Although the workers are nice and welcoming, they completely dropped the ball on their thoroughness. They failed to inform me at the time of my booking, that my insurance was now considered out of network since this past week. I also sat waiting for an hour before anyone told me what was going on. Good service goes a long way, and a welcoming smile plus a milkshake wont make up for that. I will not be returning to peachtree in the future.

Don't care about your teath just how much he can get money you are willing to pay. They where informed before I saw a dentist that didn't have insurance I'm self employed. Ask to fill a few teath and he's not willing to do that. All he want to do is charge over $3000.00 for dental work I'm not asking for. Ask what else he could do he said nothing and walked out not able to help out.

I have always been terrified of the dentist ever since a small child. Honestly to the point I may have went to dentist twice in 25 years until recently when I HAD to. Going to Peachtree has made my experience so much better than what I remember. I'm no longer terrified and look forward to a healthier smile now . The staff is friendly. The prices are exorbitant in my opinion. In a nutshell I feel I was railroaded into paying for services that shouldn’t have been prioritized without being warned how much they were. I went in for a cleaning and came out owing hundreds of dollars for extra charges as well as future charges repeating procedures that had already been performed, with nobody to answer questions like “why am I filling a cavity in the same tooth that was filled just a few months ago?” (Which is determined by a technician, btw) or “why should pay for the same service twice?” because when you find out all of this information you’re only dealing with the cashier at that point, who I actually feel sorry for being left to deal with the clients who are kept in the dark until then.

I was under the impression when they charged me the money for. There visit. I would get. The amount of treatment like. I did before. The young lady was very sweet and kind. Dr was very nice. But when I realized today .That .I only got .8 pain pills .For .117.00 I was not happy. I was under the impression they would try to fix somebody else's. Mistake. So .I'm having to take 2 of these pills. To deal with .My. Swollen gums since 800 mg of that other stuff is not working .so I pretty much wasted .my money bought lesson learned ..I don't feel like. I got my moneys worth. I can't even eat it hurts so bad .now I guess I will have to suck it up and deal. With this. Not eating for a few days. Cuz of swollen gums. Big disappointment ...I refuse to waste any more of my hard earned money .. not a happy customer

This was our first visit at Peachteee. We were delighted by the wonderful staff members in the front. Ashlynn took good care of me while Carly wowed my kids. Excellent dental visit!! Oh and the strawberry shake left me wanting another....YUMMO!!

Despite the “fear” of visiting the dentist, my visit to Peach Tree was a pleasant experience! The customer service was exceptional and I was greeted by each person with a friendly smile. I must include Dana may quite possibly be the most outstanding dental hygienist in the state! In addition to creating a friendly environment, we spoke about many other topics that I no longer felt uneasy about my dental procedure! Peach Tree is highly recommended!!!

Very dissatisfied with this place. I got a crown put on here and the crown fell off three times before they got it to stay on the tooth. The crown was so poorly done it fell off after 2 years leaving me with the bill of having to get it redone somewhere else since insurance will only over a crown per tooth every ten years. Very pushy for me to have more work done, I work away and was very clear with them in saying I would schedule an appointment when my schedule allowed it. After a dozen or so calls I had to block several numbers just to be left alone. I'll will not be returning here.

Of all the dentists I have been to in my 60 years Peachtree Dental is my favorite. The staff is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taking care of your needs and making you feel comfortable. All procedures are explained so you understand exactly what will be done to care for or restore your teeth. Patient questions are incouraged and answered so the patient will understand the process. Some of the reviews I read said the costs are outrageous, and or they didn't have a plan to perform the work in steps. Let me say that that is very surprising to me. Dental work is very expensive and if you have let your teeth go like I did you are in for a lot and I do mean a lot of money to get them restored with any option you do and with any dentist you choose. Dr. Carson performed my exam and presented me with a treatment plan. Some things I didn't understand and he explained to me what he was proposing and why. When I offered an alternative he was open to my suggestions and together we worked out a treatment plan which was in stages and worked for me. I was given a printout listing, in steps, each item to be done, the cost per item, and a total amout for each stage. There are many different procedures than what wwe available in the past. I would recommend that if you have neglected your teeth and need a lot done, you need to do your research and find out what is available today and expect the work to be performed in stages. Get up off It's not right to go in not knowing anything about what you may be getting into, have no clue what the doctor is talking about, approximately what the cost will be and expect the doctor to be able to just fix your teeth and then leave all mad and write a bad review. The patient has a responsibility to understand what is being done to correct what is wrong with their teeth. Peachtree Dental also has a nice facility that lends to making you feel at home. Go to Peachtree Dental and maintain your smile or get it back.

Have alot of mouth work i know needs to be done, the dentist tried to tell me 15,000$ to fix my whole mouh and wouldnt break down into sections it was do it all 15k in one day or nothing. Very discouraging wont be coming back here must be for the high and mighty rich people.
