I had quite a bit of work done there about two years ago and started having a severe toothache while on vacation a few days ago. when I went to a local dentist and they took x-rays of my teeth they found that three of the root canals I had done we're all done incorrectly and had infection. Definitely not happy

I'm an over the road truck driver. This morning I had a throbbing tooth ache and started looking for a dentist close to the truck stops in Hammond. This was the best place I called. I'm glad I went. Ultimately they were unable to perform the extraction I needed because of infection, but they were able to prescribe me some antibiotics and direct me to the nearest pharmacy. From the moment I walked in the wonderful staff at Hammond Dental Care were pleasant and helpful. Dr. White went out of his way to help me as much as he could. I give him and the staff not just 5 stars, but an endless supply of stars for their hardwork and dedication! If I'm ever in this area and need dental care again, I will DEFINITELY revisit Hammond Dental Care.

Today, I was a new patient in severe pain. I called and was scheduled immediately. Staff was extremely welcoming and personable. Although, Dr. Morgan was unable to extract my horizontally impacted wisdom tooth, she recommended me to a local surgeon and prescribed pain medication to last until my appointment with the surgeon. The whole staff was attentive and gave me the best customer service. I will definitely be making this clinic my go to and you should too!

Total rip off! Charged 800$+ to pull 2 teeth in may! Recently notified by my insurance they owe me a refund! It now has to be approved by corporate office and they refused to give me a number to call corporate myself! They wanted their money when work was done! Also got dry sockets and infections in both extraction sites! Will never use them again! They are more costly than any other dentist in area!! Probably would have never known I was due a refund if my insurance company hadn't notified me!!

Fantastic! Dr. Morgan is very personable and professional. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It’s been a few years since I’ve gone to the dentist and they didn’t scold me like another dentist at another office did. I have had lots of dental work done here and staff are usually friendly. The procedure's haven't been painful. I was flossing and one of my fillings came out. I scheduled a 3:00 appointment and left work early, which I told Dr and assistant how hard it is for me to get away from work to get work done. I was told warranty wouldn't cover it and my Insurance was no longer in their network. I agreed to pay cash for the filing. At 3:30 they brought me back and wanted to do an ex-ray and create a dental plan. I explained that I only wanted the filing done today. I also asked if Dr. Chelette could file down the filling next to the tooth I was having worked on because food was getting stuck underneath it and it made my tooth look stained. (She did both of the filings in question originally in 2017). She explained that she'd fix the tooth that filing came out of but that the filings on the other tooth were large and she needs to do a crown instead of fixing that one. I explained that my insurance was no longer in network and today I only wanted to do the filing. Dr Chelette spoke to assistant and asked her to ask the front to come up with a discount plan to do the crown with filing. Assistant came in at 4:15 and explained they were still working on those figures. I stated that Id like for Dr. Chelette to get started on the filing because I had to pick my child up soon. She then explained that NO work would be done today because they didn't have time. I expressed that I had a 3:00 appointment to have a filing done and I needed this filing before tooth started to hurt or get infected. She left and came back explaining that again they wouldn't do the filing today. I left at 4:20 extremely upset. I called shortly after asking for a phone number to Dr Davenport to complain about the treatment I had just been given, at this point I was denied number and told that it was my fault I didn't get service because i mentioned needing to pickup my daughter. I explained that I had time and could come back if Dr. Chelette could just fill the tooth. I was told to reschedule. Now I have no filling and I'm so afraid the tooth will get infected and I will be in pain. Do yourself a favor and find an office who is more worried about fixing your teeth, then how much money they can get out of you.

Exceedingly unprofessional. They assured me on the phone they did extractions and implants for an impacted tooth, and only upon completion of the extraction did they tell me they didn't do implants there, even though it's listed on their webpage, AND they assured me they did implants when I called. (assuredly because they knew if they told the truth, I'd find a different dentist, and they'd lose money) They added ridiculous charges and fees to a simple extraction, including $40 for a small tube of Sockit gel--totally unnecessary, and not requested. Furthermore, multiple times I requested my xrays--that i was charged for and I paid for, and 6 months later, not only do they not return my phone calls, but I still don't have my X-Rays. They're a dental mill assembly line, shoving as many people through as they can, and honesty and integrity is not on their list of prorities.

The front office always puts you at ease, Stacey, my hygienist is the friendliest person you'll ever meet, Dr Morgan completes each procedure with efficiency and no pain and Sommer was so talented with the new scan system for crowns!! The staff is wonderful, but I’ve consistently had issues with the work that was done. I’ve had a root canal and crown from them. The crown came out 3 times before they finally got it fitted correctly. Less than 2 years later, the crown came out again. This time, the tooth was so damaged that the crown can not be replaced. Now, that tooth has to be extracted and i also need fillings for the damaged both teeth on either side. Thousands of dollars and many hours spent over multiple visits, for nothing. I won’t be back.

If you like being talked down to in a condescending manner, Dr. Erin Rayburn is for you. The hours they keep are inconvenient for anyone that works 4 days a work week. The dental assistants and front of house staff are absolutely fantastic and friendly. I have had four different dentists in the past year because the dentists keep “leaving”. I have been consistently let down by my dentists. I’d consider changing your mission statement if you intend to continue employing Dr. Erin Rayburn, or at least give her a crash course in humility and being an actual “care”giver. Very disappointing
