Grand Family Dentistry was such a comforting and enjoyable experience from the time I checked in to the time I left. The entire staff was so friendly and the clinic was clean and had a great atmosphere. And my dental hygienist, Courtney McCauley was the best! I have had terrible cleaning experiences and she was so gentle; I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time! Dr. Paige was also great, he took the time to talk to me about my concerns and refer me to places he knew would help and take care of me.

She made sure I was comfortable and did I great job cleaning my teeth. Provide good conversation as well, the dentist must have been running behind schedule. I was a patient at my previous dentist for over 20 years. Naturally, I had “new practice” skepticism, when I scheduled my appointment at Grand Family Dentistry. Ultimately, Dr. Grand and his great staff won me over. Pros: Professional and diverse staff. The diverse background of the dental assistants results in unique chair side knowledge, deep experience, and great customer service. Technology. The practice stays on the forefront of dental technology. Beautiful and clean location. Dr. Grand. Dr. Grand makes sure his patients are comfortable before procedures. Communication. Dr. Grand and his staff patiently and thoroughly explained any updates or changes to my billing, treatment plan, etc. Cons: The prices for major dental work were higher than I expected. For example, Crowns, bridges, etc. But I’m not going to remove a star for that. Ultimately, I’m happy with the service and quality I receive for the price.

The Grand Family Dentistry experience truly starts when you walk through the door. The place is clean and organized. There's a positive vibe throughout the office that's upbeat and comforting. Dr Grand holds great conversation and explains in detail, all the work that he'll be doing to you to assure you're at ease. His team is phenomenal. Tara is relatively new there when I went but she is great. Her attention to detail throughout the time of my work was incredible. She's very personable and puts you at ease as well. Katelyn was the dental assistant, and it was pretty cool to see how motivated she was to get in there and do her job. She brings a fresh since of care and comfort for the patient to it all compared to your stereotypical "old man dentist office". Everyone there is like that really. They care about their patients and take pride in their jobs. Dr grand sets the tone of this office and his military background I believe attributes to the motivated staff he keeps around him. I've never been to another dentist office like this one. Thanks for everything Dr. Grand, Tara, and Katelyn.

Dr. Page and nurse Chateryne were very nice and skillful . They were highly professional, and very hard working people. I definitely recommend them for any of your dental needs. Two thumbs way up. Don't forget that Dr Grand is also best dentist around this town. They also have helpful dental plan that will save you money if you do not have dental insurance, or if it is big job. Just ask them!

However, Dr Grand, always has a remedy for me to help with my teeth. As always, he is very thorough on what to do to help every situation. He really takes his time and takes pride in his profession. Injured my tooth earlier this year, thought I had a minor chip and everything under control. 5 months later, bit down on a juicy turkey neck and bam, felt the bone mixed in split the injured pre-molar. No dental ins because up until earlier this year I had no dental issues. Google an emergency dentist with high 5 star rating. Called the morning after the incident, Dr. Grand was able to see me the same day at a reasonable cost. My appointment was for 10:30, I was out by 11. Lesson learned is to not wait until it gets that bad even if you do not think it's that bad. Luckily, he was able to save my tooth! Right now I have a temp filling, scheduled for a root canal and crown.

5 Star Comfort & A+ Professionalism find a home at Grand. Initial (pre-procedure) review, Grand Dentistry feels more like visiting your favorite aunt in the Hamptons, more than it does a dentist's office. This is of course a good thing. Availability far faster than other local dentists was an instant plus, combined with the staff, which is about as well trained and well mannered as I've encountered. The music, as well as the decor and intentionally visible certifications for doctors & staff are a great touch. It's been a while since I've been to the dentist (because the experience is not usually enjoyable, and I get anxious). When I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile. From the moment I walked through the door to start my journey and end, an employee was with me the every step of the way! I struggled so hard with the x-ray portion, and the technician doing the x-ray was so calm, patient, and kind! When it came time for the hygienist to clean my teeth, she was so friendly and gentle. Ask for COURTNEY!!!!! Literally the touch of an angel! This experience was the best I've ever had at a dentist office. Very helpful, sweet and helped ease anxiety. Even though I didn’t have work done, dentist visits are very nerve racking! I would recommend this office to anyone!!! Walking in Grand Family Dentistry my first impression was that this Place is Gorgeous really don’t look like a Dentist Office. The first person I met was Katherine (Receptionist) she is so sweet, kind and have a beautiful personality. I was getting ready to cancel my Mother’s appointment cause I did not have her Wheelchair and Katherine save the day by saying we have a Wheelchair I was so pleased I did not have to Cancel her Appointment. After going to the back one of the Staff member offer my Mother a Blanket cause she seemed Cold, then Dr. Brad Grand came and introduce his self gave me a little History of his background I was just blown away No Dr. ever done that before that’s showed me the type of person he is Kind, Compassionate just the sweetest Man you could ever want to meet. The staff from walking in front door to leaving was excellent. The hygienist was so informative& the whole time explained everything she was doing. The Doctor was so kind & went over everything with me & past concerns. I have many allergies & he was going to look into other products to make sure when I return it will all be safe. Dr. Grand and his staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were thourough when explaining what was being done during my exam and why. I love the Grand Family Dentistry office. Walking in I was greeted by Hannah at the front desk. She was so friendly and welcoming and informed me of my dental benefits for the visit. From there, Victoria walked me to the back and got me settled in comfortably. After finding out what my problem was she numbed the area of my pain so that I could comfortably take X-rays, which was beyond considerate. Once done Dr. Paige quickly entered the exam room. He joked with me and my husband and made us feel comfortable. He has the most calming ability. He explained the treatment plan very thoroughly and reassured me that I would have little to no pain. Overall, my experience at Grand Dental was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of dental services. They will have my business forever!
