This Dentist office is quick to draw up a quote and sell you extra things you really don't need such as Fluoride Treatments and Sealants. I had my teeth Cleaned on 2/28/2018 the dentist came in and told me I needed three "Cavities" Drilled and Filled. I go to the dentist every six months for cleanings and have never had a cavity before. So I said something cannot be right with this so I went to my old dentist an hour away I had three chipped sealants that have been on my teeth for thirty years and the chips were stained. I will never return to this dentist. Patient Beware.

Everyone from Dawn who is #1, to Brooke who walked me through doing this review, to the front desk and check out desk, to everyone in the back cleaning us up. You all are so personable and awesome!! Came here in Dec 2018. Andrew Voelkel wanted to drill on about 12 of my teenagers teeth. The bill would be $1,750.00 for all the work. Went to another local dentist yesterday. They said only 3 teeth require fillings and the cavities are small. This dentist says total work will cost $288. I guess Covington Dental needed me to pay their rent for the month. I won't be back.

I came to this dentist office years ago and found nothing but satisfaction . But todaywas the greatest satisfaction when the office manager Dawn did everythin5she could to help me with my crown, and Brooke up front did an excellent job checking me out! Those 2 girls were amazing today, as the entire office is wonderful! I highly recommend this office!!

If I could give this dental care place a -5 stars I would they were trying to force me into unrequired procedures they would not clean my teeth said I had to have a deep cleaning said I had a broken cracked tooth and I cavity to which neither do I have nor did I need a deep cleaning they’re only trying to make money at our expense do not use this place

I have high anxiety about going to the dentist. Matter of fact, I used the same dentist, until now, for 32 years. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating to all of my needs. I will be having some complex work done in a week. Although I'm still going to have anxiety, they have sedation options which I've never be offered until now. That has really helped to ease my dental anxiety! I definitely recommend Covington Dental Care.

Don’t do it!! These guys will overcharge you, add unnecessary procedures, and do not back up their own work. I got a crown from them, then a year later they told me it hadn’t been sealed properly. Guess what, full charge to replace their own shoddy work. Switched to another provider that day.

I recently went in to have an annual cleaning/checkup. I was asked if I had insurance to which I answered no. I was quoted about $550 for cleaning and required annual xrays. I was astounded. I was then offered to buy into their own insurance plan for about $100/year, which would reduce the cost to about $370. I refused and was asked to wait so that they could see if there was something else they could do. I walked out. I came for dental care, not to buy a used car. SMH
