Complete satisfaction here. I appreciated the initial office (not treatment room) consultation with Dr. Doyle to discuss initial concerns. The hygienist was complimentary of my care efforts and also generous with suggestions. This is the first practice I have been a patient of which applied fluoride treatments by default.

Initially my experience was really nice until I spoke with Dr. Moreau regarding my planned visit. He was very arrogant, impatient and seemed a bit angry that I mentioned weighing my options to find the right dentist for my dental implant procedure. I was very disappointed in his lack of professionalism and having to drive an hour out of my way to his office.

Great staff and experience every time! Never a wait for my scheduled appointments, it doesn't hurt when the hygienist cleans my teeth, always a warm neck pillow, and if I need a filling they do their best to get me in the same day! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Shannon Doyle is an amazing dentist!! My daughters and I have been seeing her for years. She is so professiona and caring. The level of care we recieve from her and her staff is beyond excellent. All of the referrals she has given us have been highly satisfactory. I had an extration and implant done with a surgeon she referred to me, as well as her putting in a temporary cap all in the same day, talk about incredible!!! She coordinated everything for me with such care and ease to me. She also referred my daughter's orthodontist to me and works with her and us for the best possible outcome. This was the best experience I ever had at a Dentist office. They offer you hand paraffin spa treatment, refreshments and work around your busy schedule to accommodate you and your needs. Dr. Moreau made me a sleep appliance for sleep apnea in 2012. I have had a better quality of sleep ever since. The appliance works much better than the CPAP machine I had been using. He has saved a tooth that another dentist told me had to be crowned, so I recently switched to him fulltime. Very pleased with the office. The dental assistant was very thorough. Dr. Moreau is very personable and gives his honest opinion of what has to be done. I'm glad I switched to him for all my dental services.

If I could give them TEN stars, I would! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful, truly putting the client as their focus. Ashley is amazing...she is the face of the office, and was so helpful with questions and concerns even before my appointment. The appointment started off with a welcome parking spot just for me. I was met at the door by Ashley (with a smiling Emily at the desk as well). Then the spa treatment began- I didn't feel like I was in a "clinical" dental office- it truly is spa-like (soft music, zen decor, aromatherapy, and a lovely water feature)- so relaxing. Ashley provided a tour, help with my paperwork, and even coffee and cookies. Dr. Doyle and Dr. Moreau both introduced themselves, so different from meeting a dentist for the first time when you are in the dental chair! Amanda did a remarkable job taking xrays and cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Moreau even popped in to check on me, even though my appointment was with Dr. Doyle. Dr. Doyle was professional, thorough, and kind. She is wonderful. We made a plan of care together. I have never been to any dental or medical office like MoreSmiles. I wanted to stay just to relax, and the staff actually said I was welcome to do so!!! The dental savings plan is an excellent benefit. Love, love, love this place and staff... can I say it again?!! Love, love, love this place and staff!

Calling out to all who suffer from TMJ and/or Jaw pain due to malocclusion..... I have experienced mild to severe headaches and jaw pain for the past several years. This pain was intensified by clenching and grinding during restless nights. For the past three years, I have been treated by neurologists, chiropractors, an ENT, etc. I have had physical therapy, botox injections and numerous other homeopathic methods to relieve the pain; however, nothing helped. At a frustrated level with no pain relief while taking numerous types of medication, I consulted with my dentist, Dr James Moreau at MoreSmiles. Dr Moreau conducted extensive diagnostic tests on the mechanics and anatomy of my Jaw, TMJ and neck. He discovered my jaw was misaligned and could be the cause of my pain. We then agreed on a treatment plan. He explained it would be a marathon not a sprint but I was willing to wait for relief... After becoming a frequent flyer and building very close relationships with Dr Moreau and his team, I am now pain-free for four months for the first time in several years and I am so very grateful this group of angels They are all compassionate, patient and kind. Thank you all so very much!!

I honestly love my Dentist. The staff at More Smiles is always friendly and professional. They make going to the dentist an event you look forward to instead of one that you put off until there's a problem. Today, they were super helpful in getting me in right away to see Dr. Doyle when I told them I chipped a tooth. Dr. Doyle and her assistant repaired my tooth and got me smiling again :) I highly recommend More Smiles if you want an excellent experience.

This place is incredible. Totally not the cold and uninviting offices you usually fear when visiting the dentist. They truly make it a comfortable and less anxious experience. Everything from the front desk to the amazing patient care by Dr. Moreau is absolutely top notch. I️ felt that I️ was in extremely good hands. Dr. Moreau explained things every step of the way and made sure I️ was as comfortable as possible. I️ even got a blanket and headphones to watch TV with while he worked on my teeth! He is extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I️ fully understood what he was doing at all times. He even personally called to check up on me to make sure I️ was ok afterwards! My family has been going here for 3 years now, and I am so happy to have such a wonderful team of people who take care of us. They always give us the most genuine care and make us feel comfortable. Dr. Doyle is especially good with young children and even somehow kept my 3 year old in the chair without moving for her treatment, which I thought would be impossible. My daughter especially liked the treasure box where she picked a small toy for being a good patient. My favorite is the warm neck roll. Thank you again more smiles for a relaxing 5 star experience!

My wife went here and we had to dispute a bill we received. During a routine cleaning visit, wife had a quick question to ask Dr. when she was checking out at front desk. We received a bill later that included $80 just for asking that question. They considered it a consult fee. After we called to complain, they agreed to remove the charge, but we won’t be back.

After nearly 20 years of attentive dental care from Dr. Moreau and his friendly office staff, I highly recommend that you make that first appointment and see for yourself just how relaxing and pleasant (entertaining too!) a routine dental visit can be. Dr. Moreau is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and interesting, he actually "listens" to your concerns and addresses them effectively. I've brought both my sons to him for their first dentistry cleaning/checkup and he was very gentle with them and communicated what was going on continuously. As a result, both sons now look forward to their appointments and love interacting with Dr. Moreau. He is the type of guy that will call you after a procedure to see how you are doing, or makes arrangements for you to see a qualified dentist if you have a dental problem while travelling abroad. You absolutely can count on Dr. Moreau and his efficient and friendly staff to handle all your dentistry needs!! UPDATE....... Three years later and I am still nothing but impressed with the quality of service and the pleasant and accommodating personalities of the entire staff. He clearly attracts the "best of the best! I actually look forward to my appointments, strange as that might sound, because I always leave in better mood than when I arrived. Everything is designed to keep you comfortable and relaxed......cool beverages, coffee, blankets, lumbar pillows (for those of us with lower back issues), incense, TV, etc. My sons love it too!
