Dr. Anderson is a great dentist and is always friendly and asks about you and your family members. He is honest on his opinions of work needed to be done and was kind enough to come in on a Friday after closing hours to take care of a crown that fell out. We were going to have to leave the Scott Finlay practice due to Dr. Finlay not being in our network of Delta Dental for military retirees. However, they have Dr. Anderson now that is a network provider and we didn't have to leave the practice after being patients there for 12 years.

Well another visit to Dr, Anderson and I left with a brighter smile!!! I recently had an appointment for a follow up and cleaning, and once again I couldn't be more satisfied. I had some extensive work done 18 months ago, and ever since, I haven't had any troubles. I went in for my check up/cleaning, was immediately greeted with friendly faces, and was back in the chair within a couple minutes. Everything went smooth, and Dr. Anderson let me know that my work had healed quite well and offered some secondary procedures that could help improve my situation even better. Dr. Anderson also broke it down into steps to help make it easier on the budget. This is the reason I will continue to see Dr. Anderson at Finlay & Associates, as they are forever courteous and thoughtful about each patients individual situation, and they offer several reasonable options to accomplish goals set by both Doctor and patient. I've been a loyal patient for almost 6 years. I drive 33 miles each way from Pikesville, Md to see doctor Anderson because I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The staff (from the front desk to the dental chair) are warm and make you feel like family. They constantly keep up with the latest in dental technology and new procedures and only recommend treatment plans that are in my best interest (no sales pitches). I saw a glimpse of my before and after films during my last cleaning and couldn't believe the dramatic change. For the first time in my life, I actually smile in pictures.

I went to Dr Anderson after ~14 years of not seeing a dentist due to a childhood bad experience. Needless to say i had two cavities and needed a good cleaning. After researching all the dentists in the area i chose Dr Anderson and i believe i couldn't have made a better choice. He listened to me when i said i hated going to the dentist and that i have a low pain tolerance and that i was likely to be a pain in the you know what patient. He explained to me everything he was doing and why and when i had questions he answered them quickly, professionally and did not mind the additional time i took while being inquisitive. He managed my pain to less than a pinprick and i now know I've found the only dentist i'm willing to go to and am not dreading my next trip to see his staff. Speaking of other staff, His office staff are awesome, greet you by name when you walk in and his hygentists are also great and make a normally unpleasant experience easy. Overall each member i've interacted with are great on their own but together they are a super team.

The first time I met Dr. Anderson, I taken aback by his age. I have been one of his patients for probably the past five years or more and always look forward to the visit. Dr. Finlay made an excellent choice in adding Dr. Anderson to his practice. He is pleasant, confident and makes me feel secure about my dental care.
