We recently moved to Havre de Grace, We get a call 1 hr. before our appointment to let us know no doctors in the house! suggesting we could do our cleaning and reschedule the doctor exam later, which was ok with us, but they wanted us to sign a paper stating that we have been examed in the last 7 month, which is not true because we're new patients! they insisted that we sign, we left the office.

Very pricey. I think he priced it high because he didnt want to do the work.

Specifically ask for dr friedman and waited 45 extra min over my appt time and dont get him again.... tired of this happening will be switching

I recently had a cleaning set for 7:40 am. I was there @ 7:30 am figuring that maybe I could get in a little sooner only because the appointment was so early I didn't think there would be anyone ahead of me but I was so so so wrong!!! The first patient was already in the chair so I waited almost 10 mins past my appointment time and then I got up to ask when did she think I would be seen?? Judy the receptionist told me to ...hold on she would check on that and by the time she got back with the answer to that question 5 mins had past. Now I'm looking @ 15 mins past my original appointment time. When she did finally get back with an answer of course the answer was just another few mins which means another 5-10 more mins. I would like to add I have been a loyal patient for over 10 yrs so I have decided to go to another dentist. I guess being loyal means nothing to some people.
