I have bad anxiety going to dentist. I have been to Apple and peach tree and had bad experiences but at nela dental they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I was very impressed. The lady that did the numbing shots was so nice and put me at ease!!! They took good care of me and I would recommend them to everyone!

When I called to get a price to have a tooth pulled AFTER insurance pays what it will, and the lady that I was talking to was very rude. Well we don't know if your insurance will pay anything on this until we get you here and run it. (I'm reading the insurance coverages to her) Then when she understands that. She said we can not even see you until week after next... seriously? I just told the other lady that answered the phone that I am in pain and have been for 3 days trying to find a dentist...

I called to make an appointment as a new patient for my 9 year old daughter on 1/22/18. They front desk was very helpful and kind. After her appointment on 1/23/18 in Monroe, we all had a great experience. The dental hygienist and dentist were both wonderful. The whole staff is fantastic! I highly recommend Nela Dental!

Nela Dental in Farmerville has been taking care of my dental needs for five years and I have never been more pleased with a dental office from front staff to hygiene, to doctors and dental assistants. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, willing, and professional. If not able to answer a question, they'll find someone who can. They care about their patients and help them relax. I have had mostly bad experiences in my dental history, especially as a child. I wish I had known these folks, then. Information and non-pressured options are always provided.
