Called at 8:15 due to daughter’s loose tooth being twisted, stuck,and very painful. Able to see her at 11:00 and removed the tooth quickly and painlessly! Dr. Miller’s staff is always friendly and accommodating!

Our experience today was good. The only thing I would complain about our dental assistant is that I believe she could’ve been a little more patient and friendly towards my son being that he fears the dentist and has anxiety when he is there. He is the type where he wants to know what you are doing to him and what’s in your hand that’s going in his mouth, I know it could be a little frustrating but when your dealing with children and children that are like this a little more patience would be great and make them feel comfortable and that going to dentist isn’t as bad as what they think it is. I watched a patient on the side of us and she was the same way and the dental assistant that was taking care of her was awesome and they should be all like that.

We love Quest. My daughter was very shy and scared to go to the dentist. She has not once cried at Quest. We came to Quest for a second opinion because another Dentist wanted to do unnecessary work and cap all her back teeth. Dr. Shilpa took a look and decided that she did not need to fix all her back teeth and the teeth that did need to be fixed could be done with tooth colored filling. I trust what they say and if they need to do a filling I know that it is really necessary and not just to charge the insurance.

Well first of all the waiting room blew my mind. To have a huge pirate ship playground area inside was just awesome and keeps the kids occupied while you do what you need to. The staff were all very very sweet and very informative. The dentist was very sweet! She answered all my questions. The prices may be a little bit more over there than other places though. That’s my only concern. But the atmosphere and attitudes of the workers are really wonderful!

My five year old daughter has special needs/sensory issues and the staff and dentist at Quest went above and beyond to make her comfortable. She needed to be put to sleep to have crowns put in place and they worked with our schedule to get it done as quickly as possible. My child was able to crown her teeth and have a quick recovery basically pain free thanks to Quest.

I brought my 17 month old son to Quest today after being referred by his pediatrician. My son is medically complex, has a trach and vent, so we typically only see specialists related to those things. Every single staff member at Quest, from the receptionist to the dentist, was exceptional. They were extra accommodating, incredibly kind and helpful in every aspect. My son can’t walk or play yet, but they have a separate waiting area with kid movies, games and a pirate ship. Best dentist office I’ve ever been to, by far. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

They are super nice, the office is clean, you are allowed in the back with your kids which is a major plus because previous dentist trips with my kids with other dentist didn't go to well. My 4 yr old had to have her first cavity sealed and it was an amazing experience giving the circumstances. She barely cried and it was over in literally 5 minutes. The dental assistant was excellent and even sang Moana with me along with the movie to comfort my daughter while we waited to begin. My lo had an accident while under light sedation and they sent us home with a clean T-shirt. Dr S was excellent as always and so comforting to my lo. I am 100% pleased with how our appointment went along with the procedure. I would highly recommend Quest Pediatrics to anyone with little ones.

This is more directed at the hospital that they had us gp to for my 4 year old daughters outpatient surgery!!!! Horrible the way the work with kids ..... my daughter was dragged away and to the room to be put under to get her teeth capped .... never have I ever heard of people traumatizing kids like this now she doesn't even want to go back to the dentist... then the only pain meds they gave her was a tylenol suppository no numbing or anything.... abbeville general hospital is a horrible place for kids!!!!!

This place was amazing! My son has anxiety when it comes to going to any dr office, but he felt more at ease with the waiting room. They had a place to play and a place to play video games. They even had some coffee for me to drink while waiting. When we got back there it’s a very open space with no closed doors. The staff were really patient and loving to my little man and got him to get x rays when nobody else could before. I loved how they kept me in the loop and showed me everything that they were doing. In the end my son got stickers and even a prize! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Staff was extremely attentive and caring. Dr. Miller was very careful to explain everything thoroughly and male sure I understand what he was saying. Absolutely loved the pirate ship for the kids. Would highly recommend this practice!

Quest is the most wonderful place to take your children. We live over a hour away and they are not a preferred provider with our insurance but I would never take my children anywhere else. I have a 16, 12, and 6 year old and they are always happy to go to the dentist. Quest's staff is always polite and everyone is happy and they have always taken such good care of my kiddos. One of my little men hasn't always been the best patient and at a previous dentist we had to put him under anesthesia to fix some teeth. When we switched to quest years ago and he needed another tooth worked on I told Dr Troy what had happen in the past and he asked that I give him shot he though he could do it. Wow I was so amazed at how well my little man did and almost to tears at how amazing and comfortable Dr. Troy made him feel. We have been there numerous times and never not once have had a unpleasant experience, even with phone calls

Everyone was so nice from the first person in the front to the last person we saw in the back. The staff are great! Dr. Troy diagnosed my son with a tongue tie after being misdiagnosed by an ENT. He made sure I understood everything he was telling me. Would recommended this place!!!
