The team at caring hands made every effort to make me feel comfortable and confident when I was at my most vulnerable. I had a wisdom tooth and a tenacious molar extracted in one sitting. The chair side manor was impeccable and the facility was clean and comforting. Thanks caring hands for this feeling of relief!

Horrible experience here. They kept rescheduling my daughter's appointment and when I called and told them that I can't keep having her appointments rescheduled the woman got mad and started accusing me of swearing at her which I did not. She told me the next available appointment which I agreed to and then she said that they were dismissing my daughter from their practice so good luck with dealing with them. She also kept calling me by a different name and when I said that's not even my name, she hung up on me.

Was calling to get information and pricing about a procedure. Person answering phone was condescending and unhelpful.

unprofessional and unforgiving. No grace at all unfortunately :( Brittany at front desk was always pleasant to speak with but Dawn not so much. Moved around and didn’t get to pay a bill on time but when I called to pay they had sent to collections ( totally understand that there is an amount of time for when they do that) But they dropped me as a client just over the one situation and we bring my children there. Now we have to look for a new dentist :( no grace at all and they had no issues at all with us before.
