I've recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dental office for my cleanings and check ups. When I called the office I was pleasantly greeted by their receptionist Samantha. My work schedule is a little different then the normal 9 to 5 but she was able to set me up with an appointment quickly. The office is in a great location in an old building much like the rest of the businesses in the area. It was very clean and welcoming. Samantha once again greeted me with a smile and helped me through all the normal new patient processing. I was taken back quickly for my appointment. Dr. Andersen was also extremely friendly and had me taken care of with no time wasted. 10/10 customer experience and would go back anytime I needed dental work.

Had an emergency and Dr Andersen and her staff were incredibly accommodating. Front desk staff were very welcoming and Dr. Andersen took time to answer all my questions and concerns. Clean and modern facility couldn’t have been happier with my first experience. Would recommend without hesitation!

This was my first appointment at Fells Point Dental. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was super easy to make an appointment and get my dental records sent over. I barely had to wait before I was taken back. The hygenist and Dr. Andersen were great; really nice and helpful. The appointment was quick and painless. They let me know how much my fillings would be ahead of time and were able to get me scheduled ASAP. Would definitely recommend to those in the area!

This office does not cater well to cosmetics. I simply asked that a low abrasion polish be offered for my cleanings and that recommendation was ignored. I then ordered some polish on my own dime and had it shipped to the office. Apparently this offended Dr. Andersen since my appointment was immediately canceled and I was asked to seek treatment elsewhere. Not the kind of service I would recommend to others.

I called the office today to make an appointment for my mother. I spoke with Samantha. Explained that my mother has medicare & is in a wheelchair. Samantha politely explained to me that the office doesn’t accept the plan but she offered to still make me an appointment for my mother. I asked her if they do payment plans as my mother is on a fixed income. She offered me something called care credit & told me that it was good for medical as well. She was so polite, unlike Canton Dental whom I called and they immediately told me no they wouldn’t accept that and hung up. Samantha mentioned how gentle the Doctor was and how gentle the ladies who clean teeth are too. Once we get my mother approved for the care credit. We will be making an appointment at Fells Point.

Update: The below issue with the receptionist was addressed promptly by Dr. Anderson. Super impressed with the service! Great experience with the dentist but a very unpleasant one with the receptionist Chris. An oddly rude attitude when asked simple questions. Like he is doing you a big favor scheduling your appointment. Definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

I fell last night and broke my tooth horribly. I called this morning hoping they could fit me in for an appointment and they could. I thought they was just gonna look at my tooth and schedule another appointment to actually fix it but she did it the same day! I had called so many other offices and no one would see me. Although they didn’t accept my insurance I was willing to pay out of pocket because they were so nice and willing to work with me on such short notice.

I had an exceptional first experience here at Fells Point Dental! From the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by the front receptionist Chris. He was very friendly and made me feel apart of their family! The hygienist Amanda took her time during my cleaning and did a very thorough job. Most dentists I have been to in the past usually over diagnose but I felt like the doctor had my best interest at heart. I would refer this place to my friends and family!

My first visit today and it was so good! I have anxiety going to the dentist and was nervous going in for dental pain. The staff from check in to check out was super friendly and understanding. The hygienist, Caroline, was patient and gentle. And I loved Dr Hwang. She discovered I have a fractured molar but she put me at ease right away. Her expertise is clear and she explained everything really well. On top of that she is incredibly kind. I can’t recommend her enough!! Great experience (didn’t think I would ever say that after a dentist visit!!).

A friendly atmosphere makes all the difference in terms of dental office quality. Dr. Andersen and her team do a great job of making one as comfortable as is possible while under the drill. The staff is very friendly and the location cannot be beat in terms of convenience. The cherry on top is their acceptance of nearly all dental insurance plans. I always walk away with a smile, no pun intended. Thanks again to the Fells Point Dental team for a clean bill of oral health!

Dr. Anderson is very kind and an excellent dentist. Her staff is kind and gentle as well. Atmosphere welcoming. 4/5 stars as an insurance misunderstanding cost me hundreds of dollars unexpectedly for non emergency work. As a patient, it's worth double checking with your insurance regarding rates.

Clean upscale establishment. Dr. Andersen is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and up to date on the newest techniques and technologies. While the office seems busy, Dr. Andersen will take the time to give you a run down of the prognosis in detail, and preventative care and/or Rx plan with you step by step. I highly recommend Fells Point Dental.

The office has the most high- tech dentist equipment I have ever seen in a dental office. Dr. Andersen is extremely sweet and truly wants the best for the patient. She also takes the least invasive approach. The high tech equipment allows for a quick visit. I was in and out of the office in 40 minutes or less, including my check in and check out time. She uses Ipads for check in where you confirm all the information is up to date. I had an issue with the ipad (I am not very tech- savy) and her office manager Chrissy was able to solve the problem with one touch of the ipad! Due to my work schedule I ask to be put on Chrissy's call list in case they have cancelled appointments sometimes they are able to fit me in which is convenient for me! I know that if there are any problems with appointments, payments, or insurance Chrissy would be able to solve them for me!

Great service, friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff. This was one of the better experiences i have had with any type of health or medical treatment. Just plain Outstanding!

Beware of this dentist. I was billed 2.20x ($362) more than the initial estimate I was given, despite being told numerous times that I would have an "updated and accurate estimate" for the latest bill. I will not be returning.

Great Staff!! Dr Anderson and her team were very friendly. Chrissy was able to work us both into the schedule. My teenage son has ADHD and a slight fear of the dentist, so I was very pleased with how informative and caring they were to him. :-)
