The service is great every visit we have and they take such good care of us. I’m always asked be people how I get my teeth so white and pretty. He does what is necessary for the patient's dental health; he does not overcharge or recommend unnecessary procedures as some other dentists do. He remains current with his own professional education and makes sure that his patients have access to the latest equipment and procedures. The staff is exceptionally friendly, treating everyone more like friends than clients. We are lucky to have these fine people serving us in Albany; with their expertise, they could easily go elsewhere and make much more money.

I would give negative stars if there was an option. I made an appointment to have my front tooth fixed. I show up .they want to take an x-ray and have me come back to another day. Then made me move rooms. I also wanted a payment plan and an evaluation that I said on the phone .And they did not have time for .I'm not sure why they even made my appointment. Worst trratreat and service I've ever received .

Myself and both kids go to Albany Dental. Dr. Randy is truly the best! Our most recent appointment on Jan 21, 2019 was for my daughter. She couldn't stop talking about how great Dr. Randy was and how he joked with her and made her feel so at ease as always. We always feel like family there. Would highly recommend this dentist for adults and children. I personally had an extreme fear of dental work and Dr. Randy has CURED me of it. They really make a great effort to prove to you that your dental visit really isn't something to be feared. Love them!
