Dr. Seavey is an excellent dentist but what is even more impressive is his ability to hire and retain the group of people that he has surrounded himself with. Everyone I have ever dealt with seems to love what they do and it shows! One thing in particular I must comment on, in my 15 or so visits over the years I don't think I have ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment to start. This is not because they are not busy, they always are, it is because they are healthcare professionals that respect your time, a rare thing these days.

The staff is great... friendly and professional. Mara, the hygienist I saw yesterday, reviewed my history and thoroughly explained the whys and wherefores of the treatment plan for this visit... a sensitive, painful tooth that needed filling pronto. Dr. Sigwart and Mara both worked through their lunch so that I could have this emergency filling done right away. But the very best part... the smart and funny banter that the two of them kept up throughout the procedure kept me calm and entertained. I can't imagine that that happens all the time, but it was, hard to believe when discussing emergency dentistry, a pleasant visit.

This was the first time that my x-rays and dental health were explained to me in detail. They really gave me the who/what/where/when/why of various findings and observations. If you have had problems finding a dentist as I have (for years) then I heartily commend the folks at Creative Dental Solutions. After so many bad previous experiences, I never expected to ever find a dentist office I could trust or be at peace in. Every person that served me at CDS was patient, helpful, genuine, sympathetic, empathetic, and hospitable. They took interest in my concerns and past (bad) experiences, explained what they were doing at all times, and checked in with me during the process, and were patient with me -- whether it was x-rays, cleaning, or fixing a tooth. Dr Sevey and Dr Haluska are superb and I feel blessed to have been served by both of them; Lee was my assistant and she was fantastic. Everyone at CDS genuinely makes you feel like extended family, which is remarkable. The whole atmosphere of the office is bright and energetic. I will be going away for school for a few years, but I intend to figure out a way to schedule cleanings. I love Maine and its residents, and I fully intend to come back after school; no matter where I happen to end up in this state, I will make a point to travel however far I need to continue to support their practice as one of their patients. IF YOU'RE POOR, DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!! You will be hustled for payment the very minute you owe them money! The only good thing about this office is the dental hygienist, Dr. Atwell, and Tammy! My experience with this office has been the worst I have ever had with a dental business. My advice is if you are rich, go ahead and go here! I got a surprise bill of almost a thousand dollars after I'd made it clear that I lost my job and bought new insurance. I even asked if it was going to be a problem because they insisted I rush in within the hour for this emergency appointment to get my crown placed saying I could die by choking on the temporary if it came off. When I returned their call today and made that discovery of the huge surprise bill, the secretary kept saying 'well if you had waited, if you hadn't lost your job!' And after talking down to me about losing my job and how Cigna wasn't going to pay for my service (which was not my fault), has the nerve to ask me if I want to put more charges on my CareCredit. Excuse me for losing my job and going to college double time! I'll see you in collections Creative Dental! #shame #highwayrobbery

I love Creative Dental Solutions! From entrance to exit the staff are wonderful and always make me feel welcome. Although I like to stay with the same Dental Hygienist, sometimes my schedule does not allow it. However, I am always pleased with the Dental Hygienist and the work they do, regardless of who it is! My household has had more then general care completed with Creative Dental Solutions. We have had fillings, teeth restructure and lingual frenectomy. Staff always communicate what can be expected before the procedure and what they are doing during the procedure. They have the newest technology and made sure patient care is the primary focus. I have been with Dr. Sevey's practice since before their current location. I can't imagine using anyone else and I ALWAYS recommend them, even when people haven't asked!

Obviously, I was concerned, however, from the moment I entered their office, to when I left two and half hours later, I was relaxed, comfortable, and aware that I was in very competent and friendly hands. Erin, the receptionist, was very welcoming and what can I say about LeeAnn Joy, other that her last name is appropriate. She is knowledgeable, frank and affable all rolled into one. Dr. Sigwart is extremely thorough and competent, and I left feeling that everyone at Creative Dental sincerely cared about my health. I also, appreciated the fact that they squeezed me into their busy schedule due to my condition. I now have a new attitude and upbeat about my dental future, and although this will sound odd when talking about dentists, I look forward to returning and a long-standing relationship with Creative Dental. I really like this practice. From the check in to the check out, they make you feel comfortable. Back in May, I called Creative Dental Solutions because I had a front tooth break off right before graduation. A little over four hours later, I went from new patient to having a temporary tooth in place. I was so impressed with the result, I transferred over to them for all of my dental needs. My recent new patient visit and cleaning was just as impressive. You can't go wrong going to this group.
