When we first moved to this area, I chose this practice because (1) they took my insurance, and (2) they were convenient to my house. After we had to leave due to insurance changes, I learned just how special this practice is! Clean, bright facility. Nice dentists, techs, and staff, who are happy to help you. Now that we're in a different insurance situation, I was sure to return to Fusion Dental in Clarksville as quickly as we could. We strongly prefer coming to Fusion Dental.

I was in pain and I got in the same day for a Dentist. I was in the office from the time of my call to my appointment time. I needed oral surgery and also had that done the same day. What my insurance covered was clearly explained. Everyone was very nice. I am 58 and have been to many Dentists over the years and this is the best by far.

Our family has been going to Dr. Wilson for years. He's an excellent dentist and the staff there is superb. They go out of their way to make the experience as painless and relaxed as possible. They're supportive, pay attention to my concerns and preferences, and respond quickly. They have extended office hours, so I've never had a problem getting an appointment (even same day -- twice -- for emergencies). Thanks to their clear explanations and written treatment plans I always know my options and the exact out-of-pocket cost for each procedure.

I have always had a great experience at Fusion Dental! I have been to the Eldersburg office for cleanings and it was always a pleasant experience with the hygienists and doctors; they are very gentle, nice, and offer great advice to help preserve the health of my teeth. I recently visited the Clarksville office to see the periodontist, Dr. Freidman. The doctor, staff, and receptionist, Dawn, were all extremely helpful and patient and answered all of my questions. Dr. Friedmen was so accommodating and even willing to come out of his way to another office to see me for a procedure so that I could have it done before my insurance ended. They really go above and beyond what I expect from a doctor's office and I appreciate them and cannot recommend them enough!!

I typically do not have any problems with fusion dental, but I had an appointment scheduled for February that I scheduled in December, and they called me less than a week before saying that I need to reschedule my appointment without any explanation.

Fusion Dental is great! Both myself and my 2 year old son are new patients. I went to a different location than him and had a good experience at both locations (Eldersburg & Clarksville). The staff is so friendly. Dr. Raj was excellent with my son and Dr. Wilson did so well explaining the exam he was doing on my teeth. They take their time with patients and it really shows that they care. I'm glad I found Fusion!

Dr. Bae and the two dental clinicians professionals who assisted him for my dental surgery were an excellent team!! I was a nervous wreck being in denial that the dental surgery would happen on my next visit. Once, we established my expectations and answered all of my questions for that day's treatment, calming me down, and proceeding with highest sensitivity to any hint of discomfort, I was fine. In fact, I not only was able to drive myself to my pharmacy, wait for the prescriptions, and home all through rush evening traffic. I was proud of myself, very comfortable, clear-headed, and happy to rest and follow their post-op written instructions for the remaining of the evening and the next day. Great job by Dr. Bae and your professional dental clinicians.

Exceptional service! The office is extremely clean and warm. From the moment I walked into the office, I was nicely welcomed and greeted by the staff. Shortly after completing paperwork, I completed my initial x-rays and a few seconds later the Dr. Wilson completed a full exam. Dr. Wilson is simply amazing! After completion of my exam, he provided me with feedback and we collectively discussed my next treatments. Besides his expertise and friendly personality, I truly like how he took the time to ask me what I did or didn't like about my smile and used the information provided to create a treatment plan to address those areas. I cannot express enough how thankful I am I found the dental office of my dreams! Every single person who worked with me during my visit was sooooo friendly and kind. Thank you Fusion Dental for simply being amazing!!!!!!

I called Fusion Dental for a dental emergency and spoke with Dawn. Dawn was very understanding and gave me options on times to come. Thank God, there was an available schedule today and I was immediately accommodated. EVERYONE was so nice and explained the procedure well, as well as the charges for my insurance and my out-of-pocket cost. We had been looking for a long term dentist for our family and I think I found one. Dr. Wilson is so nice and made sure that I am satisfied with the emergency procedure.
