Best by far..staff there are always kind and friendly. I'm a mother of five and I've been other places where they turn their nose up at you because you're bringing all your kids to an apt! Not here they personally assist me with my munchkins and understand not all the time I will have a sitter. They make you feel welcome!

My experience over here was just awful and I would be coming here never again. The staff have a bad approach to their patients. No smiles at all which is something that should be their motto. I have no idea why they offer 'online appointments' on their website. I have tried multiple times to schedule an online appointment. It's super easy to click and see what times are available so I can pick one that works best for us. I have tested it and 9/10 times, I get a phone call saying there are no appointments available. The last girl talked to me as if I were stupid for even trying and rudely said "We have no openings for that until December." WELL ON YOUR ONLINE SCHEDULING IT SHOWS OPENINGS EVERY DAY!! She said that was for the doctor's schedule only --- HUH? What's the point in having the option to schedule online when it is NEVER accurate?

Most of the staff is friendly. If you have children I would suggest finding a pediatric dentist. They don't have all the supplies to suit little ones. Coming back from Texas I realize that they don't accommodate children as well as they should. They try not to allow parents to sit with their children. They do not even have extra seats in the rooms. My first visit I stood in the hallway for my daughter for about 45mins. They also provide no entertainment for them im the lobby or the rooms although there is a t.v. I was also not given solid information about some processes for one of my little ones and for that I am displeased.

I GIVE -5 STARS IF I COULD Louisiana dental is a scammer they over charge. My insurance company sent a letter to me stating that I was only to pay 20% on filling Louisiana dental charged 100%. My partial insurance paid 50%. Louisiana dental charged me 100%. When I called to inform Louisiana dental they said we'll credit your account. I said no you're gonna give me refund, cause I will never use you again. I then made a formal complaint against them. Stay away from Louisiana dental Dont go here they overcharge for services. My insurance paid over 80% I asked dental office to return my money I paid. I got runaround. So I contacted my insurance company and they put in a formal complaint. IF I COULD DO -5 STARS THAT WOULD BE THEIR SCORE. Watch OUT scamming dentist.

Even though I've been a patient for years and the fact that their website clearly states that they close at 1 pm on Saturday, a call at 11:25 is apparently too late. In addition, their advertising that they will see you today is apparently false as well. Don't advertise services that you are not going to do nor have your website say that you are open until 1 but then refuse to take an emergency patient phoning at 11:25 and who lives 10 minutes away. Customer services definitely needs improvement. Marketing needs to be structured to what they actually do. Their ads promise a lot more than they apparently deliver. Very disappointing.

I'm am writing this review after my niece and sister-in-law experienced the worst service of their lives at this dental office. My niece went in for a root canal. My sister-in-law trusted this dental center very much; my niece had seen Dr. Le, and they were both very satisfied for years. This visit was different though. Dr. Le was replaced by a Dr. Fabre. My niece, who is 13, was very afraid. They gave her a Valium bc of her anxiety of the procedure. The Dr. was not happy about how wide my niece had her mouth open, and he threw instruments across the room and walked out. After the staff apologized, my sister-in-law decided to get my niece's records and take her business somewhere else where they were not treated in such a deplorable fashion. I sure hope this establishment takes a good look at the Dentists they employ. According to the office manager, this was not his first incident where unprofessional behavior has been displayed by this so called "Professional"!!!!!!!
