I can not say enough how awesome this dental office is! The whole staff makes you feel like family from the very first encounter. The establishment itself is first class. It is a dental appointment like you have never experienced before. First, the initial room you go to for x-rays has a massage chair. The room where cleanings are performed seems like a 5 star massage room when you first walk in. You lay down on the most comfortable chair while a fragrant eye mask is put on you and there is aromatherapy. Soothing music is played in the background while Dr. Bikoi works her magic. She is by far the most detailed and thorough dentist I have come across. She will take the time to explain everything to you and wants your time there to be as pleasant as possible. I never in a million years would think that I would actually look forward to going to the dentist. I can not wait for my next visit!

Doctor E. Chantal Bikoi and her staff are very professional and accommodating of my needs. This dentist is awesome, so gentle and caring. She made me feel incredibly comfortable whenever I visit the clinic. Artistic Family Dentistry of Silver Spring, MD have the state of the art equipment; the massaging chairs, a professional massage reflexologist in place for your feet, the TV screen savers with beaches helps relax you. Dr. Bikoi also have the coolest hands in the industry which made me not scared to go to the dentist anymore. I’m always satisfied and happy of my examinations and treatments at this luxurious Dentistry clinic. I highly recommend this clinic to anybody who needs dental care, because I’ll definitely be coming back.

They were nice enough, but I went there looking for options. Not sure, because I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt, if they thought I couldn't afford it, but I have one of the best dental plans and I'm a professional. I did not want to hear about it being "expensive" over and over and over. This was a true turn off and they lost a potentially good patient.

Artistic Family Dentistry is exceptional! They are friendly and thorough. The teeth cleansing setting is very relaxing that it almost feels as if you are about to receive a massage, instead of a teeth cleaning. Very satisfied with my visit & looking forward to my next visit.

My review comes a bit late but this was easily the best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Bikoi and the hygienist who took care of me were super friendly and professional. The place is truly like a spa. I ended up having to get quite a bit more work done than I'd been expecting (the price of avoiding the dentist for years) but they made it a pleasant experience. The teeth cleaning room is the best part. I've unfortunately moved away but would absolutely return. Perhaps I'll be back when I come home to visit. Don't hesitate- go here for your next cleaning.

I’ve had wonderful experience here! Dr.Bikoi is very energetic, attentive and skillful, she managed to complete 3 wisdom teeth extraction and root canal surgery at one day and keep the hassle to the minimum. She was so careful and thoughtful that I didn’t really feel too much pain! Also the music and aromatherapy makes me feel so relaxed at the same time. I also enjoyed working with Marleny and Tony, they are very capable and friendly. I feel home here and to me this is the best dentist place in the DMV area. Highly recommend!

This dental office is more like a spa. I’m not a fan of the dentist AT ALL, but the massaging chair helps relax you. Would recommend to anyone who wants a top notch experience. I will say that the wait is long, but I believe it’s because the office is new. Once they get the hang of things I predict things will be better.

This place is WILD — in the best possible way. The staff is amazing and friendly, the place smells like flowers and the doctor spends lots of time going over your X-rays with you so you're not in the dark about anything they're doing. THEN for your cleaning they take you into a room with a bed and soft lighting where soothing music plays in the background they give you like an eye pillow and encourage you to relax. I wish every doctor experience could be this amazing, I legitimately can't wait to go back.

Beverly Hills of dentistry! Dr. Bikoi and her staff provided me with yet again another wonderful experience! I had the cleaning of my lifetime, and overall, it was a therapeutic experience. I received clinical guidance about how to keep my teeth clean and healthy. Dr. Bikoi and her stellar team did an outstanding job educating me on how to appropriately maintain optimal oral hygiene, which is especially important to me given that I just removed my braces after having worn them for a year and a half. My experience was outstanding! I felt like I was family from the moment I walked in. I received a comprehensive exam and let me say that this was the best cleaning I have ever had. The room was decorated very spa like and it was very relaxing. I enjoyed the aromatherapy, massage bed and the relaxing music. I have been seeing Dr Bikoi since the day she opened. From the very beginning it has been a wonderful experience. The spa-like atmosphere helps you forget you are even at the dentist. The staff has been great and my teeth couldn’t be better. I actually go 4 times a year and because Dr Bikoi does such a great job and it’s super easy. It’s also very convenient right in downtown Silver Spring and only a block from the metro. Highly recommend Dr B and this office.

