There's no way I will be able to describe the outstanding service and atmosphere of this incredible place through this review, but I'm going to try. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed. The receptionist (she probably has a way more awesome title) got up out of the chair and shook our hands! What!?!?!?!? That's right, got up and welcomed us with a gift bag and was ready to assist in any way possible. Back Story: I had a wisdom tooth that was being rebellious and rude to say the least. It started on a Friday night of course, knowing there wouldn't be a dentist open until Monday. I endured through the weekend and made an appointment first thing Monday morning. I got in to see my regular dentist, and was referred to an oral surgeon for the procedure. I couldn't get an appointment with them until Wednesday. Thinking that was the only option, I waited. Finally got an appointment late Wednesday afternoon. And was scheduled for the P&A (pull and abandonment) of this unruly, menopausal hot/cold/hot/cold deviate first thing Thursday morning. Yep, and it would only cost me around A THOUSAND FREAKING DOLLARS!!!! Oh yes, that is with insurance my friends. Ha, no thanks! So upon some phone calls to loved ones (yes complaining) they recommended I try Clement Family Dentistry, "I think they pull wisdom teeth" I was told. All the while trying to figure out when dentists stop pulling teeth. So I call them first thing Thursday morning, and I've got an appointment that morning. Alright, now you're caught up and we're going right into post awesome welcoming by the "receptionist." Not a long wait at all, and I'm in the back being taken care of by a very thorough and thoughtful employee. I provide a play by play of the issue at hand, and she conducts a thorough evaluation for review. I'm then taken to a very nice office for a review of the procedure, expectations, and instructions for when I return. Before I know it, we've got an appointment later THAT DAY to P&A this dude! I return at appointed time, and was greeted just as thoroughly as earlier in the day. And just like that, there was no more Mr. Bad Tooth. Did I mention it was a fraction of the cost quoted by the oral surgeon? Coming in at just under an 1/8th total cost of that quote. But wait, there's more!!!! It was fairly late when we said good riddance to this unhealthy chomper, I'd say 5:30ish. So I'm relaxing (bahahahaha) later that night and my phone rings. I don't know this number......... It's the man behind the mask himself who removed my tooth! THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY YANKED MR. BAD TOOTH CALLED TO MAKE SURE I WAS DOING OK, AND TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. That's right, not an automated service. Thank you for making it to this point, and I hope you find this review helpful. There's not many companies like this, and I'm truly thankful and impressed immensely by their practice. Needless to say I've switched dentists..... And where else do you get a view like this!?!?!?! Have a great day!

As usual, I had a wonderful experience, considering it was a dental appointment. The people are so friendly and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting the new doctor, Dr. Colburn, and hygienist, Hannah. Her tech was Sam. All of them were so cordial, and it sure makes it easy to relax. I surely recommend Clement's for all your dental needs. Today, 10/23/17, I can still attest to a pleasant experience. Chastity was my first hygienist when I came to Clement’s at the old location. It was nice to see her again and catch up on our lives! I can still highly recommend Clement’s for all your dental needs!

They went out of their way to help me be seen as soon as I called in. They explained everything in detail and went over the options available as well as the cost. They were able to work out an issue with my insurance and were able to get everything done in one visit. A very friendly and professional staff was on top of everything and I was not left in some back room waiting for 30 minutes to be seen like my previous dentist. I will be going back for all of my future dental work and would strongly recommend them to friends and family.

This dentist clinic is an absolute scam. I went in with a cracked tooth hoping to get it repaired. Instead I payed $200.00 for counseling for a $3000.00 bill and talking to a financial clerk. The cracked too was not fixed and the supposed dentist talked about a possible root canal without an signs and symptoms. I decided to go to another local dentist and I wound up paying 200.00 dollars and my tooth was fixed with no root canal. I would not recommend this dentist. Unless you want to pay for a 200.00 dollar sipy cup.

I can remember a time when I thought it was too much pain to even go to a dentist. I Been through many dentist in the past , but it was always Because I waited to the point that the tooth ache was more painful then going through the pain of a dentist . Well about 10 years ago I needed a new dentist so searched on line . Clement dentistry was on the top of that list . Long story short I go for regular check ups now because of the awesome staff and professionalism of Dr Drew Clement and Dr mike Luminals , I no longer have fear because of their gentle touch .i experience low to no pain . I had the worst dental experience ever with these people. One time they extracted a tooth and pushed a piece of my tooth into my sinus cavity which had to be surgically removed. Another time, one of the dentists raised his voice at me for requesting a different treatment than suggested. This time I had a tooth extracted and the dentist told me I wouldn't be in any pain. Well I was. I ended up woth terrible socket, jaw, ear, and head pain and he told me that I was having a migraine. Then the pain became worse and they refused to see me telling me to ride out the discomfort, which was actually severe pain. I think it's a dr socket and they won't see me to examine or treat me for it. I ended up having to go to the ER because I couldn't get help from them. I wouldn't recommend this dental practice to anyone, ever

Very friendly staff that cares for every need. For not having been to the dentist in a few years, they helped me get back on track. Abby was extremely gentle with the X-rays and polishing my teeth. Chasity was also very gentle with my cleaning! The hygienists and Dr. Mike explained everything in depth and took time to answer every question I had. I can not say enough great things about Clement Family Dentistry. First, the office is beautiful and comfortable. Everything is brand new and clean. I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and they called me back 2 minutes later. I didn't even have time to fill out the forms. The nurse who took care of me the whole time was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Clement took so much time to show me the xrays and images and explain exactly what I had and how he was going to fix it. All of the office staff were sweet and friendly. I honestly didn't even know doctor's offices could be this nice. It was like I was in a spa and I was treated like a king!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. I get extreme anxiety going to the dentist and after not going for a long time, I was especially afraid, but it was time. Even when scheduling my appointment, I could tell how caring, patient, and considerate the staff is. From the moment I walked in, I was so impressed. I was greeted with a new patient gift bag with legitimately awesome goodies inside and sat in the well-decorated and comfortable waiting area. When I was called back, the nurse shook my hand and introduced herself. From that point on, every part of my appointment showed sincere care and concern for my well being and comfort. Every aspect of what was going on was explained to me in detail (but not uncomfortably so). The cleaning was the best I've ever had, by far. Gentle and quick. Dr. Colburn was so kind, professional, and made me feel safe. One of my favorite parts of the appointment was check out. I was brought into a separate room where any additional questions were answered and we reviewed my chart to prepare for my next appointment. It was such a nice touch to finish with one-on-one conversation and yet another friendly face. I definitely do not see myself going to any other dentist, ever! Very professional & nice staff. Only downfall they quoted us a price then add services without making us aware price may increase. Overbooked my wife's appointment then on next visit added 500.00 of services that still wasn't finished from last visit. Then when I asked it took her 5 minutes to find a reason for the price change. We didn't appreciate a 500.00 bill without any prior notice.

I have been with Clement Family Dentistry for over 3 years now and I never thought I could love a dentist and dentist office but I surely do. Me and my 5 year old daughter see Dr. Mike Luminais and he is hands down the best dentist I have ever been with, he is phenomenal in his profession and his mannerisms. The staff at this office is extremely friendly and they are all always in a good mood. In all the years I have been with them I have never experienced even 1 rude worker, they all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

I went here about a year ago to get a tooth pulled but instead they decided that a root canal would be best because my tooth was worth saving..... Well here I am a year later with a toothache with the same tooth. Then they never put a crown on afterwards. I will never return to this place.
