I went in to get fillings. It’s been a week I’m still in pain. Never had a problem with my teeth aching before this. The Dr. (Asian man) was in rush mode and I believe something went horribly wrong. After I was finish he just left never gave any instructions or tips, Its s huge inconvenience now I have to schedule another appointment.

PROFESSIONAL AND AWESOME! Louisiana Dental Center has exceeded my expectations. I was coming as a new patient and did not take long to fill out paperwork. I was quickly greeted by Megan, the hygienist, for xrays and a cleaning. Megan was professional and worked proficiently. I was then greeted by Dr. Nguyen for my exam where he informed me of what additional dental work needed to be done. Jaime quickly scheduled me for the following week since I was unable to have the work done right then and there. During my second appointment, Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain what was going to be done and put me to ease about the process. In no time, I was done! Dr. Nguyen was attentive to my needs and was very time efficient. Seeing Dr. Nguyen at Louisiana Dental Center was worth every dollar! Five Stars to them and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a terrible toothache over the weekend and scheduled an emergency appointment first thing Monday morning, and WOW the staff was amazing. We brought our six year old granddaughter in today for an extraction. This was her first visit to the dentist for this kind of procedure. Naturally, we were worried about how she was going to react to what was getting ready to happen to her. The two nurses did a fabulous job of talking her through what was going to happen along with sedating her. I want to thank everyone at the Louisiana Dental Center, Laplace for a job well done. No doubt you guys take your job seriously when it comes to treating little kids.

Had a wisdom tooth pulled. They were able to see me last minute due to the pain I was in. Dr. Nguyen and his assistant Jamie were patient and made sure I was calm and comfortable before pulling the tooth. Felt nothing at all while the tooth was being pulled. By far the best experience with dental work i've ever had.

Was welcomed by Megan the hygienist..she was very nice..as the procedure began she made me aware of every thing she was about to do..which made me at ease. I went in for a deep cleaning..but as she got close to the end she noticed .. something was not just right on my last tooth in the upper side? So she consulted with one of the dentist that was available at that time Dr Wen..(sorry if I miss spelled names) he took a look at ex Ray n confirmed that my wisdom tooth was up there pushing on that tooth! At my first consultation when the doctor explains all the work that needs to be done (after x-rays were taken.) Now up to this point 2 dentist has viewed my ex rays n determined that particular tooth needed a root canal ..n if one of the dentist would not have wanted a cleaning first( bc another tooth needed a crown) I would have gotten a root canal on a tooth that soon after would have need to be extracted..after spending all that money for a root canal..so there was a very happy ending to this situation due to a hygienist that went above n beyond her job description. Thank you Megan n Dr Wen, for having a good eye on things lol !!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Eveyone is always so pleasant!! The waiting period is short and making appointments are never a hassle. They even manage to schedule my 3 children on the same day to avoid me taking off of work consecutive days. The hygienists, as well as, dentists in the back are very patient and explain all procedures to you so that you understand what's going on every step of the way. Love this place!!!

When I first took my daughter to LA Dental Center in Laplace everyone was so nice. Upon leaving I decided I would go there too. I spoke with Melissa Terry concerning my insurance and she said she would call me. I did not get a call so I called her and give her my information AGAIN. Until this day, she has not gotten back with me and it now over 2 months. I purchased a partial from them. Dr. Pizzaloto told me what the cost would be and I paid before I left that office. 1st they could not find trays to fit my mouth. When they did find trays I was not notified they found some that would fit, his assistant made a mold of my bottom teeth, laying across my chest holding that tray in my mouth was VERY painful. I could not talk clearly so I pushed one of her hands away to relieve the pressure of that metal tray against my gum. She then wanted to make an impression of my top teeth. I told her "I'm not putting that in my mouth!" She left and the doctor and another lady came in. This lady told me this procedure does hurt. I told her I don't know where she been but this is not my first rodeo nor is this my second. THIS DO NOT HURT. Of course I don't like them at this point. The doctor told me they would call me when my partial come in which would take two weeks. After two weeks, I called them. The receptionist told me they would call me when it come in. I called them back two days shy of a month. This lady came on the phone and said, "I was on her list to call and she had been calling people all day." YEAH RIGHT to myself! I went in to get fitted. I asked the doctor to wash my partial before putting it in my mouth and he had attitude about washing my partial. Also, this doctor have a habit of putting his pot belly on your arm and shoulders when your lying down. I could feel where his private parts starts under his belly. I felt violated. I don't know if he is aware of this or is this one of his sick ways to treat himself. He told me to come back in ONE week to get my partial. Tomorrow will be TWO weeks and no one have given me a call yet. I JUST WISH I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL.

