I have used many dentists over the years and so far thia is the best dentist and staff I have evwr peraonally been seen by!! I have an emergency, they squeezed me in that day. They treated me as if I was the o ly patient for that day, even though they did have a lot of people in thier! This has been the same experience every time Ive gone in there!! Even for the cleaning I just had!! I highly recommend this wonderful dentist!!

Lakeshore is a great dentist office to go to! Everything is very clean (you’d think that would be a given for a medical facility, but sadly that’s not always the case!) and has a great atmosphere. Dr. Reine had a new product waiting for me that kept me comfortable without injections. I am a dental hygienist and super picky about my dental care. I made an appointment and was asked what type of insurance i had and i told them to the letter about my insurance and asked if they accepted it. They said yes we do, and i made an appointment. I show up today for said appointment and show my insurance card and she said that they do not take that form of insurance. I said on the initial call they said they did, and now they don't. I even went into detail about what i had so there could have been no misinterpretation. New patients beware.

My family has been going to see Dr. Reine and Dr. Ring for the past several years. They have level of professionalism that is unsurpassed, makes sure your comfort and needs are their first priority, and are on a personal level making us all feel like family every time we walk in. I had a front tooth that I severely damaged as a child that I had issues with it looking dead and hollow, with no options from the office that had initially repaired it, but after my first appointment questioning Dr. Ring what could be done as I could only think of veneers, he explained to me a less expensive option of rejuvenating the color in tooth and blending it to match the others. I highly suggest checking the team at Lakeshore Family Dentistry out for yourself.

I generally have enjoyed good dental health, and Dr. Kristie Reine, Dr. Eddie Ring, and the staff help keep my teeth in "proper working order." Everybody on staff is professional and friendly and I'm always at ease during my visits to the state of the art office. Dr.'s Reine and Ring are competent, prompt, efficient, and listen when I have a dental issue that needs attention. I had a recurring problem with a filling that another dentist did for me many years ago, and Dr. Ring has since re-done that filling, along with a few others, and I've had no problems since. My routine cleanings and check-ups are performed expertly by my long-time dental hygienist, who personifies friendly service and professionalism. I fully recommend this office to all my loved ones.

The Dentist(s) and staff continue to be kind, courteous and professional. It is always a warm and comfortable experience to go here. I came in this time because I was in pain caused by a old filling (the filling was done by another dentist a long time ago). Not only was the filling taken care of, but other needed work was done as well. Normally a dentist would only take care of the problem you came in for. Dr. Ring looks at everything and any issues found is taken care of right then. Saves me a return visit. Thus, I highly recommend Lakeshore Family Dentist.