Dr Bikoi is fantastic. All of her staff are helpful and friendly. You can get a hand and foot massage during your cleaning, but it's not just a massage - the whole room is set up like a spa. The atmosphere is very calming, making the experience of getting a cleaning so much better. Dr Bikoi was super helping with the exam, showing me in a mirror any issues I was having and what the problem was. She came up with a treatment plan, explaining how to fix the issues I was having. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Bikoi and Artistic Family Dentistry.

A unique experience. Never have I been so relaxed at a Dentist office. Dr Bikoi is wonderful. In fact, I needed some Novocaine injected and it was the most gentle I have ever experienced. The injection did not even curl my toes!!

First off, I have serious dental anxiety. I came to Artistic Family Dentistry because it was convenient to where I lived. I will absolutely be coming back because Dr. Bikoi was the best dentist I've ever had. She has great bedside manner, is kind and very good at her job. I needed to have some work done and she never made me feel bad about it one time. This is the first time I have gone to the dentist and had zero anxiety. Plus, when you are getting your cleaning in the zenistry room it feels like a spa with massaging bed, aroma therapy and eye pillows. I cannot recommend Artistic Family Dentistry enough!!

I got my regular cleaning done here, and the room I was taken to felt more like a spa than a dentist's clinic! There was relaxing music, it smelt wonderful, and I was given a scented and heated eye mask too! The most relaxing cleaning experience I've ever had. Dr. Bikoi and her staff are beyond professional, attentive and caring. Tony, is the dental hygienist’s name I believe, and he provided me with the best cleaning ever! Wow! Did I just go to the dentist or to a spa? I left with the same deeply relaxed feeling I have after a massage. The dim lighting, soothing music, cozy blanket, weighted face mask, and hot hand towel made the cleaning experience fantastic! Everyone who works there greeted me warmly. The hygienist did a thorough job but was gentle. The dentist is very friendly, encouraging and professional. They even have a massage therapist who comes in some days to give you a hand or feet massage while you get your cleaning. Recommending this place to everyone I know!

I enjoyed my experience here at Artistic Family Dentistry. Right when I walked Jeanne greeted me right away with a big smile and made me feel welcomed. Great customer service! Peaceful and clean. Great staff! Dr. Bikoi explained everything to me and wants what’s best for your teeth. I got my teeth cleaned by Tony, he was great very professional and did an amazing job! While getting my teeth cleaned, I received treatment as if I was at a spa. They had a blanket with two pillows one for your head and feet, an eye cover, relaxing music, and an air freshener. Overall, great experience and I would recommend anyone to go here!

Let's be honest, nobody likes going to the dentist. This experience however has made that 6 month activity a little easier. First, the front desk staff is extremely pleasant and helpful! Not only could they get me an appointment right away, they did their due diligence by checking my insurance since I explained some issues I had in the past. The office atmosphere and decor is chic relaxation. There are ambient noises and screens with fish and oceans on them. The office is extremely clean! Since it was my first time, they did the whole work up with x-rays in which I was getting a chair massage while they took the x-rays. The dentist came in, she was very personable, reviewed my history and gave me an overview of my next steps. Then I went to a "hygiene"room for my actual cleaning. This hygiene room is AMAZING! The chair is half yoga tale half dentist chair. Your legs are elevated, you have dimmed lighting and they give you an eye pillow to relax. The whole cleaning took maybe 30 minutes, I wasn't really paying attention because I was so relaxed. After, I felt she had done one of the better jobs in cleaning compared to some other dentists I have tried in the DC area. I highly recommend giving this dentist a try!!
