Very disorganized and unprofessional. When I came there for my appointment the nurse took a very long time doing everything, from X-ray to cleaning. What was suppose to be maybe a 3 hour appointment was almost 5 hours. They were also an awkward bunch, conversations didn't seen genuine and they were overly invasive with some of the personal questions they asked, also the office is a bit out dated. I decided to go to another dentist who requested my records for Gilbert office and they ignored the request until I showed up and threatened them, the new dentist I now go to assured me that they over diagnosed my issues that would've cost me $1200 plus of work that I did not need. 0 STARS!!!

Dr. Gilbert is very professional, personable and a perfectionist. She never stops until the job is done right, which is what you want in your dentist. The staff is also very professional, courteous and inviting, especially Sicilia. I’ve been going to her office for 7 years now, and she’s the real deal. I also highly recommend getting Invisalign from Dr. Gilbert. Although I had my Invisalign for almost two years, because I had severe spacing, Dr. Gilbert and the staff made it as easy as they possibly could.

I am 53 years old. I have been petrified of Dentist since I was 18. When I first met Dr. Gilbert, I cried out of fear. She was patient with me. Because of my fear she sent me to a surgeon to remove a tooth. Dr. Gilbert explained I would loose all my teeth because of gum disease. This I already knew. So when I broke the next tooth, I went back and started my journey of trust. The more she worked with me the more I began to trust her. My daughter no longer came with me for my protection. I lost all my teeth. Dr. Gilbert explained everything and how long it would take. When I would cry she listened. Now when I see her, I hug her. She is the best Dentist I have worked with. I look forward to seeing her. I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of a true Dentist. One who works with and gets to know her patients. Signed K. Trantham

I love this dental office! Dr. Gilbert stays on me about taking care of my teeth which has helped me save money. In the past with my previous dentists, I did not feel the need to keep up with my maintenance and always had to get emergency services which can be costly. Dr. Gilbert's prices are reasonable and everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Even though I do not work or live in the area, I travel from the Bolling Air Force Base area because I love their services and professionalism. Their office was one of the best referral I've ever received from someone.

This has to be the most disorganized and disrespectful adminstrative staff. I was a potentional new customer, and had called the office multiple time to ensure that they were able to see me with my insurance. I was assured that I would be covered, so I drove 45 minutes with a dental emergency with high levels of pain. Upon my arrival, I was told to fill out forms. As I filled out the form the administrative staff member told me I could not be seen as I did not fit the criteria for the type of insurance they take. I’m highly upset, I drove 45 minutes there and back for nothing. What was more upsetting is the staff member not apologizing or taking ownership of their mistake. She told me to pay full price to be seen but I still wouldn’t be covered.
