It took me a while to fully understand how traumatic my visit with Dr. Brager was. He didn't use any gel anesthetic before ramming my cheekbone(bone!) and jawbone with the Novocaine needle and wiggling it around. I had breakthrough pain during my filling procedure, and all of his work is very heavy-handed. Additionally, his gloves smell. It may be time for him to retire.

They charged me 160$ for a general cleaning, though my insurance covers "Cleanings, 2 In A Calendar Year"

The place is clean and staff is nice. The doctor is knowledgeable. But I am not supposed to have three painful injuries inside my mouth and on my lips (visible) in order to get my routine dental cleaning. Didn't seem to pay any attention to my audible and visible pain expressions when the ultrasonic cleaner was penetrating my mouth and my lips. First and last visit.

I never had any serious dental problems with my teeth so when I notice my front tooth was getting dark I really got scared.I spoke with Sue, the Director over the phone who told me to come in. As I waited to be seen by the dentist she had a consultation with me and explained the possible treatment. I was suprised at the amount of knowledge she had!! I was suprised to find out she was not a dentist! She was very professional.I explained to her that I was scared of the dentist and never needed anything done other than my routine cleanings. She explained to me that the dentist here are great and I could get more than one opinion if I liked. I knew I wanted more than one opinion about the problem with my tooth but I didn't want to go to different dental offices. At College Park Dental I was able to go to different doctors in the same office for different opinions, I thought this was great!!!!! I originally spoke with Dr. Brager the head dentist and he gave me great advice, took and x-ray and he explained to me the different reasons why my tooth was discoloring and why I had no pain he took his time and spoke very clearly so I could actually understand. I also spoke to Dr.Majid who was very empathetic to my situation and made me feel very comfortable, so I could better understand he did a test to see if the nerve was dying or already dead. The third opinion was Dr.Hoang, she was great!!! I scheduled an appointment with her to do my veneers and I now have a perfect smile!!!! She was very gentle and she explained step by step everything that was being done, her assistants were great also. Dr.Tiwary and Dr.Cherot have done my cleanings and I was always satisifed!
