Absolutely horrible. Said I had multiple cavities and needed a root canal, then went to another dentist and he said my teeth were fine. These people will try to take advantage of you and do dental work you do not need. Beware!

My son needed two procedures, on different dates. While at the first procedure, I pre-paid for the upcoming procedure (to take place a few weeks later). When we arrived for the second procedure, we were told that we owed more money. They took all but $40 from my pre-payment as payment for the previous procedure WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID IN FULL. As it turns out, they used a different dentist than the one my insurance had pre-approved and charged me the difference after I left. Nice huh? If you absolutely MUST use this office, never ever ever pre-pay for anything. They will find a way to steal your money from you.

I was really pleased with my visit. Dr. Gauthier was really nice and takes his time with you. Everyone that works there is very nice and helpful also. He had to refer me to an oral surgeon, so I didn't have any dental work done today. The only complaint I have is that my appointment was at 11am, and they didn't take me until 12pm.

I would not recommend paying ahead. I paid these people $1680 and they have no account of it, telling me that I’m behind for 3 months. I had to take out of my time to go to the bank and get my bank statement from a year ago to show these people that I did pay it. I had braces with these people before when I was much younger and my mother pulled me out and brought me to another orthodontist. Had she still been alive, I would like to know why she pulled me from this dentist at that time.

I took my kids here some time ago.... My daughter told me once in the back the dentist wasn't very nice and was one of her worst experiences ever. Also this dentist insisted both my 4 year old children be put to sleep and receive tons of work I realized were complete cosmetic after the surgery took place...
