The best dental experience I have had in a long time! My hygienist is awesome. So gentle, but thorough! My teeth feel great! Best cleaning in town! The front desk is fantastic! My insurance was all set as soon as I walked in and they provided me with an estimate of services before I walked out! They even offered to submit a pre-authorization to my insurance before I scheduled my appointment! My second visit with Dr. Lukis for fillings was so cool. He uses a dental laser and I didn't even have to get numb!! (yes please!!) I would highly recommend Inspire Dental to anyone out there looking for a professional, but fun office!! You can't go wrong here!!

Introduced to the practice through my wife. New patient setup is efficient. I've so far dealt with 2 hygienists and both were competent and professional. Dr. Lukas is candid, knowledgeable, and technically profiicient. I've had a few things done here and the price has been fair (using insurance). Office staff has been great also.

I have had a great experience with all the staff at Inspire Dental in Portland, Maine. I have had an injury to my face when kicked in the jaw years ago. Since then I have visited many dentists and denturists, but nothing compares with the professional staff at Inspire Dental. Just prior to getting an appointment with Inspire Dental to replace some dentures that were causing sore spots I had survived 3 types of skin cancer and one of the cancers caused some needed surgery in my mouth so the old dentures did not fit right anymore. Mark (denturist) worked with me to replace my dentures so a new pare fit beautifully. With the support of the staff of Inspire Dental and Mark's dedication to having the dentures fit properly, it has been a great experience. My thanks to the entire staff at Inspire Dental.

I really liked Dr. Lukis and the staff. They are all very friendly and explain things in a way that I can understand. Dr. Lukis sits, at your level to ask about your concerns and then explain any concerns of the staff- before he examines you. No hands in the mouth and awkward question moments! My family goes to him and are very happy with him and that staff. Highly recommend!

Best cleanings (most thorough and conscientious) that I've ever had (with Amanda). Dr. Lukis was happy to take time to explain everything that was going on, so I knew where to set my expectations during an implant process. And the result exceeded my expectations in the end anyway. Jenessa made sure I got the very best match for my tooth color. They are all friendly, great at what they do, and, for me, went out of their way, it seemed, to make sure that I felt good about the end result. And I do! Cathy at the front desk is also awesome. Friendly, helpful, remembers who you are!

Excellent. I have never visited a dentist office that took the time to remove stains during a cleaning. I assumed of years of coffee abuse evidenced every time I smiled was just one of life’s way of reminding me to keep narcissism in check. I’m glad that the dentist i called before inspire weren’t accepted new patients.

Do not go to this dentist! He charged my insurance for services he did not render which is fraud. When I was at the office he told the hygienist he didn't need to see me for an exam. then he charged my insurance saying he gave me an exam. I went to dr. Lukis for 2 years. I will find another dentist now.

Dr. Lukis did a great job on my tooth restoration, my front tooth was in rough shape and had a large crack down the the edge. In about 15 minutes Dr. Lukis and his team took care of my painful tooth and had me out the door! The process was painless and my tooth looks and feels great. I would highly recommend this office, the Inspire Dental team is great and Dr. Lukis is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a few very bad experiences at Inspire dental. I ultimately ended up leaving to go to a different dentist. First of all, the cleanings that I got there were PAINFULLY slow, and I got the general impression that the hygienist was inexperienced. Second, I had a terrible experience with Dr. Lukis all three times that I met with him. He has a terrible "chairside" manner, and I got the feeling that he saw me as nothing more than a paycheck. He told me my situation was "very bad and only getting worse" and that I had 8 cavities. He even went as far to insult me when I said that my insurance didn't cover fillings, and he replied "oh, well, that doesn't sound like very good insurance at all". I decided to get a second opinion to see if my instincts about him were correct, and my new dentist said I had exactly three cavities, not 8. I'll be getting my dental work elsewhere from now on.

This place comes off like a scam. Dr Kevy personally came off like a weird gross man, he argued with his angry staff while I sat in the chair waiting for him to tell me I had seven cavities he need to fix. Never mind that I had none when I moved four months prior. Never mind that he couldn't show me any evidence. He explained they like to get em early. I guess they like to get them so early you can't even see they're there yet. The hygienist I had was far too rough. Parts of my lower jaw hurt for two weeks after. I blame myself for not stopping her at a certain point. The entire staff was so bad at their jobs that at a point I thought I must be on some kind of reality t.v. show, or that they were gonna knock me out and steal my kidneys. Edit: it's been over a year since I was there and I'm still upset when I think about how unprofessional and completely incompetent the entire staff was. Seriously avoid this place, there are so many others to choose from

So awesome! I hate writing reviews but feel compelled to do so with the Inspired folks. Amanda (name?) was super kind and we had a good chat, even lent me a book to read from her library at the office! Dr. Lukis was very approachable and kind as well. Bummed to have to get some fillings done later this winter but they printed out the prices for all the procedures so I'd know ahead of time and could plan for them. Great staff!
