Everything is clean. The staff is very nice and aren’t rude with the kids my kids cried and staff didn’t make any rude comments or faces and were very patient with my boys. I recommend this place also, they have an awesome indior play area so the kids can entertain themselves while waiting and wifi for us parents lol.

The overall experience was ok. However they give out a consent form allowing them to restrain your child if they deem necessary. Who wants to traumatize their child in order for them to get teeth checked. I have been to many dentist before this one and have never been asked to sign anything like that. This is a practice they need to stop. I'm not sure that we will be returning here..The staff was really nice no complaints with them at all.

My appointment was at 3:30 PM in which I arrived on time. I waited until about 5 PM (COB) and my child was not seen.... but I was billed. Whenever I asked about the status of us going back, the front desk staff was extremely rude and continued to tell me that they are “clearing chairs”. However I waited until your office was closed and my child still was not seen. This is very unprofessional as I had to get off work to make this appointment only to not be seen. The communication was poor and although my child had a great experience in the past with the dentist here, I plan on locate another dentist before I EVER go back to this office.

I have been using adventure dental for over 8 years. I recently changed my insurance and took my kids there for cleaning. My daughter had a loose tooth. After her cleaning, the dentist/dental hygienist used floss to take out her loose tooth, a tooth that would have removed by itself. Then, the bill came and I was asked to pay $26.40 and $25 deductible for tooth extraction (My insurance also paid part of the bill). My daughter was not taken to a special room to have her tooth removed, no anesthesia, no forceps, nothing. If I knew I would be charged for the floss, I would have asked the dental hygienist not to bother and let nature take its course. The tooth was 99.9% removed and just by biting on an apple would have removed it. I have not been paying attention to Adventure dental billing but now that I will be paying out-of-pocket, I think it's time to move on to another dental facility.

I think that adventure dental is a great place for kids and teens to get their teeth cleaned and checked up on. The dentists are nice and help kids give up their fear of the getting their teeth cleaned. The dentists also talks to the parent(s)to make sure the parent helps their children brush their teeth twice a day. The waiting area is colorful and makes the kids feel safe and happy to be at the dental office. I love going to adventure dental!

The person cleaning my daughter's teeth did not greet her!... just stood over her awkwardly for a few minutes before she started. Dr. Balla is very nice... other docs seemed nice too and many speak Spanish too!

Horrible service, older lady that works with kids in the back always eye balls people. They are not discreet when it comes to personal health concerns. More signs should be put up in reference to who they do not treat and why so that people don't waste their time off work. Will not be recommending this place at all!!! More customer service training is desperately needed. My 5 kids got bullied and humiliated, they need to think about kid's feelings before they bully kids who have been clients for years.

Today's early appointment went smooth. Usually the past I had to wait a few minutes for my children to be seen. This is a clean place and fully staffed. It's convenient to my home and I am overall satisfied. I get quite few reminders for appointments which is good for me as I tend to forget so thank you Adventure Dental.

Very nice office. Alot of space in the waiting room with restrooms and a small playground. Staff and doctors are great. Schedule wise they could get better I had schedules for a cleaning and a filling and when I showed up they said I only scheduled for a cleaning. :( not happy but was able to schedule to come back same day.

The staff was cool, the service especially fast...at least, fast considering how crowded it was. But there's two things that I absosmurfinlutely CANNOT overlook, both concerning the men's bathroom. One - and this can probably apply to the women's bathroom - that hot water needs to be adjusted BIG TIME, it can get dangerously hot!! I almost burned myself while washing my hands!! Two, it's extremely disgraceful that as big as that bathroom is, there's NOT A CHANGING STATION IN PLACE!! Like seriously, what if I needed to change my daughter's diaper while I was there!? That needs absolute reconsideration there...

Our appt was today. Staff usually very ttfriendly. X-ray tech usually friendly but today informed all parents they weren't welcomed in the " cleaning room" prob because they were extremely busy with patients. There were empty chairs for me to sit/wait for x-rays to be done. We waited in the waiting room to be called for cleaning. Instead of bringing one child back and getting them set up in their chair. . .they called 4. She expected the children to figure out which chair was 3/4. Isn't that their job? None of the 4 could watch TV as they weren't given opportunity to lay down to see the TV which is on ceiling. The computer/things I needed to sign for/the DC school form needed/the thorough cleaning etc was super. One employee even brought me a chair to sit next to my child. I guess sometimes they just get overwhelmed . . .but as a parent I do expect them to honor their signs which says parents aren't to allow their kids in back or playroom by themselves.

