I broke a tooth and needed help ASAP...my regular dentist was booked solid and I was recommend to call here...the ladies at the desk got me scheduled for squeezed in and got me fixed up real quick!

I love Dr. Caroline and the entire staff at Lamendola Dentistry. The office is extremely nice and everyone in there is so great from the receptionist to the hygienist to the doctors. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby every time I have been there. Awesome customer service!!!

They took me in on short notice and took care of me like I was family. Never been treated so delicately and carefully by a dentist. They actually care bout you.

The staff from the front to the back is so professional and kind. He could tell I was really nervous about being there and he took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable and ok . I will definetely go back there and would highly recommend Lamendola Dentistry to anyone needing a dentist.

I went for my first appointment on 5.31.16 and was more than satisfied with the service I received. From the front desk personnel to the assistants I came in contact with and so forth. They were all polite and very patient focused. I have had some issues with stomach problems for a few years which has caused some damage to some of my teeth from not being able to keep much down so I am very self conscious when it comes to my teeth. They made me feel so comfortable and answered any questions or concerns I had. They are very thorough with their treatment plan and treat the patient as a patient and not just another number. They treated me like they have known me for years and I can truly say I have never received better service anywhere else that I have been. I highly recommend Lamendola Dentistry!

I will never go anywhere else for dental work!! This place is AWESOME!! They’re not the cheapest but I promise you it is worth the extra few bucks for the experience. Dr. Dinn and Devin took care of my root canal this morning and it could not have gone better. They gave me a blanket, a heated neck pillow and a heated eye mask. As someone who is truly terrified of the dentist, I cannot speak higher about this office. Thank you to all the other lovely ladies whose names I didn’t get. You’re all awesome!

Very kind knowledgable staff- accommodating and swift. I did not have to wait once I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Lamendola and Dr. Black were professional and honest. My favorite example- I thought my issues were more severe but they were able to come up with a solution that saved my tooth and saved me money. No expensive invasive procedure. I would recommend the dentistry above any other dentistry I have visited. In fact, I am willing to drive from NOLA to visit. I used to live in BR and work not far from them. I still make the road trip.

My last visit was with Dr. Whiteside and I've just never clicked with her and prefer Dr. Lamendola but I needed a Saturday appointment and she was the only one available so I took it. Everything was fine until she put me in an awkward spot telling me multiple times but telling me she knows I prefer Dr. Lamendola and spoke of monitoring my progress with him". As a client, all I need to hear is we will continue to monitor your progress, I don't need to hear about her ego being hurt because I prefer someone else. I then went on to tell her that I finally had my deep scale cleaning done and she asked if I was nice to Linda which I was, I like Linda. Once again, not appropriate after being told I prefer someone else. She then commented on how I wasn't nice enough to her, and all of this in front of her assistant. I was embarrassed and felt very awkward. I hadn't been rude to Whiteside, I just didn't click with her. Being professional at your job should be a priority, not an option. I will not ever see her again.

I am so disappointed with the service, I needed a filling but they told me I needed a root canal $400 +, ok I am trusting the dentist,... I told Dr Lamendola that I was going to texas & wanted tooth fix before I leave ....and got it done but now I am having problems with the tooth, and guess what, No compensation. He will fix it if I come to Baton Rouge.......I'll count this as a lost, it is what it is.

Take your appointment time and 45 minutes and that's when you'll be seen. I once waited so long I fell asleep and they told my father I was on drugs, nope I was just tired of waiting on yall to finally see me. Everytime I go into for an appointment I just get madder. The final draw for me was going into my appointment on time and have five people walk in 15 minutes after you, and they all got seen before me. I once waited 1h 30 min. in the waiting room got fed up and left, then they had the audacity to change me $40 for "not showing up," I did show up, tall just decided to not see me. This place is the worst, beautiful waiting room, probably because that's the only part you'll see.

The staff is very nice and they go out there way to take care of you. I called with teeth problems and they worked me right in. I was not even there patient. Now they have me permanently. My husband will not go anywhere else. He said there attitude was the best and felt at ease. Great place.
