I seen Dr Lee and assistant Quinn. And I went in to get a root canal and along with that I had an abcess. I was really scared going in and was in a lot of pain. They helped me through it and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I would totally recommend them they really care about helping you. And I thank them so much for helping me get through it! I went there today & the dentist had a very nasty attitude. He didnt want to answer any of my questions. He sent his assistant to come & tell me what he should have come to tell me. So when i told her to go get him he just was brushing me off. Then as i go back up front i hear him talking very disrespectful to the ladies who work in there for him. I also heard him say "just tell her what she will have to pay because i am not trying to be in here all day" as i looked around the secretaries looked scared. He is the little short Vietnamese looking guy. Plus he gave me this bogus price & refused to do what i came there for. Told me go find another doctor. So thats what i will do. And make sure everybody i know knows not to go there.

Had an emergency, they saw me the same day. Dr. Hanley helped get me out of pain that day and went back the next day when Dr. Hafford got me fixed up! The staff is extremely helpful, so nice, the dentists are down to earth, make you feel comfortable. I chose them because they were covered under my insurance and I am so glad I did! She took such good care of this issue for me specially while making impression thank you for your patience. I always hurt during and even days after my teeth get clean because my teeth are very close together. I have never had anyone ever was so gentle, so quick, and pain free as Ms. Lauren Breaux she gave me a 10 ⭐️ service. Dr. was so wonderful as well answered all my questions, and put me at ease ! visited this dental office to see if they would honor the “we’ll see you today” motto. so i went in ! it took a while but they did see me that same day. taking in consideration that i didn’t have an appointment and the waiting room was already full i was surprised to see that they actually saw me that same day!!! staff was completely friendly and helpful. the nurse was playing relaxing music and checked on me a lot! the cost was half of what another office told me! i highly recommended and will return

Louisiana Dental Center contacted me to scheduled my annual cleaning. They said my insurance would not cover this until a cretin date in January, so we set it up a little over a month in advance. I show up for my appointment, first thing this morning, and they tell me that they dropped my insurance. When I asked why I wasn't contacted about this before hand, they simply said it was and oversight and gave a half-hearted apology. I can not believe how unprofessionally the staff handled this situation. It will take weeks to get a new dentist to have a consultation with me, then more time to schedule a cleaning. I am so disappointed in how the staff handled this situation and how I was treated. I can not recommend this place to anyone.

(Super easy, my 11 year old did it for me) I was in so much pain, after brief paperwork I was escorted into an exam room 20 minutes ahead of my appointment. Very happy with the service from the receptionist to the dentist. I went into Louisiana Dental in pain from my jaw, exhausted from going back and forth with another dentist office and actually shed a few tears whilst talking to the dentist because I was so frustrated. The dental assistant and dentist were both very kind and understood my frustration. They ended up removing my top wisdom teeth that same visit and everything went wonderful. I actually have another app with them I October and I know everything will go smoothly.

Love this place! The atmosphere and facility are amazing. My appointment was made for 9, and I arrived for 8:15 to make sure I had enough time to complete all my "first time" paperwork. I was called to the back shortly after my 9:00 appointment time. The staff is amazing, and answered all of my questions I didn't even think to ask! Everyone was welcoming and wished a fond farewell. The facility is beautiful and clean. I honestly thought I'd never say this, but I cannot wait to go back to this dentist!

I have severe anxiety everyday but when it comes to going to the dentist it gets worse. However they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The assistant kept asking me if I was okay and explained everything she was doing before she did it. The doctor was also awesome and very attentive to my needs. He laid out all my options and allowed me to choose my treatment. Also I’m on a budget and was going to have one thing done here and one at another place bc of price difference. But the doctor agreed to do what I needed for the lower price so I wouldn’t have to go back and forth. Everyone was super nice and seemed genuinely concerned to help me and even went out of their way with my insurance to make sure everything I need in my furture visits will be covered. I will tell anyone who will listen how wonderful this place is. After years of needing dentures they are finally making it happen for me and I’m forever grateful to them.

About ten years ago, I started taking my grandkids to the Louisiana Dental Center in Boutte. The staff was so friendly and compassionate that I decided to make an appointment for myself and have been going ever since. The staff at the Houma Center are just as nice and helpful! I made my appointment online thinking that they would honor the time slot that they created. I feel like I was left to suffer because I elected to pay cash. I feel discriminated against because of having no insurance.

Amazing experience. Dr Nguyen and his excellent staff took such good care of me. After having a bad experience as an adolescent with a dentist, I was scared to seek dental care. Only when I could no longer ignore the pain did I force myself to go. I went on the recommendation of a colleague to see Dr. Quynh Nguyen, and I could not have been any happier. He explained everything thoroughly, and more importantly made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I thought root canals were supposed to be torture but he made it seem like it was nothing. His staff also kept me calm while at the same time helping expedite every step with the doctor. I am now a lifetime patient.
