I chose Saco river due to reading such great reviews and I could see why everyone rates this place so highly after my first initial visit.The dentist has always been my worst enemy due to prior dental work when I was younger but not anymore!.Dr. Jessica Hines and staff made me feel very comfortable from start to finish on any of the procedures I’ve had done so far. They really care for there patients and I have nothing bad to say about this place. Great place Great atmosphere. 5 stars.

Kris at the front desk is always so personable and remembers your name and family members too. Dr. Roy has been great for myself and family. He emergently saw a teammate of my daughter’s, after hours, for a knocked out tooth because he “just happened to be still at the office”. Great care. Great team. I highly recommend.

Saco River Dentistry continues to amaze me...the new facility is definitely TOP NOTCH!! I was a tad bit disappointed this visit because I made the appointment over 6 months ago with my preferred dentist AND hygienist, and neither one were even there. So a hygienist, that I’ve never, met took me back to clean my teeth (which I don’t usually have a problem with...) but to be honest, I was looking forward to catching up with my typical girl. I just wish that someone from the office would’ve called to let me know about the changes. They were also OUT of toothbrushes on my appt day...How does THAT happen?!?! Needless to say, I will return...

I don't like going to the dentist I have a great fear of going. It's been 20 years since I have gone because I have such a fear so you can imagine what my teeth look like. I have so many broken teeth and fillings falling out. I gave into my fears and thought I would at least get myself through the front door. I was so impressed. The staff are just amazing! I felt so comfortable and they made sure I was! The young hygienist Maria made sure I was very comfortable when she was cleaning my teeth. Maria made sure I knew everything she was doing and kept asking if I was ok. She was just amazing. The dentist came in and told me what I should have done to restore my teeth. I am actually looking forward to go back it was such an amazing appointment and I never thought I would ever hear myself say that. They really care about your feelings and fears.

Dr Roy is exceptional...He's professional, knowledgable, invested and actually concerned about any or all of my dental issues. From my cleaning, filings, mouthguard and even repairing chipped teeth, I have always felt I was in good hands. The entire staff at Saco River Dentistry gets a 5 star rating from me. I also love that Dr. Roy gives back to the community. It's a noble act to give to those in need. His trips to Honduras sound amazing. After reading about his outreach, I now want to contribute to that ministry. Oh, and my husband was seeing another dentist and has since switched to Saco River Dentistry. He is so happy he did!

I recently had a cleaning and some other dental work here. Everyone is really great and welcoming. The cleaning was thorough and very comfortable. I have been other places where I was “white knuckled” the whole time. I had a chip on a front tooth, thanks to one of my cats, and my wedding was only days away. Needless to say, I was freaking out. I called and they got me in very quickly and Ashley the Dental Assistant who has specialized training in fillings and repairs, worked on me. Ashley was amazing, a true artist! My mouth and bite had never felt so comfortable after having a front tooth worked on. She even revised the look for me a bit on another visit. She and Tessa made a very skilled and competent team. I highly recommend Saco River Dentistry. Thank you Ashley and Tessa!!

My child had been previously scarred by another dentist at just for kids who pulled my child from my lap and held him down to complete the cleaning. When becoming a new patient with this office I explained my concerns and how this incident affected my child. I've never seen such compassion and respect for his boundaries. Amy is a wonderful hygienist and we have found the perfect office for us. Simply put- this is the best dentist office we have ever encountered!

The new location is beautiful. Not only impeccable but how many waiting rooms have twin fireplaces? Relax by the fire while you wait for a fabulous dentist with a staff who are friendly and professional. My wait was only about 3 minutes - so even their timing and how efficient they are to get you in on time was perfect. Best dental experience ever!

I am so glad I did. it is so nice to have a warm, (State to the art), in network location In Buxton. I was amazed at how fully staffed and friendly they were. My dentist Dr Jessica Hines and her assistant Annie have been assigned to me. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough, yet had a playful dialog that keeps things light.They even put on Waterboy for me to watch, while having crown work done. I highly recommend them.
