Wouldn't want to have my dental work done anywhere else!

First time being here I went here because they take my insurance. I was going to Rogers Dental Center with Dr. Smith he’s really good ! But don’t take my insurance... Went to all smiles dental for a cleaning & X-ray at 9 am. Went fine seem like she was just scrapping my teeth for the longest time. Nobody explained anything to me. And when I got done @ 9:40am lady brought me to receptionist desk and she asked what times we have opening @ 10 am I said ok.. opening for what they didn’t say. I know I should’ve been asking questions but felt awkward! So finally figured out by my self I’m getting fillings done. 2 different lady’s still didn’t explain what they were doing. So they numbed me, they said they will be back couple minutes. They came back 30 minutes. They started and I can feel some of that numb went away so they numbed me again and said they will be back couple minutes. Came back 20 minutes. By the end they said to give my jay a break they said they will be back a couple minutes. Came back 20 minutes. I left there @ 11:40am. They got the job done. No tv in rooms. Notice most of them can speak different languages. Great location.

I don’t usually write reviews on businesses. However, this place was so great that I just had to! I have a terrible fear of the dentist after having multiple bad experiences as a child and as an adult. I honestly have never had a pleasant experience at the dentist until I came here! Me and my two daughters (ages 3 and 8) came in for cleanings. The office was very nice and clean. Dr. Pham and his staff are just wonderful with children. They took the time to explain everything to them before they started, which really helped to ease my youngests mind since she was very hesitant about the whole thing. The entire staff is so friendly. They made us all feel very comfortable. I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is! Went in later for a couple of fillings and Dr. Pham was the most gentle dentist I have ever seen! He made sure to check often to make sure I was comfortable. I cannot say enough about this place. I highly recommend giving them a try! Wishing I would’ve found them years ago!

I wish I would have found this place years ago.My previous experiences were dreaded nightmares. My daughter miraculously was suggested by her dentist. Dr. Pham talked to me as an artist, describing my situation. He extracted 2 bottom teeth and filled some. I felt no pain after novacaine wore off. The next week he extracted 9 upper teeth in preparation for dentures. Again no pain

My experience with Dr. Pham was one of the best I've ever had in a dentist's office. I am a complete dental coward, so this is quite an achievement. Everyone put me at ease. Nothing hurt. It wasn't scary. Dr. Pham took his time to explain what was going on. If you hate going to the dentist and you want one who will make that experience MUCH better, this is the place. Dr. Pham and his staff get 5 stars and a rave from this coward.

I will say Dr. Peter Garramore, All Smiles Dental, has been the most outstanding with providing me with excellent dental care. When I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning I told the receptionist that I had a pretty open schedule so if a cancellation happened to call me. She did and was extremely kind and excited that I could come in earlier. The hygienist was wonderful as was the dentist. Best dental experience I have had in many many years. I had an appointment at All Smile Dental because I switched insurance and had to find a new dentist. The scheduling process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The office was very clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very friendly and greeted me right as I came in. I had a cleaning and met with the dentist for a check-up. Larisa, the hygienist, did my cleaning. She was extremely friendly and super nice. She made me feel really comfortable and really eased my anxiety of being at a dentist office. She was absolutely great! She did a great job with the cleaning and walked me through the process while she was doing it so I knew what was going on. I also met Mor, she is the dental assistant and she was really friendly as well. The dentist was really quick and asked if I had any concerns or questions. Was willing to answer anything I had to ask him. Overall my experience here was painless, quick, friendly and satisfying all around. Dentists are all over the place but once you find one that you like you tend to stick to them and I am planning on sticking to this one.

Dr. Renz and her staff are exceptional. I never really enjoyed coming to the dentist before coming to All Smiles Dental. Honestly, they’re all so welcoming and easy going. I did a whitening treatment last year and Cami Jo (who used to work for them), called and texted me consistently to check up on me. For them, caring about their patients doesn’t end at check out and to me that’s telling. I could probably write a 10 page paper about how much I love them tbh. I just feel like I’m hanging out with friends instead of just getting a cleaning done. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Love this staff.

