I just went in to their Hammond office to find they could not access my insurance. This was a great disappointment since I scheduled my day around the appointment. They also told me of a balance I have on their account from 2009. At the time I did have a couple of teeth pulled although I paid all that the insurance did not. The only exception may have been when one of their doctors spontaneously cut my gums, to my shock, while I was in the chair, saying he would make this extraction easy and painless. I had no idea that he was preforming surgery to my gums. The insurance rejected a surgical procedure without their prior approval, that I had not authorized. Even though the balance is not much, I did not give prior consent, and do not see any desire on the dentist behalf of compensation much less just an apology for the stress it created. I had forgotten all this until their reminder today. I had wanted to do many procedures with them in the future. Outside of that incident I had been generally satisfied with the office.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Williams and her assistant Shannon. They listened to my concerns and made sure that they only did what was necessary. They took their time and did not rush through the process. And it was extremely affordable! I would highly recommend them!

On my first visit I was asked "politely" if my three cavities were the result of drug use, on my second visit to have my wisdom teeth removed I was told that my insurance did not cover general anesthesia and I would have to use localized instead. Understandable. I asked to recieve general and offered to pay for it in full and was told they did not provide it yet the patient next to me was having the same procedure done and recieved general anesthesia. The dentist did not wait for the numbing to take affect and I had three molar ripped and broken out in 5 minutes flat. Will NOT be returning.

I got my braces from here, spent so much money only for him to take off my braces even though the teeth i was most selfconcious about (also the most crooked and out of place) before they were straight. He didn’t put a permanent retainer on either which i expected him to considering how messed up my teeth were before. I also went for a cleaning a few months back and the lady stuck a drill between my teeth and blood literally went all over my face and hers. it was not s good experience and i was in a LOT of pain, i told her what she was doing hurt and seemed to ignore when i said that.

I had broken a tooth at a restaurant and knew I immediately I had to get to a dentist. I looked up this establishment online and saw that they accepted walkins. I got there, had to wait awhile and then saw a Dr. He was great!!! Dr Grant fixed me right up and I had a temporary crown within 2 hours. Go back in 3 weeks for my permanent. Great dentist and great assistant. Would highly recommend!

This was by far the best dentist visit I have ever been to. I’m not a fan of the dentist at all. Dr. Aguilar & the dental assistant Kacey were so pleasant. They talked me through the whole process and made sure i was comfortable. I got 2 wisdom teeth pulled. I would definitely recommend him!!!

LA Dental Center in Hammond offers absolutely the best dentist services I have ever had. I had an emergency with one of my teeth, and didn't know where to go. My neighbor told me about Dr. Graff, and Lindsey was able to get me right in and resolve my problems. Everyone there, from the receptionist, to the techs, to the lab guy, to the dentists are great!!! I am in a wheelchair, and they always make sure ALL my needs are met. The cost is so reasonable, and they give you a treatment plan so there are no surprises. I am a big 'scardey cat' when it comes to dentistry, and they really live their motto, "We cater to cowards." If you are looking for a dental office that truly cares about the 'whole' person, you need look no further than LA Dental Services. They take such great care of you that you don't mind coming back! They do everything they can to make sure your experience there is the best it can be. I have already recommened the center to my son and my mother. I went there because a neighbor of mine told me how great they were. And I'm so glad I took her advice! So I would be willing to recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist! You won't be sorry you went there!

They herd everyone in and out like cattle. They do not listen properly to their patients concerns. They also want to pull your teeth instead of saving them or giving you information on saving them. I’ve had 3 horrible experiences back to back with 3 different dentists! If you want a better experience and please go to Beautiful Smiles General Dentistry!

I went to LDC a couple days ago in excruciating pain. I was drawn to LDC because I had heard they received walk-ins. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out (minus 2 teeth) with a couple hours. I experienced no pain during the procedure and a couple days later my mouth is healing very well. I am thankful for a dental center who welcomes walk-ins.

I have always been afraid of seeing the dentist. Seeing a dentist literally sends me into panic mode. Due to this anxiety, I’ve only seen a dentist when pain makes my visits urgent. I’d visited an LDC in Metairie but felt that my severe anxiety wasn’t addressed nor understood. Then came the referral of Dr. Graff by my closet friends. He was absolutely amazing! Dr. Graff not only listened, he catered to my anxiety and made me feel safe IN A DENTAL CHAIR! From the reception area to the exam room, and all offices in between, LDC Hammond is a step above the rest!! I’m a nurse, so I recognize great care. And Great dental care is what I receive at LDC!

Best dental place around and I have no plans of going anywhere else. Made that mistake once and definitely regretted it. Not only do they handle my dental work but my wife and kids as well. This place is a rip off. They wanted to schedule me for 12 visits and charge $980 for top dentures that don't look NEAR as good as the bottom dentures that I paid $250 for, and those only took 2 visits. It was gonna be a total of $3,500 to $4,000.They don't care about what you want or need. They do their best drilling in your wallet. I'm going back to MY dentist!

LDC is the best!! My hygienist Lynn keeps my teeth squeaky clean. Dr. Graff is always professional and personable. Even my tooth extraction was a painless experience. I also see Dr. Henry in ortho. He always welcomes me with a smile and asks how I've been. I'm amazed at how quickly my teeth are getting straighter. Everyone there is so friendly and they make me feel like a part of the family.

Kate (Hygienist) and Dr. Graff are EXCELLENT! Terrific Customer Service from the WHOLE staff! Lynn (Hygienist) helped coordinate initial appointment and they have all been spectacular to work with. Fast, friendly service every time I or my family needs dental care - 6-month routine check-ups to oral procedures. They even took care of me in an emergency situation after a car accident left me with a chipped front tooth. I just can't say enough about this awesome TEAM!

I have been coming to the Louisiana Dental Center for atleast 4 years and they are wonderful. Dr. Canning is the BEST!!!!!!!! I was afraid to remove all my wisdom teeth at one time so Dr. Canning removed them 1 by 1. I experienced not pain during or after, no swelling, no dry socket and was all healed up within 2 weeks. I would recommend this dental center to everyone.

Lets see my husband goes here & they pulled 3 of the wrong teeth & then tried to charge him 350$ for pulling 3 teeth that they were not even supposed to pull in the first place most horrible place on earth would not let them touch me with a 10 foot pole & another friend had the same problem( Sharon deBoisblanc) with this dentist they care about nothing but money & over charge for work they don't even do terrible terrible

This was my 1st visit to the Hammond, Louisiana Dental Center. From the beginning, the staff at the reception desk made me feel more like a welcome guest than a patient. My x-rays were cheerfully taken by dental technician, Tai, and my oral exam was given by dental hygienist, Kisha. Both were very personable and professional. Dr. Graff, then carefully and patiently explained to me the results of his observations along with the information from my x-rays and oral exam, and his suggestions for future care. Refreshingly, Dr. Graff did not try to “pressure” me into having any optional dental work performed. Even though there were opportunities to do so. I left the office in relief, feeling that I have found a dental healthcare group that will provide me with an ongoing satisfying and pleasurable dental healthcare experience. Highly recommended!
