This place is a complete Scam office. After two different staff members left there, I was called by one that I was very friendly with. She was so lovely. She called to basically worn me about the owner some Indian lady. Sadly Laurie was basically managing mostly everything. I believe she is now gone, or in their Laurel location. This office is such a Scam ( especially Laurie) and the OWNER! They had done 4 different route canals on my teeth when I was 8 months pregnant. They were seeing me every Saturday to continue work for the whole summer. I finally had my fill by end of September after speaking with that certain person. The worse part about it, I did not need any of those crowns. It is a tragedy what they did. Now its costing me a year later, because they did not place the crowns properly. Do not do business with them, unless your getting a cleaning

Be prepared to wait a long time for service. Seriously, bring a lunch or something. Don't expect pleasantries or bedside (chairside?) manner. Expect repeated calls and cards to confirm your next appointment - even after you ask to cancel.

Dr. Sidhu is my favorite dentist over the year! I have been going to her service for last 3 years, and she always take cares of everything well. Actual cleaning, billing me, and overall customer service is excellent and commendable. Feel free to visit Dr. Sidhu for any of your dental needs, highly recommended!!

I use to love this place. I recently started having issues in the last year. - I went in for an appointment. Waited 30 minutes, I went up to the counter and asked how much longer. They said they couldn’t see me from the angle I was sitting out in the lobby. They said they had no clue I was there but I signed in early. I then had to reschedule because I had other things to do that day. - Came in for rescheduled appointment like a week later. I received a text message to remind me about my appointment. They said that I wasn’t on the schedule. I was then informed that they moved my appointment to a later time without notifying me so I left. - My last attempt to come in for an appointment was today. I was sent a text reminder an hour before my appointment. No phone call the day before, not text message the day before. I was dealing with a family emergency so I called and they said they would charge me a 48 cancellation fee. Yet they do not have enough respect to remind me a full 48hrs. before my appointment - My last issue with this place was they sent me a bill for a couple hundred dollars trying to bill my old insurance that I have not had for years. When I reached out to them by phone I left a message and no one had the decency to call me back. So I have no clue where that stands right now. I have given them so many chances but I will be finding a new dentist in the future I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
