I had implants in lower and a complete set of dentures. I paid 2700 dollars. I have worn dentures for years and so I am very familiar with them. The dentures I got here were the poorest quality you could ever imagine. They broke the first time 3 weeks after I got them and since then 3 more times. They looked horrible my friends noticed the first time I saw them. I finally went back and told them how unhappy I was with them. The dentist said I must have done something to them to break and I needed new friends because they were fine. He finally agreed to replace them. I ask if the quality would be better and he said there wasn’t different quality of dentures. After a very long talk he finally admitted that there was and if I paid another 600 dollars on top of the 2700 I had already paid he would get me the best possible dentures. I agreed and paid the 600 dollars. He said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get them. I stressed that I need them before the 24th of April because I was scheduled for back surgery then and he said no problem. After 3 weeks I called and they said they would check on them and call me back but I never heard from them. Several days later I was told the same thing but they never called. Now its 4 working days before my back surgery and they say it will be another 3 weeks. My dentures have broke again and I have nothing. I have to go have surgery without any dentures because its too late to get them somewhere else. This is awful. They did refund my 600 dollars and said sorry but fact remains I am devastated.

Rude front staff. Very disappointed when you reach "Magnolia Family Dentistry" on schedule appointment (6-month-old) and they canceled Appointment saying we don't have "Dental hygienist" available today, Another reason they gave is we have not confirmed appointment even before 30 min we got a message for appointment. Finally, We have asked her to Release of Records and she has the right way given paper & lost 2 patients, without putting effort to save customer... This how they treat their customer??? Being your typical "I hate the dentist" type of person, I'm thrilled to leave Magnolia Dentistry a 5 star review. Staff is friendly and professional. I haven't experienced any absurdly long wait times. Office is clean and exam rooms comfortable. They take the time to really explain things and will show your xrays and pictures. Only negative would be that I don't like the flavor of tooth polish they use, but everything else is so good, it doesn't matter!

I love this office and would recommend it to everyone. Since coming here, I wouldn't trust my dental care to anyone other than Dr. Dronet. He has never steered me wrong, never pressured me, and has always made me feel like I had a voice in my dental treatment. He's always happy and so easy to talk to. I lived in San Antonio for a time and would drive the 6+ hours just to be under his and his staff's care. The entire staff- the front desk, manager, dental hygenists, & dental assistants are so welcoming and easy to talk to. If I ever had an issue, I knew I could talk to anyone and it would get taken care of. They treat you like the very best of friends-or even better, like family!

They are a pretty sophisticated bunch over there; they make great use of technology to show information to patients and communicate with each other. Overall, a great place to get dental care.

As a teenager I was traumatized by an orthodontist, so I was less than thrilled to have to go to the dentist (after not going for 6 long years). My oral health was definitely around a 4 on a 1-10 scale, so I had a lot of anxiety about being judged or fussed at for not coming in sooner. I expected the staff to be friendly of course, but I knew it would be that super fake friendliness where inside they’re judging you but they’re trying to hide it. HOWEVER, the staff here were amazing. My hygienist was so sincerely sweet and caring, and she made me feel like my problems really weren’t bad (they were, but she was just THAT sweet!). Throughout my entire cleaning she was extremely thorough and stopped every so often to make sure I was okay and not choking to death on water. The doctor was also just as kind and professional, and when explaining my issues she didn’t once seem like she was bothered. She took her time, made sure I understood everything and made positive I didn’t have any questions before I left. Overall, I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars.

Awesome experience! I came in for gum and tooth pain. I called on a Thursday at 5:48pm to see if anyone was available to schedule an appointment and someone answered! The lady was so nice and was able to get me in the very next day at 12:30. Then I got a phone call at 8:15am on Friday with the receptionist telling me since it was an emergency visit they could get me in at 10am! Everyone was nice and helpful from the receptionist to the lady who deals with insurance claims, the dental hygienist, doctor, payment consultant. Turns out my wisdom tooth was the culprit of the pain. And they were able to extract it the very same day!! I would recommend to everyone!!

My insurance was going to be drop and was told to get needed procedure done before the 31st of January. Called this dental office to let them know so everything can be done before insurance ends. They looked up my insurance and assured me procedure is covered but fail to tell me that my bridge/crown has to be delivered as well inorder for insurance to cover it. Now after paying a total of $500+, weeks later they mailed me a bill for $100+, and now I received another bill of $800+ because insurance didn't cover my procedure because delivery was done in Feb. I am not going back for any future treatment. Wants me to set up a payment plan, no ma'am I can pay it off but the fact is I constantly told this office insurance is not going to cover my procedure after the 31st but you made an appt for Feb 6? I did ask if they are familiar with Delta insurance they assured me they are familiar with Delta ins. Obviously they did not know that certain policy to check if it will cover when procedure started (some ins. does) or only covered treatment when it's fully done/delivered. To think I gave them a heads up beginning of January that they will make sure everything lines up and done correctly to avoid any of these. Lesson learned, $800+ more to this office & lost a patient/customer.

My initial visit to "Magnolia Family Dentitry" was not only less than an hour from me calling and briefing them about my issue, but they actually stayed late and performed an emergency extraction in a completely painless and timely manner. Also, with my requested input, we came up with a detailed, step by step plan of treatment that will have me able to not only smile without embarrassment again finally, but will have me smiling with pride and confidence once again. I found pleasure in being treated by the entire staff there. I was treated as a human by caring, non judgemental fellow humans. Stellar bedside manner by all... The entire staff was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and left no question unanswered. "Magnolia Family Dentistry's" standard of procedure (S.O.P.) should be used as a mandatory training tool/class/example for all medically related practices and/or any business operation for that matter. The staff there somehow manages to make it fun to visit the Dentist Office. I very much anticipate my next appointment and next step of my journey towards uninhibited smiles!!! I have to had a really bad accident when I was 12 involving my four front teeth. I had to have four root canals have been very fortunate to keep all but 1 of them. I am now 34 and one of my teeth started to discolor badly. Dr. Beyt and his staff were able to cap my tooth and gave me my smile back. I almost cried because for years I have worked very hard to keep my teeth healthy. It was truly a GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO TRY MAGNOLIA FAMILY DENTISTRY!!

My previous dentist did not really put too much effort into having my teeth look their best. The visit was very thorough and it was the best cleaning I have ever received!

Only been there twice. First visit several x-rays was taken and I was told that I needed a deep cleaning which was a 2 visit procedure and 500 dollars out of pocket even with my insurance. I said because of work schedule the only way to do I would have to be schedule for certain days and was told they probably could get those days, but ended not happening. So I asked for the regular cleaning that insurance covers and never got that. Was texted months later about being pass due on check up. I called in and was told it was time for my deep cleaning. I explained about not getting any cleaning, just xrays, the last time. I was then told that i HAD to get the deep cleaning or yall would not do the regular cleaning! I then asked for my xrays to bring to another dentist, that way I wouldn't be paying for them again. Short time later someone else from your company called and said that I could get the regular cleaning. I went in a couple of days later for the cleaning and was given a form to sign stating that I refused the deep cleaning and whatever else in the find print. I didn't sign asked for xrays and was given paper copy not actual extras. I'm now looking for another dentist in my network. I hope he can get the xrays from yall,so that I don't have to go back just for that. So to sum things up,I visited 2 times, not 1 cleaning. I put the 1 star because it wouldn't post unless I rated myself experience.
