Making It Homemade

Absolutely professional. I have visted Dr. Rebel for many dental issues I have had. The office has a great and positive vibe. Everyone speaks to you, and makes conversation with you. Dr. Rabel's attitude is THE BEST. You feel a sense of welcome here. I have had my tooth removed. I know that I can be a difficult patient at times because I can't handle being uncomfortable at times, but he was EXTREMELY patient with me. I did not feel extreme pain. I didn't feel like I was being tortured. I was able to lay down comfortably and have my procedure done. I will be returning.

I called a few days ago to schedule an appointment. I have always been so anxious when it comes to the dentist and worried they may not take my insurance. Thankfully, I talked to Lauren a few days ago! She was SO sweet and helpful! For once, I'm actually excited about my dental appointment!

I've never had a bad experience here. I came here for the first time to get my wisdom teeth removed and I've gotten all my dental work done here since. The staff is great and Dr. Rabel does a really nice job of making you feel like family. Everything I've had done here has been completely painless.

I had my wisdom teeth taken here and I am anemic. Because of that I am always cold so during the procedure I was shaking and the nurse told the doctor that I was going through withdrawals. The doctor wasn’t pleasant himself. I have no history of abusing drugs whatsoever. I do not encourage anyone to go back

I went to a general dentist who sent me to an oral surgeon who wanted $$$ to take my impacted wisdom teeth out and I did not like the run around or the rip off, so my friends recommended I go to the Rabel’s instead. Not only was it less $, but it was quick, easy and painless. They speak plain English and are really good. Also treat you like family.

Had to wait in lobby for 1hr because receptionist didn't check me in. And it really messed my schedule up for the day.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! THEY WANTED TO PUT A CAP ON TOP OF MY ROOT CANAL AND NOT FIX IT! They also said I only had 1 cavity but when I switched to a new dentist, they told me I had a few others! Absolutely horrible experience! They don’t care for their patients and they should!

This dentist office has gotten very unprofessional and disorganized every since E.L. is no longer running it. My child had a appt. to get a root canal on 2 teeth and is in a lot of pain we have been their 3 times to get it done and Michael Rabel is always behind they keep rescheduling him meaning he's still in pain missing school and I have to miss work I'm looking for a new dentist who care about they patients. I don't recommend Rabel to no one.

Was going there since I was a child! Dr. Michael is the best but the receptionist are very rude!! I hate to call this office anymore!! They’re really bringing this place down!!!

I was told that the tooth I complained needed to be removed actually didnt and just had to have a filling placed. Funny I went to another dentist and he explained there was no way to save that tooth that Dr Rabel said just needed a filling. He is clearly trying to protect his self from this issue. Also about the appts, I didn't go because you wanted to charge me for a suppose problem that was the fault of the office, who would in their right mind pay the dental office again when they previously messed up

From the first visit to Dr Rabel, I knew I was in the right place. I had a very unique case and the staff at Dr. Rabel's was very fast and friendly and the surroundings are very soothing. I've had dentures for 8 years and have always had problems with them. My new dentures made by Dr. Brett Rabel fit PERFECTLY and most importantly I do not need glue! Dr Brett Rabel is the bomb and I recommend him to everyone!!

IF I COULD RATE 0 I WOULD. They reschedule my baby appointment 3times each time a month later. Also i came to the appointment time they gave me 15 minutes early ,they tell me im late if i was suppose to be there at 9 schdule me at 9 not 10. One lady at the front desk is sssooo rude .i been going here since i was little girl and started taking my little girl but never again i would RECCOMEND NOT TO GO HERE!!

Made an appointment, for what reason I do not know because I still was waiting for well over an hour. I was misquoted a price on the phone by 100$ and the staff who initially gretting me was incredibly rude. Disappointed with the experience.

The 1 star is for Brittany, not the dentist or their work. Yet, customer service is primary. So with that... I called to get some information on cosmetic work for myself and I husband, and Brittany was so rude that I’ve decided against spending our money here. She was unprofessional, she would not allow me to ask my questions even though it was clear to me that she had no understanding of what I was attempting to ask her. She kept rushing answers that had nothing to do with my questions. She over talked me, she interrupted me - kept cutting me off! And when I asked to speak with someone else - a 2nd time, she left me on hold. After holding for several minutes I called back and was greeted with an abrupt “please hold”! I’ve been a patron of this business for over 20 years, since my college days, and I’ve never had someone answer the phone like that. It was apparent that she had rallied other front office staff to continue in her misbehavior, in my opinion. Finally Ms. Rita. who was so nice and professional got on the line. Now, she sits in the insurance office in the back. Had no idea what was going on. She said she just got on the line because she was told that someone needed help with insurance. No. I did not need help with insurance and they would have known that had they given my a proper greeting opposed to just picking up and transferring me without acknowledging me first. This was a completely new call. Where was the “how may I help you?” Again poor behavior in the front office. At this point I was finally able to clearly explain to Rita that I was asking about someone who has no insurance and Brittany’s answer was to call my insurance company. What? Why would I call my insurance to ask them about a finance plan for someone else? ..who had no insurance? That makes no sense, Brittany. Brittany needs to let someone else speak to customers. Either way it’s their business. I’ll be getting my $10,000 cosmetic work done somewhere else.

Awful place. First they explained and made me sign a form to go under anesthesia to have a tooth removed, which is fine. They also had me pay 125$ for the sedation because insurance didn’t cover it, also fine. But none of that happened. They didn’t put me under, they gave me a very mild sedative which did nothing for me. The dentist then started with the shots, without even numbing the gums before. He then didn’t even wait long enough for it to work or he didn’t give me enough and I felt EVERYTHING he did. I even told him I was in a lot of pain but he said he was almost done and there was no need to go back in a numb again. Along with my tooth being pulled he also filled a couple of my front ones, which I felt, which hurt extremely bad. After all of that pain he would not even write me any prescriptions for pain or antibiotics. They also didn’t give me any extra gauze or explain to me about how to care of anything that he just did. Very very unprofessional and I wouldn’t not recommend seeing or wasting your money on this person

Over the years due to a memory problem with day to day activities, I have had all of my teeth removed here. Services here have always been very quick with minimal waiting, and painless. Yes, painless thats the question on everyone's mind. I have never felt the pain of the needle in my gums, nor have I ever felt the extractions. I also had my first set of upper dentures here. They did an awesome job. The dentures looked very real and also fit very well and thw mold was done the same day as the extractions. Giant step up in dental science
