Dr Malone restored my smile after a botched veneer procedure. When I came to Dr Malone, my veneers (placed by another dentist in town) were large, discolored, and falling off after only 2 weeks. Dr. Malone took the time to explain the complete dental health care process including the importance of using only high quality materials in order to achieve a good outcome. He also invested time and money in the intricate bonding procedure, a critical step that was overlooked by my previous dentist. The entire staff was so very helpful and treated my circumstances with urgency. Thank you Brittany, Susie. Karen and Dr. Malone. The final result is beautiful and I am so grateful for your help.

Requested for them to give me a call on Friday, which they are closed. They called me back first thing Monday morning and got me scheduled for an appointment that Wednesday morning. I moved here last year and a co-worker recommended Malone and Associates, so I decided to give them a shot. Four visits later (2 cleanings, mouth guard creation, and some semi-major work), I'd definitely do the same. The office is clean and comfortable. I'm under Dr. Foreman's care and find she's intelligent, understanding, polite, and encouraging. Not only have I received excellent dental care and customer service, but their information and attitude have motivated me to begin to care more about my dental hygiene. They aren't the least expensive dental facility I've been to, but you get what you pay for. They have exclusively earned my business.

I've been going to Dr.Malone's office for years, and I love it! I will hopefully never need to choose a new dentist. I have the same hygienist each time, and she knows what I can tolerate and what I cannot. This is a big benefit for a person that has sensitivity issues, etc. They know me better than some of my own family, and I really appreciate that they take such good care of me. This is the best doctor's office, regardless of area of specialty, in my opinion!

This is most unprofessional dentist office that I've ever been to! First off the staff was very rude to me each time I visited, the second time I went I stated I had pain in one of my molars, Dr. Katherine said I had a cavity and DID NOT do anything about it. I contacted the office a couple days ago because I now have an abscess in my mouth & spoke to Dr. Katherine.. NOT only was she flat out RUDE to me she HUNG UP on me!! I called a second time and left my number for Dr. Malone to call me and have still NOT received a phone call.

I love the staff here! One of the hygienists, Elizabeth, cleans my teeth every time and is so friendly. She always asks about my family and is very good at what she does. I also see Dr. Foreman, who is a wonderful dentist. A couple of years ago I had to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Foreman made me feel so much better about the procedure. She even called my parents after I had gone home to see how I was feeling! I now live in Baton Rouge but the drive is so worth it!
