I love the dentist Dr Zia + hygenist Ms. Debbie. Ms. Debbie is so lovable and kind. Her stories is what makes the experience so much easier. I always ask her "you're done already?!!" If you can avoid the receptionist in the front (Eden, I believe) please do. She is very rude and dishonest. Tells you one thing over the phone and something else in person and blames you on top of that. Every time I'm there, there is a patient that is angry/confused about the bill she prints. Only sees money and that can really be their downfall. Hopefully they get rid of her and bring the old receptionist back.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr . Ahmed’s office with my son. My son and I were very happy with our visit. We were seen on time and my son enjoyed his cleaning and exam. We are very happy with Dr Ahmed and his staff, they are very professional and attentive, our concerns were clearly explained. The office team welcomed us in and the process was very straight forward. My whole family comes to this office (all 7 of us!) We love this office and would recommend this office to anyone! From the front desk to the assistants and dentist . I have already recommended several of my friends and family members here. They always take the time to explain everything to me no matter how many questions I have. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Not only did they make me wait over thirty minutes in the chair while you can hear the dentist arguing with someone on the phone after my cleaning they made my husband wait almost an hour in the waiting room for his cleaning. One of his dental assistants was extremely rude when I said I didn't have enough time to do a procedure. She went on explaining how I should get it done and every time I said not today she would keep going on and on eventually even telling me I don't understand and I'm uneducated. Literally just wanted to get my cavity filled and pick up my kids. Instead I just left because even after I told her I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me she continued to argue. Total waste of my time. Literally the most unprofessional encounter of my entire life.

I went to see this Dentist on 5/10/17 I called the same day and they were able to accommodate me, I was very grateful cause I had an urgent need to see a dentist. I went there and was sent to a room with a young lady, a dental assistant or the like. The dentist told her to take x-trays of my wisdom tooth. She kept trying and trying to capture the image. At least 3 occasions she took images and the dentist told her to kept trying to get better images. After approximately 40 minutes of laying there with no progress being made, I got up and left. This seems to be a recurring issue here. The first time I didn't think much of it. But, this time was a complete waste of my time which is unacceptable. (I'm not confident that my filling was done right. I was eating something that irritated my tooth. I had this procedure done in Feb or so, should've been healed by now. That was the reason for my visit.) My suggestion for the facility is to hire experienced staff so that your customers are satisfied when they visit. Do not allow staff to be practicing on customers. I am not a test dummy experiment. I am a human being and I expect to be treated as such. P.S. I find it interesting that I was sent a link to rate my visit. However, it wouldn't let me change to a 1 star rating. Nice attempt ☺. I decided to go directly to Google and write a review instead.

My top front bridge had broken off with half my teeth still in the bridge , and I was leaving in 6 days to Miami Florida, for my brother-in-law's wedding. The whole team was wonderful.