All Smiles was the only dentists office that would help me and could see me within 24 hours back when I was having a lot of pain and needed an emergency appointment because of a bad tooth. I had seen other dentists who all told me I needed a root canal, but I couldn't afford one at the time and really just wanted the tooth out. No one would help me with that, always saying that they were in the business of saving teeth not pulling them out. That didn't help me much at that point and so I spent years dealing with this tooth and my anxiety of the dentist grew. The first time I saw Dr G he was totally understanding of cost being an issue for me and didn't pressure me into something I couldn't afford. Once I said I wanted to go with extraction, Ginger (who is Dr G's wife and always so friendly and helpful) immediately got on the phone to find an oral surgeon who accepted my insurance. She was able to get me an appointment for the next morning and the problem tooth was out. Finally! I ended up needing another extraction on another infected tooth (it had been a long time since I had regular dental care). Kristen in the front office got me in right away. Dr G called the oral surgeon on my behalf to get me seen asap and then called to check in with me at home to make sure it all went okay. Now with those problem teeth out I am on the road to getting the rest of my teeth fixed and have been seen by just about every assistant and hygienist in the office. Robbie is gentle and patient and is not only great with me, but my son loves seeing her for cleanings too. Dotti is great during procedures and checks in with me to make sure I'm doing okay throughout. Eva too is super gentle and great at calming me if I'm nervous and explaining things. Dr Garramore never rushes and always makes time to answer my questions. I used to especially hate getting the shots of Novocain in my gums, but they all have a way of administering the injection so that I barely even notice it's being done. It's truly the best experience I've ever had at any dentist. The office itself is so clean and bright and comfortable. There's a tv in the waiting room although I've never had to wait more than a minute before I'm seen. Ginger, Kristen, and Danielle are always so nice and all three will go out of their way to look things up and check on my coverage for me so that I know what I owe in advance. I would give 10 stars for All Smiles if I could and I most definitely recommend them for anyone especially if you are usually anxious about the dentist because I am confident it will be a much better experience than you might be used to.

Loved this place, hands down best dental appointment I’ve ever had. My hygienist was Robbie, she was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing and cleaning. No pain afterwards either which was a common occurrence after cleanings at my old dentist. Thank you for the awesome experience, I’m recommending everyone I know to go there!!

I cannot stop talking about what a great experience I had at All Smiles Dental!! The receptionists were always friendly on the phone and then greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. I was a new patient, yet felt like I have been going there for years. My hygienist Brooke was fabulous!! She is incredibly sweet and personable, and she was so gentle!! This is the first time I didn't have a headache after leaving the dentist. Dr. Renz was also amazing! You just feel like you are everyone's best friend there the way they treat you and Dr. Renz is so kind and gentle as well. She listened to my questions and concerns and took time to explain what was going on and all of my options. Overall the experience was perfect and what I've been looking for in a dental office. and BONUS! The dental chair has massage rollers in it.... I almost fell asleep! I was also really impressed with all the new technology they have to make the process even less painful or invasive. This is definitely the place you need to go in Bismarck/ Mandan if you want the best dental care!!

We met Dr. Renz almost 4 years ago when my daughter was just 2 days old. We needed help, breastfeeding was excruciating (you know, bloody, cracked nipples). Our amazing Doula suspected our sweet baby had a tongue tie and got us an appointment with Dr. Renz the same day! Sure enough, Dr. Renz confirmed the tongue tie but also discovered an upper lip tie as well. The procedure was so quick and painless. She talked us through everything before hand and let us see and feel the water laser before beginning the procedure. Dr. Renz swaddled our sweet girl and my husband held her throughout the procedure, which only took about 5 minutes! We nursed in the office before we left and the change was amazing! So much easier already! No more pain! Needless to say, we switched dentists immediately and the whole family has been seeing Dr. Renz ever since!
