Been waiting in the waiting room for over 2 hours now ... watching my second movie. I had to run to the store and grab drinks for people in the waiting room. Guy next to me has been here for 3 hours now.

I finally decided to get an abscessed tooth checked out and was referred here. This was in mid November '18. I was scheduled for the end of Feb '19. I'm told I might get in sooner if there's a cancellation. I got a call a few days before my appointment. I was excited to finally have my appointment confirmed and finally get the tooth removed. The secretary politely informed me that the appointment had been moved to March due to a burst water pipe. . . Mid November to March just to get a tooth pulled. I haven't even had the chance to walk through the front door but I'm not at all impressed. Update, 3-8-19: Finally got in, barely felt a thing and it only took a few minutes to remove the tooth root. Feeling much better within just a few hours.

Dr Sarka is extremely knowledgeable in his work. I had a case that many oral surgeons were hesitant to do because they hadn't seen something like it before and Dr. Sarka was extremely confident and my procedure went great. Sometimes the wait can be a while but that is something that can't really be helped, especially because he makes sure to take his time in helping each patient that comes in. He, along with his staff are very friendly and help someone like me(with anxiety) tremendously. Thank you Dr. Sarka and your team for all you've done for me!

I just had two of my wisdom teeth done today and I've had little to know pain. The nurses were very patient with me and got me in and set up quickly. The doctor was great and I barely felt when the IV went in and I have a huge fear of needles. It went really smoothly and I'm already home and resting. I highly recommend going here if you need your wisdom teeth removed or any teeth pulled. I will make sure I come back here if I need the last two removed or any teeth pulled! I'm going to recommend it to my friends who might need there wisdom teeth out soon!

I really enjoyed my visit. I had to get my tooth pulled, and they were pretty chill He let me know it was going to be a lot of pressure pulling the tooth out. And it definitely was, but he did a good job wiggling it out and doing it in a timely manner They're straight up about things and don't try to baby you or coddle you which I like.

My husband had his teeth out in December they told us $700 after insurance which we paid. Six months later getting phone calls to pay another $176 dollars because insurance won’t cover. But why now? Won’t be back! Go to Farmington oral surgery! They have better customer service and they know that they are doing!

Dr. Sarka explained the expectations of my daughter's extractions before they began and made her comfortable throughout the process. My son had his wisdom teeth out in January. Dr. Sarka was very thorough at explaining exactly what was involved and the level of difficulty of the surgery. He has a very calming manner regarding the details that might make you uneasy. He is kind and has a great sense of humor! He also does excellent work! My son had a difficult surgery but healed up fast with no issues. His staff was also great to work with. From preliminary paperwork to insurance paperwork to surgical assistants...all were very helpful and kind, and they gave us all the information we needed along the way. I would highly recommend this office.

I came to Dr. Sarka to have a molar extracted. DDSs in Maine aren't everywhere. I had the pressure of an upcoming overseas trip. I didn't want to go with the problem. Dr. Sarka had an opening. It was a very positive event. The tooth came out. it took a while but the doctor is a big guy and he got it out. There was follow up exam. All better now 2 years later. But Wait, there's more. I have another from tooth to come out plus a bone graft and closing the wound. i'm going back to Dr Sarka for that.

Care was spectacular but had a 10:45 app and still had to sit the waiting room until 12:20 i understand sometimes things take longer but your told not eat or drink all day they so of coarse im cranky already why do i have to suffer because they try to squeeze too many people in. I had to get an extraction and a bone graft. The extraction was not easy. The tooth shattered and required being pulled out in pieces. Dr Sarka was patient and thorough. I never sensed that he was flustered, even though I could tell the office was very busy and there were a lot of demands on his attention. But when he was in the office working on me, I felt like his attention was 100% on what he was doing. It made me feel really comfortable, and Im a very anxious person at the dentist. I highly recommend Dr Sarka if you are in need of any oral surgery.