This was my sons first visit at this office. He was excited to go get his teeth cleaned because he had a great experience at the dentist he went to before. This trip was no where near what I expected. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They also have an open space where multiple kids are getting things done which I suppose is a regular practice now but the lady cleaning his teeth took all of 4 minutes to clean my sons mouth and they told me that I needed to go sit in a chair away from my son which I did not like. The lady at the front desk was rude as well. I spoke to the office manager she was really nice but I highly doubt my son will go back there. No toilet paper in the bathroom and the hand dryer didn’t work as well. I really wish his other dentist didn’t close or move. This was not a good experience at all!!!!

Never had a problem until today my child was insulted,ridiculed by the dental hygienist who Stated that she her teeth were “nasty and disgusting” repeatedly,for not doing a good job brushing.Instead of using a strategy to redirect and encourage of how she could do a better job brushing.She instead was scorned and verbally abused after my daughter came to me in tears,I’m flabbergasted and will never return.Very unprofessional I don’t care how you feel you keep your comments to yourself.You don’t spew them out to a child FYI my child has overactive salivavry glands causing her to build up tartar faster than others I guess that what’s caused her to be so “nasty” and also the reason I was requesting to get a cleaning every 3 months instead of 6 but not there.

Insensitive dentist! My daughter (4 yr old)was traumatized because you force her to finish the treatment (fillings)for an hour while she was crying the whole time. You strapped her down and you won't let her dad to be beside her. While my husband was just sitting down and crying at the same time. Its been 3 years and we already change our dentist but until now she is still petrified about dental works! I hope it wont happen to anymore kids.

The receptionist are very accommodating and professional but the dental assistants are hit or miss I get it they may be under paid and over worked especially right before school starts for children, but that will never excuse anyone for speaking to children disrespectfully. This is our 3rd time coming here and two out of the three times weren’t good. My child had to receive sealant on his teeth, the dental hygienist never introduced herself or even acknowledged me, but as she was doing the procedure she shook my child’s head saying "open your mouth" As a health care provider dealing with children at any age you should try to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I asked politely that she’d not shake my child’s head and she then said she’s not doing the sealant. They’re getting paid in full to provide a service and that’s exactly what I expect. She was very unprofessional and even when addressing the dentist Dr. Balla, she made the justification of "she’s very experienced" which I can care less of, if you’re having a bad day stay home, if you don’t like your job then quit. This will be my child’s last time here.

I was scared a little. I was mad when i was first i dont know why tho. When they where cleaning my mouth i closed my eyes and i was thinking of good times. I also hum a little and that made me feel better. My nosie was hurting from all the smells and my eyes where watering and the they thought i was crying!? All tho i was brave and I didint even cry like i always do. The scary part from me was what they where saying about me they said i had baby teeth!! Also more but i didint understand. I still thank them for cleaning my teeth. I didint even ask for a bag because they never gave me one but they gave me one anyways. Thank u . Dayana,

All the kids are laying down in dental chairs side by side. 7 all at once including screaming babies. Multiple dental equipment squelling at the same time, some kids crying, multiple conversations going on all at onxe...this is too much and is that sanitary! Of course this scared my son to know end for his 1st appt at the dentists. He threw up 2x before they even got started!!. Never Again

I have been bringing my oldest daughter here for several years, my youngest only for the last 2. My youngest has anxiety being at the dentist and doesn’t like them trying to get X-Rays because the bitewings make her gag and the feeling makes her even more anxious. Well today the tech who came out first called my oldest daughter who is 15 back first, she asked where her mom was and when I said I was her mom but I also had my 5 year old here so I had to wait until she was called the lady looked at me as if I really wasn’t my oldest daughter’s guardian (she is African American, I am Caucasian) and she was looking to my oldest daughter like I wasn’t really her mom so finally when she confirmed the lady said I could bring my youngest back now as well. The rudeness doesn’t stop there. Once in the back with my youngest the tech who took us back never even addressed me, we went to the X-Ray space and my daughter began freaking out because as I stated she’s very anxious about the X-Rays and the tech was very patient with her however any time I spoke she rolled her eyes, never looked at me and then without even speaking to me told my daughter she could go out and sit in the dentists chair. She never even attempted to take the X-Rays. Well at the end of our visit my oldest daughter informed me I should speak to a manager because the lady who was in the X-Ray room with me was talking bad about myself and my youngest daughter with the Dentist that was taking care of my oldest daughter and it wasn’t until they realized she was my daughter as well that they stopped. The rudeness from that tech and the dentist working on my oldest will have me remove both of my daughters from their care, I do not appreciate their words regarding myself or my daughter. The type of rudeness from that tech should not be tolerated and just lost my support as a customer. The only reason I gave them 2 starts is because the hygienist who helped my youngest daughter was so patient with her, so was the dentist and another tech there is always friendly as well. If it were not for those kind people I would’ve given 1 star only because that is the lowest option.

There's a little play area for the kids and chairs while waiting. There are also restrooms. It's very clean and spacious. Wait time to be seen is usually fast; I like that they start seeing patients at 8AM.
