Dr Dyer was absolutely awesome!! I was nervous about the process of having a root canal, but her assistant Jessica came in and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Save your money and time this place is a rip off! They charged me triple on what other dentist offices would charge. I was referred to them by my dental plan and after showing them my information they were going back and forth between do they work with it or not. At the end they directed me to the dentist's cabinet with the final conclusion that they will take my plan. Afterwards when I saw my bill that wasn't the case they said that actually just because I was already there they've decided to give me 20% off what is still too high for the minimal procedures they did( visit + x-ray $231) When I asked for comprehensive information they refused to give me any explanation and annoyed rolled their eyes on me. Rude and extremely unprofessional staff with zero customer service!

Went in for teeth cleaning. Their system is that of a automobile shop. They demand you get an ex ray. Then they give you an estimate for thousands of dollars of work that you don't need. Show you a financing plan to get it all done. But refuse to do the job that I hired them to do. And force meto pay for the ex rays that I didn't want. Wasted my day stole my money.

Would NOT recommend this place. I went here to get a cavity filled a while ago but I feel like my experience should be herd and these people should know the long term damage they have caused me. Cavity filling, simple process right? WRONG! The Asian doctor didn’t numb me fully and I started to FEEL him DRILLING in my mouth. It was the absolute worst pain I have ever felt it hurt so so bad. I asked him to stop but he didn’t stop!! Finally I guess I yelled enough that h gave me another shot and I didn’t feel it anymore. To this day my cavity was not filled right and is like falling apart which is nothing that I have ever experienced with any of my other fillings. The tooth still hurts to this day and reacts to cold/hot things due to the improper job he did. Again I would NOT suggest this place if you want a decent dental job done on anything besides a cleaning.

Two years ago, I visited Lakeside Dental Care. Front desk staff mistook my old insurance company as current one and sent lots of letters to thread me to close my account and hire a lawyer. Six months ago, I visited it again. I got lots of letters from them for adjustments or insurance pending. It was OK and I would pay what I needed. I have excellent credit. However, recently less three weeks, I got another three letters for another adjustment and threaded me again for closing my account and hiring lawyer. I paid it. I did not know why they did not friendly at all. If any adjustment, I did need time to make sure. If they made any mistake, they should have fixed and communicated with me. What was kind services they did ???

Dr. Samir Hamdan is a great dentist he did dental work for my wife and her dentures, his work is fantastic a work of art. Her dentures are perfect people can't get over how natural they look my wife is over joyed and happy beyond belief. We highly recommend Dr. Hamdan if you want quality and perfection then he's the man. His dental staff is kind and attentive they truly care about their patients during and after dental work. If you need to contact them for any reason they are always available.

Look if you’re reading this, go see Dr. Dyer & her dental assistant, Jessica. Going to the dentist isn’t usually pleasant — but the worst part about the visit with them is being numb once you leave. Dr. Dyer is knowledgeable — she explains things medically and then in non-medical terms so you truly understand what’s going on. The way she numbs you is painless — having an eyebrow plucked is more unpleasant. Also important — she respects your time! I’ve had 3 appointments, she was on time for each, and didn’t faff around — you’re in and out as quick as possible. 11/10 recommend Dr. Dyer & Jessica.

Because of tooth pain and concerns of possibly worsening conditions, I called the offices of Lakeside Dental to move up an appointment I had scheduled days before. I was scheduled a new time and date that shaved approx. a week off my wait time. Problem being, when I showed up for the appointment, I was told I was scheduled for the original date. Apparently no one bothered to note the change. Furthermore, I had changed around my time and other commitments to accommodate that appointment, and here I was sitting in an empty waiting room being told the doctor couldn't see me then. I've decided to see another dentist. Fact is, I probably had extensive dental work that needed done, certainly a root canal at least. So someone's incompetence lost them not only me as a patient, but my wife as well.

Jessica, the dental assistant, really went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable. She even followed up with my General Dentist to make sure I had the proper care and explained the impending procedure to their staff. I had problems with my bite and she patiently assisted me with all of my x-rays. Dr. Dyer has a phenomenal bedside manner. She is beyond knowledgeable and she explains everything, particularly "the why," before proceeding. I will make Lakeside Dental my must have spot for advanced dental care.

Yeah I'm a big guy, and yes I run into burning buildings for a living, but im a big wuss when it comes to sharp objects being put into my mouth. Dr. Dyer put up with my wired sense of humor and my apprehensions. She explained everything in great detail, sometimes too much (sis I didn't want to know about the oil charge). She also made sure I was completely comfortable with what was happening. I highly recommend and will return (and not just because I have to complete the second part of this procedure). Go see Dr. Regine Dyer for all your endodontic needs, she'll take care of you.

Went to Lakeside Dental for a procedure, my 4th or 5th time going, and I asked them to bill me. I was told for the first time that they don’t do billing through the mail and that I had to pay cash on site. I paid and did not go back due to the “new procedure” of having to pay at time of appointment. They then decided to send me an outrageous bill through the mail for a missed appointment. Their customer service has declined tremendously since I became a customer and I don’t recommend their services because of it.