Dr Pizzaloto was also professional and a perfectionist in the service rendered. Although I had to make several unexpected visits, I really appreciated the desire not to complete the the service until everything was completely right. My first experience at Louisiana Dental Center was great!. My hygienist was Ms. Megan Edwards. She was very caring, polite, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and gentle. She shared some tips with me about the continuing cleaning of my teeth and gum. She also gave me a goodie bag to bring home and ask me did I have any questions. She made sure that I was comfortable in the chair; and she also made sure all my questions was answered. She was amazing. She made me want to come back to the next visit. Today is Wednesday August 15th 2018. This is now my second visit to Louisiana Dental Center. I was personally introduced by Ms. Flor Nova. WOW! Another GREAT hygienist. She was very knowledgeable about her job, kind, patient, thorough, gentle, and very respectful of my time. She made sure that I was very comfortable in the chair; she asked if I wanted to watch l felt very speacial during my visit. Ms. Flor is amazing as well. Horrible experience for my daughter! She had her wisdom teeth extracted on Saturday and felt everything! When she was brought out to the car she was almost in hysterics. She sobbed all the way home! She told them she could feel everything and all they did was give her a shot and went right back to cutting. She remembers the entire procedure that I paid for IV sedation which should have left her unable to remember anything! She continues to be traumatized by the event, so much so that the thought of having to go back to their office for anything provokes severe anxiety! She heard comments from staff who were in a hurry to leave to go get their crawfish! Unbelievable!

Love Louisiana dental! Friendly excellent staff members, the dentist are amazing and caring to your needs! I've had multiple problems with feelings in my two front teeth and have needed crowns for a while and my old dentist just wanted to continue re fiing the tooth just delaying the problem, dr Nguyen is very sensitive and makes sure you don't hurt while having work done. He did a great job on my crowns they match up great and came in in like a week! My husband sees dr pizzalotto who he loves there not only are the dentist great their hygienist and employees are very knowledge and helpful. They'll help you understand your insurance plans also and work with you to make sure everything is taken care of and that you spend as little as possible out of pocket!! Def would recommend them!

My experience with Louisiana Dental was very positive. The receptionist was patient, professional, and knowledgeable. The wait time was only about 20 minutes and I was a walkin. The dentist and his assistant were kind, patient, and professional. I have a serious problem, and the dentist was able to resolve it. I felt no pain. They did everything to make me unafraid and comfortable. It was a grat experience!!!

The staff was horrible. They are always rude and they don’t try to help at all. I had 10 people come after me and go before me. I went to ask the lady and then she had a stank attitude about it. I would recommend NEVER coming here EVER. It is the worst experience. I should have never left Docter Rothel in Kenner.

I was seen at my appointment time. The doctor did an assessment of what I needed. The office staff checked with my dental insurance on what would be covered. The doctor presented me with several options and costs of each, then made a recommendation of what he thought would be my best option, (which happened to be the most cost effective).

The service was great. The dentist was terrible! I went in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed two fillings. Keep in mind the my teeth are perfect, and I’m not experiencing any sensitivity or pain. I went back two weeks later for two fillings ( yes I’m obsessed with my teeth). Well a day after getting the filling I was in severe pain. I went back the next day for what they called an adjustment which includes filling the teeth. And he even filed a tooth that was not recently filled, a tooth with no issues. At this point I’m taking ibuprofen around the clock. I was still in severe pain the following day so I went back to the dentist again. He filed my teeth for the second time and sent me on my way! I waited a week and my mouth was still hurting! So, I went back. The dentist told me I had two options. Get it pulled or A root canal. I found this to be unethical. Granted this is the same teeth you filled a week ago. What’s the use of taking ex-rays if your not using them to properly diagnose and treat??? I’m never going back there! It’s been three weeks now and my mouth still hurt. So, yes I’m going to notify the Louisiana State Board is Denistry for neglect. Crazy right!!!
