My friend has a very bad experience here, the staff is very disappointing, they will give you a word that such procedure to be done is all covered with the insurance and then later on it is actually not but the procedure was done already and left you no choice but to pay the charges out of pocket. When you complain, they will just tell you that it is your responsibility to check your insurance. For sure she has a point but golden rule in clinics like this never ever give a word to patients that it is covered by insurance when you are not sure or patients would appreciate that they will guide them and tell them please verify with your insurance BUT NEVER EVER give false information.

I have been going to this practice for many years, from before Dr. Gordon retired and Dr. (Michael) Cwiklinksi joined the practice. Dr. "Mike", as they call him, is so caring & personable. I really trust him. The staff is all great. Unlike some dental practices, there is not high turnover here. The hygienists really know their stuff, and the admin staff are very on top of it. I only wish that my dental insurance offered "preferred providers" for periodontists, because this group is definitely my personal "preferred provider".
