DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Their primary concern is making a dollar with minimal care and concern towards their clients. After consultation with Dr. Lotten, he made it clear that I had two options, get my back molar pulled or having it crowned. Removing it was only about $200 but crowning it would be over $2,000 ($1,500 to the colleague he referred me to for the root canal plus and additional $800 for the crown itself to his office). At 30 something I knew the wise decision was to invest in the permanent option of crowning the tooth. Fast forward 17 months and at a business lunch meeting while eating Empanadas, a portion of the crown cracks off in my mouth. I contacted Dr. Lotten's office immediately and am informed that I need to pay $155 to be seen and may be responsible for additional funds to fix the crown. I could not believe that this $2,000+ procedure for a "permanent" fix was now going to cost me more money after only 17 months. I was also informed that the crown came with a 1 year limited warranty, when asked why I wasn't informed of that and not only could I not get an answer, the staff could not care less. Their answer: Pay us more money or shame on you.

I've been a client for more than 10 years and I've never had any issues with Dr. Lotten or his staff, my daughter is also a client. The staff is professional and receptive to suggestions (I have allergies and suggested they not burn candles or other fragrances) and it was discounted. I'll continue to support Dr. Lotten and will also continue to refer friends and family.

Dr. Lotten was very unprofessional. I will not be going back. Doesn’t communicate well at all. He told me I had to end up getting my molar extracted but didn’t explain enough information as to why and how the tooth was going to be removed, I had to keep asking the assistant questions. He comes back to the room with a 6 inch needle and was about to put it in my mouth without any type of warning at all and when I reacted and said to hold on he had an attitude. His only consern is the money. He was just rushing to get me out. The staff was the opposite but I would give the doctor 0 stars if I could.
