I had the worst tooth/teeth ache and found them right around the corner from my house. My initial visit was fact finding to see where the pain was coming from. They explained exactly what was going on and we scheduled a time to go to work. This was by far the most painful and invasive oral procedures. My insurance company didn't cover anything so they were kind enough to offer me options. I had two of the 3 teeth worked on and hope the issue is complete. I dont want an extraction. I was there 3 hours and they were great. I like to know where on To Do List and I had to ask when I could. That's the one PERSONAL preference. It doesn't take away from how great a dentist office can be.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. My teeth look beautiful! Emilie made my procedure quick, painless and comfortable! They even offered a soft blanket and put on my favorite show (the office) on netflix! Love this place!

Worst dental visit ever! She didnt explain anything, never asked if I had any questions (I did) , she didnt even make eye contact with me. Most of the visit was devoted to finding out what my insurance would cover. Clearly most concerned with the $$$.

A lady who claims to be the office manager seemed to have anger issues. Truly disgusted from the level of rudeness she displayed. It was unacceptable to display that level of professionalism in front of my children. What was equally upsetting was the fact that a co worker told me "dont mind her, she is having a rough day". As if it was to be tolerable. A woman to be giving advice but wasnt licensed as a nurse nor a dentist and to be yet so rude was despicable. Never have I been so dissapointed. That was a rating for customer service skills. Another 1 star for quality of work. Within 2 hours after leaving the Dentist, my daughter's cap had fallen off. We have cancelled any future appts. We now have the right dentistry taking care of us. Would/will never recommend and will always detour people to stay away. Save your time and money. To say the least hospitality!!!

I really didn’t want to even give her 1 star. It was the worse dentist visit i ever went to. She told me i had a mouth full of abscessed teeth, she told me i had periodontal disease, and i had like 5 cavities. I went in for a cleaning and she didn’t even clean my teeth. All she was worried about was making more money off me. She told me i need to have my entire mouth deep cleaned. I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and she told me that unless i had a dental miracle i had no abscessed teeth, 1 minor cavity and my other teeth were amazing. All i needed was a regular cleaning. I don’t ever leave comments but i feel like all she what’s is money. And no patient should have to worry about that!

My first visit to see Dr. Schneck was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. The front office staff greets you with a smile which really takes the edge off for a nervous patient like me. I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff who are competent and confident. I felt extremely comfortable from the get-go. It is very refreshing to be treated like a person and not a number or a paycheck. I have a follow up procedure pending. Dr. Schneck clearly laid out what would happen, how long the procedure would take, and what to expect afterwards. Dr. Schneck is very genuine and is one of those people that you feel as though you’ve known for a lifetime. I’m not ever going to say going to the dentist is exciting or fun (although this kind of was) but this experience truly was amazing! I’ll post again after the next visit...
