For me Congressional dental is one of the best in the entire area. Dr.Sakarzadeh and Dr Farzin are the combination you need for implants. They are highly dependable, very courteous and well trained as well as the staff working with them. I have also done crowns and used other services from that clinic and have always been impressed by the high degree of professionalism combined with courtesy. A very pleasant experience overall.

This is such a good dental center! My husband had lots of travel, but they fit him into the schedule on short notice, did the periodontal work that we've been trying to resolve for two years (and did it well - 4 months later, still no problems at all!), were clear about how billing would work, and resubmitted our claims to insurance to check if they could get us any more coverage. their location is also great - right across the street from Twinbrook Metro (through the small back lot, cross the street, and you're there!) *Posted by Eric's wife

The front desk stuff is horrible. I have never had such bad experience in the medical filed. The office manager is very unprofessional. She does not know how to deal with people. I had a dispute in regards to billing. The ins company even stepped in and said I was billed incorrectly. She was not having it. I had the ins agent stay on the phone while I was in the office. The office manager called the ins agent stupid, and was defensive with me. She tried to over charge me for the service I received. It's clear as day what my plan covers. For what ever reason they do not care what your plan covers, and charges you double the amount until the EOB goes thru. Than refund the money if needed. She, even threatened me, and told me she would take the crown out of my mouth. I can't believe on how poorly I was treated.

Dr Ali Sarkarzadeh is the man, never lets you down. This dental practice is great! Dr. Sarkar is highly-skilled, conscientious, and always answers my many questions patiently and honestly. I never feel rushed as he allots plenty of time for each patient. Galina is an excellent hygienist, and I look forward to seeing her every six months for my cleanings. The lovely ladies at the desk are helpful and good-natured, and they handle the billing and insurance competently and efficiently. The office is clean and well-lit, and the waiting area chairs are comfortable. I moved last year to northern VA from Takoma Park, but I stayed with Congressional Dental Care despite the longer drive. They are that good!

My husband and I went here for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal. They are excellent! Very good at what they do and they make sure you aren't in any pain. They even do follow up visits to make sure everything is healing nicely. Just be aware that they need payment in full upfront (with reimbursement from your insurance).

I had a very good experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sarkar explained everything clearly. Ultimately, although I came for a second opinion and he agreed with my regular dentist, it became clear that Dr. Sarkar will become our new regular dentist; he was able to give pros and cons of various options. He made me feel I would be in more capable hands.

I started going to Congressional Dental Care years ago because it was convenient to my place of employment. Now, I'm a dedicated patient because of the quality care and service I receive. I don't dread the visit. I've been a patient for years and wouldn't go anywhere else or trust another dentist to do my dental work. The office is bright and clean and you don't sit for an eternity in the reception area waiting for service. Excellent and professional service--everyone--receptionist, dental hygienist, and doctor. The doctor is outstanding! I've had fillings, crowns, bridgework and I've never had one regrettable, painful experience. The doctor provides details on your dental health and explains recommended future treatment to keep your mouth healthy. The doctor is very friendly and caring and puts you at ease. I highly recommend this dental office--especially for the skeptics.

So I hadn't had any dental work done in some time(over 5 years) due to financial and other personal reasons. I was referred to congressional dental by a friend after I'd broken my tooth flossing. I was in tremendous pain and they were able to see me immediately. I ended up needing a root canal in which Dr. Ali completed with no issues at all. In addition, they have worked with me on a plan for my upcoming dental procedures, in which I will need many. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are honest, and the work they do is top notch. Would recommend to everyone 10/10!

I loved my visit with Congressional Dental! Normally I'm a little weary about visiting a new dentist or going to the dentist's office in general but Dr. Sarkarzadeh was so personable and welcoming it was a decision that I do not regret! The office came highly recommended by a close friend, so I called to schedule. It was very easy to find the office and there's ample parking all over with no fee for parking. The front desk staff was very welcoming and warm and it was so easy to check in for my appointment. During the visit, I was happy to find that he was not one of those dentists that rush you out and speed through your appointment. Dr. Sarkarzadeh took the time to address issues that I had with my teeth and also re-educate me on different techniques to keep my teeth clean and healthy. Best of all I got to go home with a bag of goodies and a new toothbrush! I would highly recommend this office, it made me actual enjoy a process that I normally dread! I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Congressional Dental for over 8 years. The staff are very friendly and warming towards their patients. Dr. Sarkar and Dr. Farzin have worked hand-in-hand around my dental issues, from night guard fittings to root canals. At first I was scared to have my mouth numbed and two teeth pulled, but Dr. Farzin made me feel so comfortable with his jokes and saying, "this is going to be so quick, you won't feel a thing!". It was quick and it was great to have that reassurance. My experience here has been great and I highly recommend this place! Also, because I work in Bethesda, it is nice that Congressional is right across the street from Twinbrook station.

Dr. Sarkarzadeh and his staff have done so much more than just provide our family with basic dental care. They have given us information about possible future care, given us options when care has been required, and made us feel like real partners in our dental care planning and treatment. When necessary, Dr. S has referred us to dental specialists who have done excellent work. Staff provide top-notch dental work, ease in making appointments, clear communications, and helpful billing arrangements. They are professional, friendly and fun. Dr. S has been our family dentist since 2004. As we prepare to move out of the area, it will be hard to say goodbye and thanks to Dr. S and his wonderful staff.

About a year ago, I was confronted with my first major dental issue. I decided to give Congressional Dental Care a call, because they were offering a first time patient deal on cleanings and x-rays. On the day of my appointment, I was pretty anxious, but it turned out to be a good experience. The office is really nice and peaceful, and they have TVs everywhere, which I love because they are a great distraction. The best part about Congressional Dental is the dentist. Dr. Sarkarzadeh is really nice, and he does not pressure you into anything. He simply explains your options, and lets you decide what you want to do. After about a month without improvement, I decided to move forward with the procedure. To my surprise, the procedure ended up being quick and 100% pain free. The recovery was also relatively quick and painless. The other great thing about Congressional Dental is its admin staff. The admin staff at Congressional Dental is very nice, professional and competent. I appreciate how they run the office smoothly and efficiently, so you can just focus on your dental issue. I recently came across a similar dental problem to the one I had a year ago, but this time, I did not hesitate to have the procedure done, because my previous experience was very positive. My recent experience was just as positive, and I am very grateful to Dr. Sarkarzadeh and his staff. I highly recommend Congressional Dental Care for their nice, helpful and highly competent staff, and I look forward to using them in the future.

Dr. Sarkarzadeh and the whole Congressional Dental team have a great combination of professionalism and congeniality. I always receive warm, friendly welcomes when I come in and they are all very compassionate and sensitive to each of their patients needs and circumstances. I have gone here for several years now and would recommend them to anyone. The convenient location across from Twinbrook, near a bus stop, and just off of Rockville Pike (as well as close to multiple pharmacies) is a major plus. Lastly, they have some nights where they stay until 7:00PM for those who need later appointments and sometimes open as early as 8:30AM.
