My first visit with Dr. Ardoin and his staff was awesome.

I just had a tooth extracted by Dr. Ardoin. This was the first time going to his practice, as I’m originally from Florida and just moved here. And let me just say this, I’ve had issues with the anesthesia all my life. I’m allergic to the regular kind that dentists use with the epinephrine. So dentists have to use a kind that wears off extremely fast for me. I metabolize it quickly. Some dentists don’t care. One even told me “just hang on a little bit longer” while I felt everything. Really painful. Dr. Ardoin was not like that. He had to re-numb me I think six times while pulling my tooth. So thankful, because that hurts! All while having terrible pain in his shoulder, he was still kind and courteous and treated me with the utmost respect. Never in my whole life has a dentist not been rude to me. Definitely go to see him if you’re in Sulphur Louisiana.

Great hospitality good place to bring the kids, I highly recommend the afternoon staff. Assistant was very helpful in answering all my questions. The receptionist was a super babe, couldn't keep my eyes off her

Dr Ardoin is a great dentist, however I had a horrible experience today with his staff. At approximately 1:46 pm his receptionist hung up on me. I have an infected tooth and needed help. My understanding is that Dr. Ardoin is out of town.
