I'd give them 0 stars if they let. I called to make an appointment to remove my tooth. They immediately said come on in and never removed my tooth. Made me come back another day to remove it. I had to pay 125 bucks for anastasia or however u spell it. And when I went get my tooth removed the anastasia didn't even work and instead of adding more like most dentist and hospitals do to numb me they just kept working. I have a high pain tolerance. I got tattoos and this hurt so bad. I was better off pulling it out with some pliers. I have a high tolerance for medicines. Every paicient is different and needs different amounts of Medicine/numbing medicine. The moment he touched my lips and asked I felt that and I said yeah they should of added more. Im mad I paid 125 for something that didn't even work. Didn't even give me any detals on how to care for this, or any medicine not even ibuprofen. I recommend going to a different dentist or just pulling the tooth out yourself.

I spent 2 1/2 hours at this appointment. The first hour was taking xrays with a new employee, and the second hour waiting. I was in pain from a tooth with a damaged nerve I was told. After 2 hours I had to catch an assistant in the hall and I ask how much longer. It was then I realized realized dr had not yet even looked at the xrays! Assisstant said she would check and then returned to get the xrays. A newly required sedation fee had been implemented since my last visit (which was a nightmare)and even though the extraction itself and numbing agents were covered by Medicaid, the new fee was not. Those who have medicaid have it due to income status, and usually cannot readily afford out of pocket payments. The fact that my treatment was covered did me no good at this office. I was forced to go elsewhere. I don't know which was worse; the first or the second visit, but I will not be returning. I went to have the tooth pulled, spent 2 hours of dead time in their office, and returned home with the tooth still in my head! I lost a day of wages and nothing was accomplished! I will not ever go to this office again.

I use to speak highly of this place and brag on my dentis. I recently went and and had 3 fillings redone that had been there since I was a child. I've never even had a toothache or any problems with the 3 teeth until after the procedure. It's been almost 5 or 6 weeks since the fillings were done and I've had a toothache which causes headache and earache every day only on the right side of my face. When I called 2 weeks after, they had me come in so he could take a look, only to say they looked fine to him and if the one tooth (then) stilled bothered me to come back it may need a root canal. 2 weeks later went back only to confirm what he said and to find out that my insurance doesn't cover the root canal and that it cost $1500. I was then pressured into trying to finance thru someone they refer you too. She tried to say that the dentist didn't know that the cavity was further down in the tooth. But I didn't hv a cavity I had 3 fillings redone because they were old. Now I'm having problems with not 1 tooth but all 3 and their acting like nothing can be done until I pay the money and since all 3 teeth are now hurting does that mean I now need 3 root canals? I have dealt with having a headache and earache every day and talking ibuprofen and tylenol around the clock for the entire 5 or 6 weeks. I think it's unfair especially since it's their fault. Now I have to find another dentist to see if they can save my teeth or do I loose all 3 because I cant afford 3 root canals. Oh, and I'm still waiting for a call back that was suppose to schedule another appt to possibly hv them pulled.
