Absolutely love Lafayette Pediatric Dentistry and Dr.Keaty was really wonderful he explained everything to us that was gonna take place during our son's surgery and was opened to answer any questions we may have had and said if we had forgot to ask him something before the surgery just to tell the nurse and he would come back to answer our questions. He took great care of our 4 year old little boy and Park Place Surgical Hospital where the surgery was done was extremely nice and very helpful also. From registering him into the hospital to every nurse we met and the anesthesiologist they were all very nice and had lots of patience with him which is a big plus

This place is AMAZING!!! All these wonderful reviews are completely accurate!!! They were so sweet to my child with a 22q Deletion and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They didn't pressure her into anything and let me make decisions on her care. They were very helpful in explaining upcoming procedures and they made us all so comfortable. I live in Lake Charles and i would make the trip 1,000 times because their care was so amazing. Thank you so much for accepting us as a new patient!!!

My children and I love everyone in this office. I have an autistic child and every dentist he saw would have to medicate him to do anything including xrays and cleanings. This was the only dentist that from the very first day he entered the office had his teeth cleaned, xrays, and teeth sealed without a drop of medication. A year ago on Christmas Day when Emerson knocked her front teeth out, Dr. Anita answered the call and immediately arranged for us to head over to be seen! Emerson was met at the door by Dr. Keaty with a tiara and new toy to help calm her down! (Y’all, his grandkids were at his house opening presents and he came to help us!) Such a crazy experience and they made it sweet all while patching her up!!! I’m forever grateful!

SO GREAT WITH MY 18 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER! She was scared and always fights me to brush her teeth, but the staff her were gentle with my daughter and even let her run around to play so she would stop crying. I will certainly continue bringing my child to this clinic for years to come. Dr. Gouri was very pleasant and Angelique, her dental assistant was extremely knowledgeable. I'm pretty sure my one year old was not ready to leave with all of the fun things there are for the children to play with. There are interactive toys everywhere and they even have headphones and TV's on the ceiling for the older kids as they receive their treatments. Pediatric dentistry has definitely come a long way since I was a child and my husband and I were both very impressed! To top it all off my daughter's visit was complimentary since she is under three years old. A great surprise for us that was not expected with such a nice experience!

As soon as we walked in, the receptionist introduced herself and was just very polite! We waited about 15 minutes or so, but that didn’t matter because my kids had so much stuff to keep themselves occupied with like the kids table and hidden items on the wall of the swamp! When we got called back, every single person introduced themselves and made us feel welcome! Even the people that weren’t helping us, came up and started playing with my kids. Simply a very caring and calm place for dentistry for kids. My child would not open her mouth for quite a few dentist and she was already 8. Got an appt her and they scheduled a sleep induced appt to fix her teeth and it went swimmingly!! After that she took to the staff and were still there at age 14!!! I recommend this place fully!!! And I even got a Mothers Day present. Very pleased 10 star!!

Very rude and disrespectful all around and a horrible place. They have attitudes and take your child in other rooms and don't want you to go with them. The doctor is just as rude. The chairs are in one big room side by side there is no privacy. We will never go back and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Very dissatisfied. The office staff is very unfriendly, rude and abrupt. Our experience with the hygentists was tolerable. However, when we went to check out the lady at checkout said that will be $218 dollars. I said "with insurance"? And she said yes, Dr. Keaty is not in network with our insurance or any other. The total bill was $615 dollars for two cleanings! So i'm sure they upcharge. When i asked the rude lady at checkout what it was for she said "mostly" x-rays and would not ellaborate. No matter who you are, $615 for two cleanings is insane. No offense, but I do not want to make up for the patients he accepts who are on not-private insurance. I will be contacting my insurance to see what unneeded charges were not covered, but will definitely never go back!
