clean up have always taken close to an hour to do a very satisfactory job and they they always conveyed what they see and how I could mitigate those problems. Any insurance issues have always been dealt immediately by the front desk staff.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. The office looks like a hotel. Absolutely Beautiful. From day one everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Bafna is the BEST. He was caring and sensitive to what I was feeling. I needed a lot of expensive work done, yet he didn't let that stop him from doing the work to get me out of pain. The other ladies in the office are just as great, they understood what I was going through and their main focus was getting me out of pain. Great service however the wait time can be insane. I had a 4pm appointment and I didnt get seen til about 5 and didnt leave till about 530 and had to be somewhere at 6pm. This has happened to me before. I did get free cancer test scanning and and another treatment for free. But I purposely made the appointment for 4 knowing I had to be somewhere . Other than that I've had actual good service.

I went in for the first time. First of all the wait was long. I had an early morning appointment and there were hardly any other patients, so I don't understand why it took forever to see me. The staff was friendly and warm. The dentist was kind of goofy, for lack of a better word. Looking back he was very casual, unprofessional and carefree. I did my cleaning, and agreed to get some fillings that would cost under $200. All of a sudden, half way through my fillings I was told I needed to have a root canal right then and there because that tooth had a very large cavity and could not be filled in. Instead I would need a crown to fill it. My mouth was numb, I couldn't feel the bottom half of my face and I could barely speak. The doctor made it seem like a real emergency so I agreed to have the root canal done. I was given a temporary crown and was given an appointment to come back for the permanent crown in a few weeks. No one really explained to me what I was allowed to do before I left the office. I really couldn't speak so I wrote a note asking the dental assistant when I was allowed to eat. She told me to not eat anything crunchy, chewy, or hard, and not to floss between the tooth with the crown and to try to eat on the other side of my mouth! Really!!! What if I hadn't asked before I left? Looking back, I got duped and taken advantage of. My total came to over $500 that I was told I had to pay right then, so I had to put it on my credit card. I don't plan on returning.

I went to see Dr. Fang for a second opinion. His staff is super friendly, the office is always clean and I never have to wait long to be seen (they also play the best music). I was so please with my consult that I decided to go with Dr. Fang for the procedure I needed. Dr. Fang is amazing, I feel like I’m his only patient. I never feel rushed. He takes his time during my procedures, I feel like he really hears my concerns and answer any questions that I have. My experience has been pleasant and I would highly recommend him.

I have had nothing but a terrible experience at this dental office. First, my appointment was billed at a certain amount of money, but they quoted me incorrectly and I owed twice as much as quoted. They contacted me a few weeks after my appointment to ask if I was aware I still had a balance on my account. I said I was not, but I had a follow up appointment scheduled for a few days later, so I told them I would settle at that time. They assured me that since they had spoken with me, the balance would not go to collections. When I came for my appointment, they had sent the balance to collections anyway, despite having talked to me days prior, and despite having only notified me one time of the balance. I decided to continue going to this office since it is so close to my house. My next appointment was scheduled at 1 pm on a Monday. I arrived on time. I was notified that they tried to call me to “confirm the appointment” but since they weren’t able to get a hold of me, they gave the appointment to someone else. They said “I can wait if I want”. I walked right out and will never return. If someone has an appointment scheduled at a certain time, why would you just give that appointment to someone else?? Horrible service. Impolite reception staff. I have never experienced such consistent incompetency.

I arrived for my 1pm appointment five minutes early. After approaching the desk I was informed my appointment that I had for three weeks was canceled and my spot was given away. This was frustrating for me because they didn't call to inform me it was canceled and I drove to and from Alexandria, Virgina to pick up my Son for the appointment. I was shocked that they would cancel the promise time they gave me because I missed the reminder call (I thought reminder calls were a courtesy to the client so we wouldn't forget. Not an opportunity for companies to kick loyal customers to the curb). I was really shocked because I am a regular customer. My Son just had his braces placed in January so we've been in quite regularly. Before his braces we would go in for regular cleanings. We've also had three exstractions and X-rays. If you're looking for a place that doesn't are about your m/ oney, time, children, or loyalty then this is the place for you. The staff was unapologetic and treated me like I did something wrong.

This review is specifically for the customer service in scheduling an appointment. I was never seen at this location. I had requested an appointment online and received an automatic response with an appointment more than a month away. I never confirmed the appointment via email and called to let them know that the timing didn’t work due me needing to see someone right away for an issue I was having. They stated this was the earliest app for a new patient and I ended up going with another dentist in the area that got me in within a week. Flash forward a month and I get a call asking where I am and when am I going to show for my appointment. The person on the phone was incredibly rude, especially after I explained that I did not confirm the appointment or speak to anyone. She insisted that I did, it was all very odd as I never received an appointment confirmation or reminder.

My wife and I love this place! Prior to finding them, we were being duped by another dentist in Laurel in terms of co-pay cost. I have periodontal disease and with the previous provider, I paid about $2000.00 per year out of pocket for my care. With Greenway Center Dentistry, I pay under $500.00 out of pocket for my care. They have come up with a quarterly maintenance plan that cost me about $120.00 per visit for 4 visits a year as opposed to the $250.00 per quadrant per visit (8 quadrants in a year)! Lydia the hygienist is awesome, and gets your teeth cleaned without the pain and bleeding that I had come to associate with dental care until I found Greenway Center Dentistry! Now, going to the dentist is fun! Also, Rachel who used to handle billing was great! Though we've moved from the Laurel area, we plan to continue to use them!
